THE worst service company we have ever dealt with. The guy is a shyster. Very condescending attitude and so is the female office person. Lying to the manufacturer about the condition or reason for appliance failure just to make an extra buck. After reading some of the other posts on Yelp it seems this is his modus operandi. One of the posts sounds so much like what happened to us that I double checked that name thinking my husband had written it. I think if this guy keeps pushing this scheme he is going to encounter the wrong person to mess with and get reported. If enough people complain to the contractors license board, an investigation could get underway. That happened to a man who tried ripping people off, my sister was one of those people. There must have been several people that complained and the story was the same that there was an investigation and his license was revoked. He continued to work without a license and was finally taken to court. It doesn't pay to be a shyster. I have noticed that there is no in between on the reviews. It's either really bad or really good...so what does that tell you? He has either family or friends that are leaving rave reviews for him.

F Art. Don't give him a cent until job is 100% complete. Horrible company, horrible customer service (if that's what you want to call it), horrible craftsmanship, horrible communication, horrible person. Multiple appointments with no shows. Lies and excuses is really what you get when you hire him. Let COVID shut them down. Will not be missed!!!! Check was cashed, job left unfinished and not working. Taking to small claims.

Don't act all civil now that it's on a public thread. You just hung up on me.

Worst customer service ever . Art was rude and Anna in the office would not return my calls. She said Art would put the water heater back in it's place .. however he didnt. He drove 70 miles an hour on our way to home Depot to get the replacement water heater that was warrantied through Rheem. He also proceeded to tell me that there were multiple out of code hookups on my water heater and was going to up charge me to fix them all. When I asked him to just remove and replace the water heater where he found it and that I would get my own plumber to come over and fix those things he left the water heater in the driveway in the box instead of putting it back where he took it out of. He also didn't get the same water heater I had ..I had a 12 year warranty one and he grabbed the 6 yr one. he only paid attention to detail when it looked as though he was going to make more money off of me. Bottom line don't use this company they just want to make excuses to charge you for work they were not authorized to do. The water heater had a 12-year warranty and it was 2 years into its 12 years. It had broken two times already. When he arrived he said I have the part in my truck I can just replace the part. I told him no The company said that we were entitled to a full replacement that is when he started saying that I had multiple items out of code and he was going to have to charge me to bring it up to code. So don't hire this husband Don't want to divorce immediately!

I have a new hot water heater which has a faulty part , I called tech support on the 5th of June and they said a certified repair plumber for reheem water heaters will contact me, honey bee did , told me they'd be out the 6th of june between 2-3 ok great 3:30 comes around I called they said he'll be there , he didn't show up until Monday the 8th looked at the water heater called tech support and said part will be here wed the 10th to call and they'll be here asap ok great , the part got here Wednesday morning I called honey bee and they told me that he just called the office and he's finishing up the job he's on , so they go and tell me he'll be here between 1-2 great I thought there has not been any updates from this plumber now it Thursday the 11th and still no call from them , I called at 8:10 this morning and no pick up they don't return your calls so I called reheem support and told them , they said if I wanted to give them one more call and if nothing then call reheem back and they'd get another out here , I'm calling the loser back for the last time at least reheem knows what kind of plumber this idiot is so what ever you decide to do , DON'T CALL HONEY BEE HUSBAND FOR HIRE IF YOU WANT SOMETHING DONE THIS CENTURY OR IF YOU WANT CALL BACKS

Booked them through a Home warranty company on a Monday for a sink blockage. Said it was not an emergency but my dishwasher and disposal were unusable and the sink was very slow to drain. They said how about Saturday. I said I would get another plumber then. They said okay Thursday, which came and went, no show. Called Ana who is nice but she had a story about how busy they were blah blah blah. She said Saturday AM. Again no show. I called and there was a story about technicians being busy again. She said Monday. So this week have had Ana's nice sweet stories about busy techs, my phone calls not being returned until the home warranty company called them, and calls not being returned at all. ABout 45 minutes after I called the Home warranty company and asked them to cancel Honey Bee and find me someone else, a plumber arrived. I told him politely that I had cancelled them a while earlier because it took them 9 days to show up. The man was courteous and understanding and did not argue or give me a hard time and left quickly and quietly.

Arturo from HoneyBee's plumbing is one of the best plumbers we ever had! My fiancée and I first bought our home two years ago and the water heater was done Mickey moused, to correct it we had a plumber (not gonna mention names) come out and replace it with a new one and they effed up badly. Thats when Arturo came and fixed it the right way and never had a problem ever since! Some of these clients don't understand how busy Arturo and his company can be. If he doesn't answer you right away he's working on a job somewhere and he does go out of town. Art is a great guy and never was rude or argumentative like some other ""plumbers"" can be. We are now in the process of selling our home and he installed our bathroom faucet and kitchen faucet and I must say as always he did OUTSTANDING WORK! I'm a sista, so wash day for my hair was a breeze with that shower-like effect the faucet has. If you need a job done right call Art or leave a message he gets back promptly and tries to work around your schedule and usually does! Don't listen to the negative reviews go with your gut feeling of needing something installed and done correctly because Arturo doesn't ""Mickey Mouse"" he's the done right guaranteed kind of a guy! Thanks Arturo for everything!

If I could leave a negative review I would. Art was hired to fix a leaky gasket on our garbage disposal and instead took the more powerful more expensive unit and replaced it with one that costs less than half as much and is less powerful.

He rudely responded to my wife by mansplaining to her that the new one was ""comparable"". It's not. It's junk.

Now the home warranty company has to replace the disposal that's garbage with a new garbage disposal.

First Art never said he would remove and replace the disposal. That's not why he was brought in. He offered it as the easy option, my wife declined it and he then went to argue with the warranty company i assume to get more money. After reading the numerous 1-star reviews on here I am wondering how the home warranty company ever thought this would go well.

He keeps saying he's coming back to discuss but ignored our calls all of last week. That ship has sailed. We don't want him to comeback ever.

An investigation will be done on the side of the home warranty company since we notified them of the incident. Doubt they'll pay him.

If you need to replace something in someone's home you tell them and replace it like for like. You don't fix the burner on the stove by ""throwing away"" the Viking and replacing it with a Hot Point and all it comparable.

There's a big difference between a .5HP disposal and a 1HP disposal in a home belonging to people who love to cook let alone the $120 price difference.

Overall it's sad.

I am seeing so many negative reviews on here, I also see that the business owner blames the customers for the problems. Let's see how he will try to turn this around on me.

I contacted Home Depot on Saturday at about 5 pm to request service in regards to replacing a water heater. They took my information and then tried to contact the service provider. Since it was 5 pm on a Saturday, it was no surprise that there was no answer. Since it was a weekend, it came to no surprise that I was told not to expect a call until Monday am. As of 11 am on Monday I had not heard from him, and Home Depot does say in some cases they can provide same day service if you call prior to noon. I didn't want it said I waited too long, that is why I called before noon. They got Art on the phone and he told me he was on another job and asked me to send him a text with my address and he would call me back when he finished the job he was on, so I did. I texted him a reminder about 4 pm, no response so I called Home Depot at 5 pm and they said not to worry, the service provider had until Tuesday morning to contact me. That must be a huge job because here we are on Thursday at 4 pm and he has still not called. I called a competitor and they were here in an hour and with 4 hours I had a new water heater installed.

UPDATE: Honey Bee finally called me back...AFTER 14 DAYS. They asked if I still needed a new water heater.
