The owner began with a degree in Architecture in 1978, constructing several earth-sheltered homes. He then became a manager for a commercial paint and wallcovering company in Houston in 1989. Following an 11-year tenure that saw sales rise from $4 million to $14 million, he joined The Texas Medical Center. In this capacity, he was the Director of Building Operations for three facilities. He partnered with FEMA following Tropical Storm Allison to rebuild extensively damaged buildings, completing the project $1 million under budget. As he worked part-time as a handyman, building decks and room additions, requests for his services necessitated a full-time commitment in 2004. For the last 20 years, we have appreciated the opportunity to work in the Lake Livingston region.

I am deeply committed to supporting our community. Numerous seniors find it challenging to cover the expenses of essential repairs all at once. I am willing to work with them on a monthly basis or offer some volunteer time. Helping young families realize their dream homes brings me great satisfaction. Every project we undertake changes the life of the client we assist.
