Ben and his crew from Honest Plumbing & Rooter were awesome. They were friendly, showed up on time, well priced, cleaned up after themselves and completed the job as promised. They made necessary repairs/ upgrades to a septic tank system and provided a septic certification so that the home could get sold. Definitely would recommend Honest Plumbing & Rooter for any future sewer or septic needs.

Honest only in name. Mr Benjamin Garcia does not know the meaning of honest. His company charged $5k for relining 7ft of 3inch sewer pipe and turned around to replace it at an additional cost between $12k-14k. Please save yourself the headache and money in doing business with them. ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE.

I rarely write reviews but working with Ben has been such a great experience from start to end, I wish I could give him a 10 star review as
he deserves nothing less!! Seriously, everything went so quickly and smoothly and exactly as he told me it would. Ben is a super nice guy and really gave me a GREAT price on a huge job that came out of no where for me. His wife Deana does the paperwork end of it & she was super nice, they're really both great people to work with.
I would HIGHLY recommend Honest Plumbing to anyone needing any plumbing job.
He did a major job for me, I had to disconnect my main sewer line from my neighbor and connect it to the street & all I can say is, he really went above and beyond the call of duty. Did more then he signed up for and didn't even add anything to the bid. SUPER GREAT GUY!!! I suggest you look no further if you've been lucky enough to find him.

The name says it all. Ben and his crew were amazing during a very stressful time! Right in the middle of the Coronavirus pandemic, our septic leach field failed. If you don't know about septic systems, let me tell you that this is the absolute worst thing that can happen! In our case, the leach field was beneath our beautiful backyard, which we had recently completely landscaped ourselves during the quarantine. We were so proud of our work!

Ben was super personable, knowledgeable and he worked with our budget. His crew dug trenches by HAND 6 feet deep in the July heat with no shade! These guys are amazing!!! But it gets better: No plants, not ONE FLOWER, we're damaged in the process. I am serious!

The icing on the cake was the pvc pipe 'chute' they built to transport gravel down a staircase on the side of the house. Genius.

The job is wrapping up in the next two days and I couldn't possibly be happier. Thanks, Ben! Your company lived up to it's name!

Had an underground pipe break in my back yard. Called Honest Plumbing and the woman answering the phone said she'd get someone out right away. Ben showed up, surveyed the situation and ultimately we came to a decision on what was needed. Ben and his crew came back the next day and repiped the backyard. He ran into a few problems due to prior non standard installation but was able to handle it. After all was done, they cleaned up very nicely. They did a lot of work at a reasonable price. Ben and his crew, including his young son, were very careful of surrounding areas etc. All in all, I would highly recommend their service.

Unbelievably incredible service. I had an emergency with the main sewer line. I called so many people and no one could come out or even answered there phone. I'm was in a real stress situation. So I got to honest plumbing and gave them a call and they answered right away. I told them my situation and they calmed me down and they said they will have someone out right away. After hanging up with them, a they had a technician at my door with in 45min. I was so happy to see them. They came fully prepared and ready to work. They got my job done and did a great job. I will definitely use them again. Thank you so much. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Ben and his team put a new septic 2k tank! for the best work and price in town you must call him. Just recently my house smells really bad and I thought there was a problem with the new septic tank, I, immediately called Ben to come and look at it, he said everything looks fine and he looked under our house to find out the was a smell coming from there. The neighborhood cat had brought a dead animal! Yuck! Thank you so much Ben for being on top of your business!

Ben has now been my plumber for several years. Just last week, we had a ridiculous situation where one of the young adults in my house managed to get a JUUL pod lodged in our garbage disposal. Not only did Ben show up within a couple of hours, he charged me the most minimal amount to take care of the problem and he could easily have used this opportunity to sell us a new disposal, but he DIDN'T and in fact said he thought it was unnecessary at this time.

Please note that somebody in the area has apparently been using the company's name and, as a result, their Yelp reviews are being unfairly clouded. I respectfully request that you read my previous reviews! Ben and I got off to a pretty rocky start and he has nevertheless stood by our family ever since the first time we needed a plumber in an emergency situation back when I was a new homeowner (five years ago now). He ALWAYS gets back to me right away and usually makes time for me within the same day to at least come diagnose the issue. He and his workers are always totally conscious of my cats and careful not to let them out, which I greatly appreciate! Thank you, Ben, for helping me take care of my forever home :)
