It was midday on a Saturday and Mike came within 45 minutes, he was courteous and professional, and even though the job turned out to be bigger than anticipated, he stayed until it was fixed. It was 6pm and my shower drain was clogged. I called a few different plumbers and they either didn't answer, were closed for the day or wanted $150+ to come out.

I found Hotshot plumbing on Yelp on the 2nd or 3rd page of listings. Excellent service and professional. The person I talked to over the phone gave me a fair price and had someone come out within 20 mins. Took the guy about 10 minutes to snake it and he even took the time to put booties over his work boots even though I told him it's ok, don't worry about it.

Very happy with the service and professionalism. Give them a try.

Though usually gun-shy about writing reviews, I decided to do this one:

Over the past few years, I've enlisted Hotshot's help a few times: toilet valve leak, bathtub faucet leak, etc. Elbert and his team (Mike, Mandy) were really, real great: Honest, mindful of work quality, responsive/communicative, and also time conscious (they would text ahead of time to inform if they couldn't arrive on time.) As I said to Elbert and his team in their most recent visit: I wish they could do all household repairs additional to plumbing, then I wouldn't have to call anyone else for anything else. Kudos to the Hotshot team!

Elbert and his team at Hotshot are fantastic. This review is long overdue. Elbert has been handling all of my plumbing needs for the last 4 years. It's nice to have a plumber you can trust that will charge fair prices and do a proper job. He has done routine maintenance, change out fixtures, as well as fix some emergency situations. Would recommend Hotshot for it all.

My tenants called me to report the sound of running water in the bathroom walls. I called Elbert at Hotshot plumbing. He sent Mike out to detect the water leak the next day. Mike and helper checked all the lines and determined that I had a slab leak in the downstairs bathroom. Holes were made in the drywall to find the leak source, which turned out to be 2 leaks at the cold water lines, one from the vanity and one from the shower. An estimate of costs to run new pex lines was given and I accepted. Repairs were made in a professional manner. I have used this company before and they are very dependable and reasonable.
