I needed two toilets fixed and best of all; I got a call from Jorge (before my scheduled appt time) as to when he would be there. He was on time with a big smile. Was quick and efficient and explained everything. Jorge was so polite and friendly and tidied up real nice before leaving. Jorge asked if I wanted the old parts (I said no) he took the old parts with him. I did not have to pick them up and throw away myself. Great friendly attitude which was so nice to see.

HomeX Heating and Plumbing is by far the best home repair company I have ever worked with. They respond to calls and texts quickly. I needed a repair on my hot water heater and they were able to get the necessary parts and complete the repair in a few days. (One part had to be ordered.) Oscar, our repair technician, was a complete professional. He was courteous and respectful. He was very knowledgeable. Oscar knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. He did a great job! I would use HomeX again and would highly recommend them.

My mini split went out and was no longer cooling the house. We called Homex because we saw them on yelp and they had some reviews. Technician came out and looked at our system and started cleaning out our filters. Turns out our waterline was backed up in our system had a safety mechanism to stop our system from running. Thanks to Jeremy. He explained how our system work and how to maintain and do maintenance for it. Will recommend Homex and Jeremy again!

The other day , I called homex plumber. regarding a toilet clog at my home... the processing was easy to set up an appointment.. on the day of the appointment. the worker - James Lopez.
Came to the rescue with good and kind customer service ... funny individual, but Boy this man went to work!! Complete the job and also gave us advice to prevent future clogs.. thank you James... a man with some much experience deserves a raise!!!

Needed a service quote and Eddi Espinoza was quick to respond, on time, and very professional. Even though we didn't get to sign on the work due to ridiculous quote. I can tell that he is very experienced and very informative. I highly advise checking with other companies before agreeing to Homex pricing.(the 5 stars are only for the tech and appointment booking process).

My initial communication with your representative, Roger Sanborn, was very pleasant and detailed of how the project to clean out various drains was clear. I was surprised of how much work was needed to accomplish this work. My observations of everyone involved was always professional and felt that I was in good hands. Roger, who was the lead, was always reassuring that what was to come next was going to take a certain amount of time. You can feel assured that this company is on top of everything particularly when it comes to the flow of your drains.
