We have been using a larger plumbing company for many years but I got tired of spotty service and kind of slapdash work, to be honest. My mom recommended Hotshot Plumbing to me and I decided to give them a try as she has been really pleased with their work.

It was easy to get an appt with Elbert who was very prompt, professional and was able to fix my leaking tub faucet today. I recently found out my toilet downstairs was leaking and the water was seeping into the floor. I was referred to HotShots Plumbing and talked to Elbert. They were fully booked but he managed to fit me in the next day. Elbert and team came through earlier than scheduled the next day and quickly fixed my toilet leak. They even did a little extra to make sure it doesn't leak again. Definitely will have them on speed dial next time I have an issue with my plumbing.

Nice guy with a good vibe. He fixed 2 toilets for me. Great at jobs like that! We asked if he could connect an AC drain to the sewer drain and he said that wasn't something he was comfortable doing, which I like that he was honest. Wish he could have done all of the work because he seems like a trustworthy guy! I would call him again!

It's been 2 years now since Elbert & team helped us out. Not sure how I forgot to leave a review, but his work & service was so good that I was just thinking about it again today after 2 years.

I first called him when we were in a pinch and had an emergency leak in the bathroom. He showed up on short notice when nobody else could. Not only did he fix it fast, but he explained & taught us a lot about what was going on & why.

Couple months later we decided to remodel the house & needed help with multiple things. We rehired him several more times (I lost count) for everything from new shower plumbing, toilets, multiple sinks, fixtures, etc. He would find stuff/minor issues along the way and explain our options to us, but never in a scammy or salesy way.

He always gave us our options.

The work, service, team, equipment, and organization/cleanliness are all top-notch. I work in the trades as well and it's really, really hard to find good trustworthy people like this.

They will take care of you.

We had water leaking from the ceiling, but the pipes had been replaced several years ago. Found out that the upstairs tub needed to be re-caulked and sealed with silicone. I like that he didn't try to cut the drywall up to be repaired by someone else, like a previous plumber wanted to do. The next morning, with an assistant it took half an hour to fix the problem. We called them again when the gas company wanted us to replace something with the washer/dryer before the pilot light could be relit.
