The owner began with a Residential Architectural in 1978, constructing several earth-bermed homes. In 1989, he took on a leadership position at a commercial paint and wallcovering company in Houston. After contributing to a boost from $4 million to $14 million in 11 years, he transitioned to The Texas Medical Center. He held the position of Director of Building Operations overseeing three buildings. He partnered with FEMA following Tropical Storm Allison to rebuild extensively damaged buildings, completing the project $1 million under budget. While he worked part-time as a handyman, constructing decks and room additions, the demand for his skills prompted him to transition to full-time work in 2004. For the past 20 years, we have been thankful to serve the Lake Livingston community.
