I've been a repeat customer for this plumbing company for a while now. Then came out to the house today to check out a drain in the bathtub, which was not working properly. Ben quickly assessed the situation and was able to fix it without applying any additional parts. He also kindly agreed to waive the fee. Ben has been to my house a few times and he is extremely professional and very kind. You can't go wrong with his company. It's always a good feeling to work with a repeat company and know that they do their job and are honest.

Ben cane a day early for our appointment and waited patiently for us to arrive from the dog park. Our dog Dolly approved of him as he quickly went about solving our immediate problem, a shower faucet that did not turn on. He discovered a bad washer and fixed the issue in two minutes. I then asked him to replace a faucet I had already purchased. He was finished in ten minutes. The next issue was a noisy water line. Another plumber from a different company visited us earlier this year but left and we later discovered the noise was still annoying us. Ben connected a pressure gage and showed me that the our pressure was too high. The valve had to be replaced. The price was painful but it included the service call, the pressure valve. the washer fix it, and the faucet exchange. It was worth every penny as the other plumber did nothing for us. When he left I asked our new plumbers name and he replied ""Ben"". I mentioned our favorite nephew was also named Ben. He laughed and said; ""Well I'll be your favorite plumber named Ben"". He was right!!

Used Hotline to clean our tankless water heater. Moved to a new build but have never service it. They called ahead of time to tell me they are coming out which was nice. They were very professional and courteous. I had another job for them which they were able to do. They were able to hunt down a part that wasn't easily obtainable. Overall very happy with the service and would use again.

He replaced my garbage disposal for the quoted price--and fixed a bathroom faucet leak on the house. Ben was prompt, gave me a heads up when he was on his way, and did exactly what he said he was going to do. Will definitely use Hotline again next time something breaks in my old house.

We've been blessed to have their service for several years now. They've now helped us with a water tank replacement, fixing our main line from a tree root rupture, upgrading all our toilets, faucet repairs, and most recently, a ceiling leak caused from our old tub. These guys are the best! They first came to our house to fix a toilet during the pandemic and we've been relying on them since. Geovanni handles all the initial calls and does preliminary assessments and trouble-shooting. Mauricio has unclogged our show head and kitchen faucet, and installed a bathroom faucet. This week, Ben put in a reverse osmosis water system, replacing an unwieldy through the facuet filter. Good to have a trustworthy plumbing team!
