The owner began with a Residential Architectural in 1978, constructing several earth-bermed homes. In 1989, he transitioned to a leadership position at a commercial paint and wallcovering firm in Houston. After helping to raise sales from $4 million to $14 million over 11 years, he moved to The Texas Medical Center. In this role, he served as the Director of Building Operations for three buildings. He partnered with FEMA following Tropical Storm Allison to restore extensively damaged buildings, completing the project $1 million under budget. As he worked part-time as a handyman, building decks and room additions, requests for his services necessitated a full-time commitment in 2004. For the last 20 years, we have appreciated the opportunity to work in the Lake Livingston region.

I am deeply committed to supporting our community. Several elderly individuals cannot manage the costs of needed repairs in one go. I am willing to work with them on a monthly basis or offer some volunteer time. Helping young families realize their dream homes brings me great satisfaction. Our work influences the lives of our clients in meaningful ways. Whether it’s completing small enhancements for reassurance or increasing their living space for family enjoyment, we are committed to helping.
