Reliable, affordable and kind.
After having my baby I needed a peri bottle for my recovery. I always heard of bidets and thought this was the best time to try it. I loved it so much. Made my feminine hygiene and healing so much better.
I liked their services the first time that I had them come to my new place to I stall a bidet there.
The shower came with a standard shower head so they recommended a great brand for a handheld shower head.
They were great plumbers and very understanding and respectful of my house. They had knowledge in the products I was looking for.
I definitely recommend them.

Called Albert on Monday 3/15/2021 about a leak from our upstairs bathtub to the downstairs area, gave me an appointment for the following morning at 10:00 am, Simon one of his crew came exactly @9:57 am, he was very professional and above and beyond, gave me a very responsible price fixed the problem and left the area as clean as it was before, thank you Simon.

Elbert and his co-worker are highly professional, very kind and meticulous. They followed all safety procedures for covid, cleaned everything and removed old faucets after job was done. He recommended me to buy a high quality but reasonable priced parts and he installed them very quickly. So far he did two repairs and installation in our house and we are very happy. The charges were reasonable and we got an additional discount as returning customers.

Just had two Moen widespread faucets replaced. HSP arrived ahead of scheduled time, finished up within a couple of hours, and did a very good and clean job. I am very happy with their work. I would definitely recommend them for this type of work.

I found Hotshot Plumbing using Yelp and reached out for a quote on a fairly simple job to replace the cartridge in my shower. Elbert responded very quickly with a price that seemed very reasonable. We scheduled him to come by the next day. He was actually able to come earlier than planned, which was fine by me. They did the work quickly without leaving any mess. Both people wore masks and gloves during the whole time. I will use them again.
