The founder started with a Residential Architectural degree in 1978, building multiple sustainable homes. In 1989, he took on a management role at a commercial paint and wallcovering company in Houston. Following an 11-year tenure that saw sales rise from $4 million to $14 million, he joined The Texas Medical Center. In this role, he served as the Director of Building Operations for three buildings. He collaborated with FEMA post-Tropical Storm Allison to rebuild severely damaged structures, finishing $1 million under budget. As he worked part-time as a handyman, building decks and room additions, requests for his services necessitated a full-time commitment in 2004. For two decades, we have been grateful to assist the Lake Livingston area.

I am dedicated to serving our local community. Numerous seniors find it challenging to cover the expenses of essential repairs all at once. I am open to creating a monthly schedule or providing some volunteer hours. I take pleasure in helping younger families reach their goals of obtaining their ideal home.
