The founder started with a degree in Architecture in 1978, building multiple earth-sheltered homes. In 1989, he transitioned to a management role at a commercial paint and wallcovering firm in Houston. After contributing to a boost from $4 million to $14 million in 11 years, he transitioned to The Texas Medical Center. In this role, he served as the Director of Building Operations for three buildings. He collaborated with FEMA post-Tropical Storm Allison to rebuild severely damaged structures, finishing $1 million under budget. While working part-time as a handyman and building decks and room additions, demand for his services led him to go full-time in 2004. For the past 20 years, we have been thankful to serve the Lake Livingston community.

I am dedicated to serving our local community. Several elderly individuals cannot manage the costs of needed repairs in one go. I am open to creating a monthly schedule or providing some volunteer hours. Helping young families realize their dream homes brings me great satisfaction. Our work influences the lives of our clients in meaningful ways. Whether it’s performing small improvements for comfort or enlarging their home for family time, we are dedicated to assisting.
