Would give 0 stars. Honest AC came out to give me a bid on 2 rooms that wouldn't cool. After they left, my entire AC unit went out which was not a problem we were having. They came and offered to fix it for $500 or I could call my Home Warranty company and wait for them to be able to get here. We had to spend the night in a hotel. My home was 85 degrees and the triple digit temps are sure to push that higher today. The reps were very condescending and when I asked them to look at it from my perspective I was told that I should "Try to think rationally" I asked them to leave my home immediately.

This is the second time I use Honest AC and both times have been very good experiences. First time I needed a cooling element replaced and I shopped around. They were not only the lowest price provider, but they did not try to upsell other unnecessary services. So when I had an issue last night with my outside compressor not kicking on, I called them and they came out first thing this morning. Jared the technician was very good, courteous and professional. He identified the issue right away (bad capacitor) and fixed it, staying to make sure system ran properly. It's hard to find an HVAC service provider that you can trust and I'm glad I found Honest. They certainly picked a name that matches their service.

I've have been using this company for my HVAC repairs for a few years now. Randy is amazing. He is a hard working man, knows what he is doing and never tries to sell me something that I don't need. They are military owned and operated. I highly recommend them!

These guys are AMAZING!!! The AC went out at some point today, so we gave them a call (after 6PM) and not even half an hour later the technician came and fixed the issue. What an amazing service! Thank you!!

MY AC unit stop working on a Saturday morning , I called Honest Air Conditioning and they had someone out within 3 hrs. My tech was Randy and he was fantastic! He was very courteous and knowledgeable he explained what the problem was and answered all my questions. He had the unit up and running very quickly. I would definitely use Honest Air Con again and will recommend them to my friends and neighbors. Thanks again Randy.

I have used this company twice in the last month. Once for a routine maintenance and again when my air went out. Luckily it turned out to be a minor issue, but I really appreciate how quickly I was able to get an appointment and the issue resolved. Chris was awesome and came as scheduled. Very professional and I would recommended and use this company again.

I can't recommend this company enough. I called on a Monday when my AC unit went out and I was in desperate need to get someone out ASAP. I was able to schedule an appointment for next day and William one of the owners called Tuesday morning and was out at 9 am versus the original appointment time for noon. Upon arrival he was professional, kind, and empathetic. In a matter of an hour he had a diagnosis. I called another company that came out same day and quoted me an ungodly number and told me that I would need a new system and had no interest in fixing my current system. It pays to have a second opinion! I would look no further and use Honest AC. The name of the company holds true to their values and work. Thanks again William!!
