I had a phone number on the inside of my water heater closet, originally I made an appointment with them. When I got to work the next day and read their yelp reviews I immediately canceled that appointment and found Hotline and called them. I'm really glad I did. Mauricio was great, he took his time and when he came to my house, did everything in his power to make sure I didn't need a new water heater. I did unfortunately. Then he took the time and care of going through everything like water pressure and right temp to use to maintain a new water heater for as long as possible. I really appreciated him and the company he worked for. I also ran a few other problems I thought I might have by him before he left and he gave me suggestions about what I could do without needing a professional to do the work for me.

I have been having issues with my garbage disposal. There was a local plumbing service that said they would come but it would be six days. Saturday came and went with no word from them. Monday morning I called Hotline and explained my issue and within 5 hours they were here. Within moments upon arrival, all was in working order! I'm so glad I called Hotline! So fast! So efficient! Thanks, guys!!

Couldn't be happier with their service. I had a clogged shower drain, I called Hotline early in their morning, and they were flexible with their scheduling and Giovanni's crew showed up as scheduled. So, I suppose that your experience with Hotline will depend greatly on what services you are looking for. If you want drain services, I suspect they are a great company. On time for drain cleaning and very reasonably priced. All was good. The problem arose when I wanted several different services in our master bathroom. There was a clear miscommunication during my first contact, since the person they sent was not clean enough to do the work in my house. He handled the outside drain and that was great. Next day, two gentlemen arrived to change the stems in my master bath. They were able to replace the stems in the sink and then moved on to the tub. I needed to get the stems out so that I could order replacement parts. OK, they find that the cut off's are no good. No problem. He did get them off long enough to take pictures. Then we move to the shower. How much to do what is necessary? No idea. Will take pictures and have the boss call me. Five days later, haven't heard from anyone. Call again. Boss says, I will check. I haven't gotten any pictures. OK.. Two days later. Still no idea. So, obviously, they don't want the job. Wish they would have just told me that up front. I wouldn't have wasted my time. Also, why didn't they just offer to fix the cut off. They are plumbers after all.

Thumbs up to Ben and Mauricio for a job well done. They came and replaced our decade old water heater with a brand spanking new one. Overall nice guys and a great team who came and went on time and provided great customer service.

Two plumbers, Ben and Mauricio, just did an awesome job on my sluggish toilet. After trying the auger at least 6 or 7 times, because they didn't want me to have to pay for the bigger job of removing my toilet, roots appeared at the end of the auger. They then had to remove the toilet and found tree roots and one that looked like a tree with a diameter of maybe 3""! It was about 10' long. Then they snaked the toilet and I have a working toilet again. They were so friendly and helpful, trying to make the repair in the least expensive way. They cleaned up the work space and were just a dream. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

My hot water pressure dropped all of sudden and was told my water heater was on its way out. I was skeptical at first but 2 other plumbers told me the same thing. It was a 13 year old water heater and I guess, the previous owner of the house never serviced it. I flushed it myself but it wasn't working. Came across Hotline Plumbing and Rooter via Yelp. Ben and Mauricio came over and switched my dying water heater with a new one and installed a new regulator. Price was very fair and service was great. There was a last minute price increase on the regulator they installed which was not originally agreed on. The original quote was given days before they arrived. That's why I'm taking a star away. I would recommend earlier communication next time on any changes. Other than that, I'm satisfied with the new heater and regulator.

These guys saved the day! A couple of weeks ago, we had a plumbing overflow, so of course, we needed help quickly. Not only did they fit us in right away, but Danny and Rene were both so nice and helpful. They did a great job, and gave us tips to prevent future problems. AND, the quote they gave on the phone was exactly what it cost, and very reasonable too. Will definitely use these guys for any future plumbing needs! Thank you!! :)

I give them 5 stars. Called on Saturday at 3 in the afternoon they said they could come out within an hour. They were here on time and fixed my clogged drain immediately. Their price was excellent. Fast, efficient and great price what more can you ask for. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.
