I've been calling Hotline Plumbing for a while now and again, they are an excellent plumbing service. I've had them re-install a u pipe for a bathroom sink before but this time I needed them to remove and cap a poorly-installed gas line outside. Mauricio and William came by and tested the current shutoff (which was not working), capped it properly, and removed the gas piping. It was a quick and easy job and they were polite, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. 5 stars!

Another update for Hotline from me. This is by far the best plumber I've used in the valley. Fixes from years ago remain in great shape. Better yet, I had an issue where the tank on one of my toilets cracked over the holidays. It was an old Crane Plumbing toilet, and apparently they were notorious for this problem. Unfortunately, these toilets aren't made anymore, so even though the rest of the toilet was fine the entire thing would need replaced requiring costly repairs. My bathroom would also need new flooring and a repaint because of the amount of work needed to replace this specific toilet, which was custom fit for my bathroom decades ago.

Except...

Mauricio was able to find a tank that would fit this toilet! He spent over a week looking, and kept in touch with me, and went out of his way to try and find a less costly solution. Even if he wasn't able to find the tank, I would have happily hired him to do the more significant fixes of replacing the entire toilet, but the fact that he was willing and able to first look for a better option is incredible. I've had some bad experiences with plumbers in the past, so if you are looking for a plumber start here. They're the best I've used and will go out of their way to try and help you. I've now used them for years and had nothing but great experiences.

THE BEST IN EFFICIENCY AND QUALITY! All of sudden our kitchen sink started to leak onto the cupboard below! We called our trustworthy plumbers, HOTLINE PLUMBING AND ROOTER. Giovanni answered our call with professionalism and true concern. He quickly informed us that they would be at our house within two hours! Mauricio and William texted us when they were on their way! The problem was diagnosed immediately by Mauricio, who greeted me with a handshake and booted shoes! The strainer flange was leaking due to the breakdown of the rubber gasket and the friction gasket! William quickly replaced the parts and checked the parts. No more leak! If we ever have future plumbing or rooter problems, HOTLINE PLUMBING AND ROOTER is the valued company we will call! Thank you Giovanni, Mauricio and William!

I've used Hotline Plumbing twice and both times were both extremely pleasant. From speaking with a rep on the phone to the field techs coming to fix my plumbing issues, everyone is fantastic to work with. I recently had a plumbing issue with my sink this morning, they came out right away and had the issue fixed in a half hour. The techs that came today was Mauricio and William, who were both extremely professional and easy to work with. They kept me informed of their arrival and walked me through the issue and what they did to remedy it.

Great company and would recommend them to any one of my family or friends.

Hotline offered a next-day appointment to check a broken faucet. Mauricio and William came and offered valuable information that allowed me to determine that I should buy a new faucet instead of dealing with the hassle of locating parts for a super old old. But, before advising to buy a new faucet, Mauricio took a great deal of time to try to identify my faucet brand and see if he could get free replacement parts for me. They also fixed a leaky outdoor faucuet on the spot that I had forgotten to mention in my initial call to Hotline. Thanks for friendly and great work! :)

Mauricio and William are amazing. They were extremely helpful with fixing our clogged bathroom drains. The drains weren't easy, but they were patient and persistent and got the job done. I really appreciated their help.
