We had a major water pipe leak under our home that went undetected for weeks. Once we found out, I called hotline plumbing as they have always been reliable. Geovanni, Ben and Gerardo came by to inspect and worked with a leak detector to locate the source of the leak. They had to break walls in multiple rooms to find the many manifolds in our unconventional home to bypass the underground leak. It was a complicated job with lots of puzzle finding within walls. Geovanni, Ben and Gerardo were total professionals and completed the job with no complaints and honored the original estimate even though the project turned into a much bigger situation because of the complex piping in our home. I can honestly say we were in good hands with Hotline plumbing. I will be calling them with any future issues. Highly recommended.

Mauricio came out to troubleshoot a clogged drain and running toilet issue, and as always took care of the problem quickly. He and everyone else at Hotline are very helpful and professional. Mauricio and William were so quick and helpful when they came to my apartment to help unclog a drain. I tried unclogging it myself with an instrument I got from the hardware store, but it didn't fix the problem. Mauricio and William swooped in, right on time, and took care of it so quick. Hotline is still the undefeated champion when it comes to plumbers I can trust. Called them out last week to look at my disposal, which had stopped working the night before. Geovanni arrived on time, figured out how to get the disposal started within a few minutes, and didn't even charge me. Service like that is why when big stuff happens, I trust them enough just to call them without trying anyone else. I saw the one-star review on this page and cannot fathom their experience happening as they describe it. They've been nothing but solid all four times I have used them, so they will earn my business again.

Amazing experience with Hotline Plumbing. Mauricio and his partner William are the BEST!! I have worked with several plumbing contractors in the past and no one beats the service and honesty that this crew brings to the table.

I got an appointment very quickly with Hotline plumbing to replace tub faucet (in upstairs bathroom) that has a problem with balancing hot water and cold water. Mauricio and team walked in - right on time with 20 min advanced notice - reviewed the situation, and clearly outlined available options and possible problems. Once they replaced the faucet successfully, with no disruption, they noticed that the water pressure was poor. They went extra mile checking the incoming pressure, diagnosing where the pressure is getting lost and adjusted to make sure we have GREAT water pressure upstairs. This was above and beyond what they were hired for (to replace faucet). You will hardly find an honest team that go extra mile to satisfy their customers (especially in Plumbing). Their pricing was very reasonable, and they are very upfront about it.

We have a well-functioning shower with excellent water pressure.

I don't usually rush to write a review for a company i have hired to do some work for me, but I felt compelled to do so today. Mauricio showed up perfectly on time, giving me a 2 to 4:00 p.m. window and arriving at 2:00 p.m., and calling beforehand to check if I was home. This is rare when it comes to plumbers or electricians or anybody else who works at your house. He diagnosed the problem quickly regarding our leaking shower, saw that it was a relatively easy job so only charged me the service fee, and at the end even threw in a little discount which was very appreciated. The guys were in and out and under 50 minutes, and were very pleasant, and professional. I think I found my plumber for all my future needs.

It was Saturday and our shower drained slowly and I knew something was off. We're new to the neighborhood so I had to call around for a plumber and no one was available until Tuesday. Giovanni responded immediately and had an opening that same afternoon. He saved the day. He showed us that there wasn't a problem and he could have charged us for the work.
