3 stars since they were responsive and able to get out to our home same day.

However, Antwan serviced us ($50 for about 10 minutes) and didn't really seem to have a clue what was wrong. He claimed we needed a new electrical zone panel and that they'd be in touch on Monday for next steps.

We haven't heard from them and our heat is still having issues.

I was ready to change out 2 toilets and decided to give Honest A/C and Plumbing the job. I had toilets already purchased and delivered. AJ and his assistant did a great job demonstrating professionalism, experience, and a friendly demeanor. An excellent experience overall.

When we remodeled our house we forgot to move an ac vent to the other side of the wall so the bedroom was HOT all the time! I called several other companies who all failed to show up for the initial inspection or never showed up to do the job, one of these companies was a BIG NAME!!! Through a referral in our neighborhood we got hold of Honest Air Conditioning and scheduled a visit. While the initial meeting didn't go really smooth, it ended well with an agreement to get the work done. The issue was that the inspector was due to come after 3pm, but called at 2pm wanting to come by. I told him I wasn't available til 3 so he asked if he could just shoot me an price by email. I didn't really see how that would work, but he told me since he had the square footage of the house he could bid the job. I told him I'd rather meet him so he could see the job. Good thing because he was under the impression that we needed duct cleaning. Nope. We needed a duct installed! Anyway, we got that straight, he gave us a price and we agreed to have the work done. Jeremy and Spencer arrived right on time, but unfortunately they were told they were installing an air return, not an air duct. Ok, twice now the correct message has not been transmitted correctly, but hey they're here. Let's get it done! Jeremy let me know he would need some different things than what he had on the truck to get the job done so he left and was back in a few minutes with the correct stuff. He and Spencer had the new duct installed in under 30 minutes and a very reasonable price. They were professional, courteous and friendly throughout even though they had to do a little extra legwork due to being given misinformation. Neither of them ever grumbled a bit about it!

Bottom line, Honest Air Conditioning got the job done on time and for the quoted amount. Even with the hiccups I'd call them again in a heartbeat.

About a month ago, my AC wasn't producing heated air when the weather started cooling down. I called up Honest AC and they scheduled one of their technicians (James Salinas) over to my house for that same day.

James came by in short order, and was very careful with keeping a mask and wearing new shoe covers when coming into the house. He took a look at my air handler/furnace up in the attic and figured out immediately what the issue was. He described and showed me the problem, walked me through his adjustments step-by-step, gave me pointers on maintenance and had my house filling with heated air in no time. He did a quick walk through my living room to ensure the temperature distribution was where it should be, and advised me when I should schedule another maintenance appointment.

Fantastic service from James, and very in-line with the friendly, excellent customer treatment I've had with previous visits. What I find unique is how educational each visit has been; how each technician has taken the time to explain in great detail as to what the issues are, how they can be resolved, and tips on what to look for during AC operation.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Honest AC to anyone looking for quality maintenance and repair work for their home air conditioning. Excellent service and great people!

We had avoided calling a plumbing service for quite some time but the faucet handle in our master bath stopped working and we knew it was starting to get cold again - we decided to contact a few plumbers and get someone to come help us out as well as prepare us for the cooler months.

After looking at reviews on Yelp, Google, etc and sending out a few messages we ultimately decided on Honest Air and Plumbing. First they were incredibly quick at responding to our initial request, then the rep I talked to on the phone was pleasant, friendly and informative (we knew what to expect thanks to her).

Today - Doug from Honest AC and Plumbing showed up and was very friendly and quick. He did a thorough inspection of our home plumbing/etc and was very informative on what he thought we may need. He showed and told us what need to be fixed, when and why. As well as handling our initial request we chose to let Doug fix all of the recommended items as the price that we were quoted was incredibly reasonable and he said he could get it all done today.

I'm incredibly impressed with how quick, friendly, and professional Honest AC and Plumbing was. They are an incredible value for such a professional business.

As we were preparing for our grand opening for our new kids church, we ran into a situation that was pushing us back from being able to open on time. Honest AC & Plumbing showed up and showed out. A crew came out, and got everything done we needed. Community is so critical. Honest was the neighbor that stepped in and said "I'll take care of it" We are so grateful for this company. Josh, Jack, Alex and Jackson just left my house After almost eight hours of hard work and-a fantastic job. They replaced all of the attic air conditioning duct work and new insulation.
They swept all of the rooms, garage and front of house after they were done.
Ray was the gentleman that sat with me and explained the whole procedure . After sitting with me he went up in the attic and took measurements. Two days later he sent me the proposal and I accepted.

Stop shopping around. These are your guys.

I came home from vacation to find my temperature rising into the mid 80s. Ensue panic. After looking at the amazing reviews I decided to give Honest AC a call, and I'm SO GLAD I did. They live up to their name and go beyond.

The first time they came out, they made a small repair. After a day, I realized the air conditioner was working a bit better, but it was inconsistent. They came out again and AGAIN until they figured out the problem, but they never charged me more than the initial small fix. I ended up SAVING money, which is unheard of. And they kept calling to check in on me and to make sure the temporary part they installed was keeping us cool while they waited for the permanent one.

I honestly have a fear of calling contractors because I worry I'll get taken advantage of, but in this case, I couldn't believe the amount of work these guys put into my unit and I'm thrilled with the results and the savings.

I've got a brand new AC and I'll never have to worry about who to call for maintenance. Rick even came by a few days after the final repair was finished to check all the parts and run diagnostics. I have peace of mind knowing my AC is in tiptop shape and that the team at Honest AC is there for me if I ever need repairs again.
