I've had such bad luck with plumbers. I'm so glad I found Hotline on yelp. Giovanni and Ben were awesome!! They came out to my house twice. The first time was to clear roots and I could not believe how much time and effort they put in to make sure the job was done right, with absolutely no additional charges for all that extra time. The second time was for plumbing repair. They came on time and fixed all the issues quickly. I would definitely recommend Hotline to anyone.

Wow! I don't even know what to say about these amazing plumbers. Not only are they good at their jobs but they well spoken, kind, caring, and great with pets which is a nice extra bonus. They are so well-priced and understanding and make great deals to accomadate your every need. I have had to call them out a few times now and they answer the phone right away and have been able to make an appt on the spot. I am so grateful for them and told my landlord to use them on all her rental homes. They even charged us half of what Mike Diamond plumbers estimated to clear a drain. Geovanni and hotline plumbing are the best!

Geovanni and Mauricio were excellent! I couldn't ask for a better team. First of all, because the old water heater was leaking, I was pleased that they were able to respond to my request right away and I was able to schedule an appointment for the very next morning. They were friendly and explained throughout the entire process what they were doing. Geovanni even showed me how to turn on the pilot light. They cleaned up the area all around the water heater. Their professionalism, work ethic, and customer service were beyond what I had expected. I will definitely hire then again for all my plumbing related needs.

Based on the abundance of excellent reviews, I called Hotline Plumbing when my water heater failed earlier in the year. I left voicemail and immediately received a text from Jed indicating that his foreman, Giovanni, would call me soon. Within ten minutes I received a call from Giovanni and explained my situation. He told me I was outside of their territory, but he would call me back with the number of a good plumber in my area. Giovanni called back within a few minutes and told me he had spoken with Jed and that, if I could wait until the next day, he'd come out and take care of the problem - Wow! How often do you get that kind of service?

Giovanni and Mauricio arrived the next day, on time, and confirmed that I did need a new water heater, but due to my location, they would have to return the following day to install. No problem - lived in a dorm; I can handle a cold shower. The next day, Giovanni and Ben arrived, once again on time, and completed the job quickly and skillfully. At that time, I made an appointment for them to return and replace a sink disposal unit and snake two long underground drains running from the backyard to the street. They were only able to clear one of the drains, as the other had collapsed, and only charged for the one they were able to clear, even though they spent a good amount of time working on the collapsed drain.

This truly is my first Yelp review, and long overdue. If you need a plumbing contractor and Hotline Plumbing covers your area, these are the guys to call.

I had Danny come over for a leak from our bath. I had several other plumbers come over to assess the damage. Danny was able to pinpoint the problem and offered several solutions. He was able to able to complete the fix in a timely manner. Danny was professional, courteous, and, honest. I highly recommend hot line plumbing if you have any plumbing needs. I'm not usually one for laying down a five star review. However, these guys did a solid job repairing my plugged up sink. They knocked out the job in about ten minutes. They were communicative with me during the day, making sure I knew why they had to show up late for the appointment. So, to summarize: solid work done quickly at a good cost, and friendly service as well.
