Today, I had the pleasure of having Mauricio and Luis at my house to address a plumbing issue I was having in regards to a broken, leaky pipe, which connected to the water pressure regulator, which also needed to be replaced. They diagnosed and fixed the problem in no time, and were very friendly, kind, and gave me some very helpful tips; and, all for a very good price. This is the second time I have Hotline Plumbing assist me with my plumbing needs, and they have left me beyond satisfied with their work both times, so I highly recommend Hotline Plumbing! Decent but poor communication. After several minor miscommunications and the plumber needing to leave my job because he forgot a standard part Dash got the job done. They did discount for the miscommunications and inconvenience of needing to leave my job, but they could certainly improve their conscientiousness and paying attention to customer conversations. My kitchen sink clogged and could not be plunged clear any longer. Finding a plumber can be a risky adventure. I only needed a good snake job but many plumbers I called, insisted on evaluating the problem before giving a quote. Geovanni, with Hotline Plumbing, gave me a price range that was reasonable. They arrived on the same day I called and were very cordial and knew what they were doing. A good 15 minutes of pushing a snake from the backyard to the front yard did the trick. The final price was mid range of their quote, which was perfectly acceptable. Based on today's experience, I would not hesitate to call Hotline again. Thank you Hotline.
