I cannot be happier with their work and customer service. This is currently a 2 man operation and they are both a breeze to work with. I had a small-ish plumbing job that had unique constraints and they were able to provide a quote and complete the work quickly with zero issues.

Communication with them was easy and consistent from when I made the initial quote request through after the job was complete. They even reached out to me after the work was done to see how their work was holding up and if I was happy.

They went above and beyond what I expected from the scope of work I requested from them. I seriously wish every company/contractor worked at this high level of service.

Excellent!!! I've used Elbert 3 times- installing a new garbage disposal, snaking a drain, and installing a dishwasher. Our house is older so it always has some extra challenges, but Elbert rolls with it. Always on time, super easy and quick communication, and trustworthy (I have two babies so it's very important to me). Thanks Elbert!

I forgot to write my review... Elbert was super easy to work with. He responded pretty fast to my quote request and set up a day to come out within a few days.
I had a garbage disposal that was deteriorating and had to be replaced since it was leaking. Luckily, I bought a garbage disposal on sale at Costco and he was able to install it for us. Works like a charm!

We'll definitely use him again. Very professional and easy going!

They were very cordial and professional...they repiped our house at a reasonable price and was able to finish in one day. When contacting them they replied quickly. Their work was very professional and efficient! Also cleaned after themselves which made it easier for me. If at any time, I need more work done I will definitely use them again. Good job guys!

These guys are awesome. They went the extra mile to install a new bathroom faucet, repair the holes that were cut too small for the faucet, repair the piping to fit under the sink. What appeared to be a small easy job turned to be nonetheless difficult. Prices were reasonable considering they had to fix a botched plumbing job by a previous plumber. Thank you Hot Shot Plumbing. You definitely earned my business.

I wish I could give 10 stars! There's something to be said about people who do good, honest work at a fair price!
I had a bad leak outside from my hot water heater into my house, that another plumber had supposedly fixed after my home warranty company sent them out. I was getting crazy quotes from other companies, but after Elbert came out and gave me a free estimate I knew I was in good hands! He fixed the problem quickly and fixed the concrete that he had to break to fix it. I will always call them when I have plumbing problems.
