Was not at all impressed with Honey Bee-Husband for Hire! They were chosen by our warranty company and when I researched them, I wasn't at all surprised that they weren't able to help out in any way. We had a mainline clog and because we didn't have an outside line, they refused to help unless we paid them $1,500 (and counting!) to dig up a hole and install one! They mentioned the only way to check for the clog would be through the roof vent, and the warranty company wouldn't approve that service, nor did they have the equipment to do so. The price started in the hundreds and when my husband didn't agree on the spot to do what was suggested, the price climbed every minute into the thousands. Since the mainline clog had been fixed several months ago by the previous homeowners, we decided to call the reputable plumbing company, and within hours, they came, moved the toilets and sinks, and removed the clog in no time without a hefty price tag and going on top of the roof vent. I think Honey Bee-Husband For Hire should stick to what they know best, and that seems to be water heaters since that's the only service that people seem to appreciate!

Needed garbage disposal replaced. Our insurance company contacted Honey Bee to come out. They called us and stated they would be here between 1 and 4. Art arrived here at 2, did the repairs in no time. Very satisfied with the service. Would use him again in a heartbeat. Thanks Art..

My water heater stopped working, and Honeybee Plumbing was very responsive. He asked me to text a few specific photos of my water heater and guessed at the part I needed. I appreciated that so much because the problem was repaired more quickly than it would have been otherwise. He was understanding about my distress of having my family being without hot water. Art did a wonderful job for me. He repaired my water heater that was under warranty. He kept me informed before he arrived via text message as to when he would show up, and was was prompt with his arrival. I feel he is a very professional plumber. I would not hesitate to use him again whatsoever for any of my plumbing needs. Furthermore, he gave me some very good suggestions as to how to maintain my new water heater. I have since followed through with his recommendations. This gentleman gets a five out of five stars in my book

Our last visit from Art Perez was the best one yet; over the years he's been here 3-4 times. He answered his phone right away, made arrangements to be here first thing the next morning, called when he was going to be late b/c of an emergency, and as soon as he finished w/ that, he called to say he was on his way. He was here by 11:30am, assessed the problem, fixed our plumbing and was gone by approx 12:30 . We really appreciated how quickly he responded and fixed our problem. Maybe Art has turned over a new leaf since 2014, because our experience was very positive. He is referred to us by Old Republic and we gladly would have him back to our house again.

Don't waste your time with this plumber. He plays a lot of games to try and squeeze more money out of people. He was sent out for a warranty inspection and came out 3 times without ever looking at the problem area. He wanted us to pay him $600. just to straighten out a vent.
I would never recommend his service!

I had a bad experience with this plumber who was appointed by my home warranty company for a slab leak. Among other things, he made promises he did not keep, his voice mail box was always full, and he failed to respond to my emails requesting a status update. He really deserves zero stars in my opinion...
