Quoted me $4800 to replace water heater. Asked for the details on the warranty and they couldn't provide them. Asked if it was through Homex or Bradford White. Tech said it was through Homex. I had them install anyway, despite not having the warranty details. Called the office the next day. Lady said the warranty is through Bradford White. Asked for someone in charge to call me back. Still can't provide details on who provides the warranty and what the details are. It's now been 8 days since the replacement and I haven't heard a word from this place.

I like that they responded quickly and only charged about half of what other companies wanted to unclog a kitchen sink drain. Technicians Edward and Shawn (spelled right?) tried for what seemed like hours to unclog the kitchen drain but it was not possible. They discouraged chemical cleaners and suggested a $1500 jet cleaning but I decided to pass. I think these guys really wanted to help but their management wanted them to get the $1500. I was able to unclog it myself using a mechanical bladder which comes with some risks but worked flawlessly this time.

Lisbeth sent a text after I set up a Yelp project. I called them and she was extremely friendly and efficient. Lisbeth sent Roger out to our home Saturday morning to work on our plumbing issue. Roger was friendly and introduced himself and wore his identification card. He was effective in analyzing our problems and we set up a course of action. Well pleased.
