This is a long overdue review. He was the first person who responded to my online quote, and he arrived at my house as promised. The job that I thought was going to cost me thousands of dollars ended up being $100. Not only he did a great job, his customer service was excellent as well. I have already referred him to my friend and will continue to do so.

I got freaked out when I saw water dripping from my ceiling. I contacted various plumbing companies for the quote. Only Hotshot can give me a clear estimated number just based on the pictures that i sent then. 2 other plumbing companies both had hundreds of five star reviews arrived at my house for the quote. They both can't give me the total estimated expenses. They both advised that the ceiling must be cut off for further inspection. Hotshot appeared to be the safest choice. What Elbert found was that the gasket in my upstair bath was broken. He installed the new tub waste. The leaking problem was solved without ceiling cut. Total actual cost was only half of his original estimate. Good job Elbert! Highly remommend.I definitely will contact you for if I ever need plumbing works in the future

I just had my house remodeled and one of shower did not have hot water. The guy who did remodelling did not or maybe could not fix the issue so who do I call? Yelp to the rescue. I found Hot Shot Plumbing and he responded right away. Elbert came on Sunday to fix the problem. It was quick and easy (on my part). Now I can shower happily and thank you Elbert!!!

Had a pipe leak Saturday night - turned off the water and was terrified about finding someone what would come out on a Sunday to fix it without charging me an arm and a leg.

We needed urgent repair to our master bathroom sink. I'm so glad we found Elbert! He was prompt and responsive.
Very professional, on time, communicative and friendly! Elbert fixed our bathroom sink which somehow dropped from its original mounting. He replaced the pipe, added support and remounted.
Additionally, Elbert also did the same to our other sink (we have a double vanity) just to ensure the same won't happen to our 2nd sink.
