The founder started with a Residential Architectural degree in 1978, building multiple earth-bermed homes. In 1989, he took on a management role at a commercial paint and wallcovering company in Houston. Following an 11-year tenure that saw sales rise from $4 million to $14 million, he joined The Texas Medical Center. In this role, he served as the head of Building Operations for three buildings. He collaborated with FEMA post-Tropical Storm Allison to rebuild severely damaged structures, finishing $1 million under budget. As he worked part-time as a handyman, building decks and room additions, requests for his services necessitated a full-time commitment in 2004. For the last 20 years, we have appreciated the opportunity to work in the Lake Livingston region.

I am dedicated to serving our local community. Many elderly residents struggle to afford necessary repairs all at once. I am willing to work with them on a monthly basis or offer some volunteer time. Helping young families realize their dream homes brings me great satisfaction. Our work influences the lives of our clients in meaningful ways. Whether it’s performing small improvements for comfort or enlarging their home for family time, we are dedicated to assisting.
