We needed a drain unclogged and found HomeX Plumbing & Rooter on Yelp. We were pleasantly surprised when they responded so quickly. They were very professional & friendly, and started to unclog the drain. Unfortunately, we needed to install a clean out drain, because of a crushed pipe. They told us the price, and even showed us the problem on an underground camera. The project was finished in 2 days, and we are very happy with the results. We highly recommend this company!!

HomeX Plumbing is an amazing company! My wife found this company two years ago when we had a major stoppage and I am so glad she did. HomeX sent Dakota. I was at work that day but Dakota was so professional, he kept my wife in the loop of what was going on as well as calling me to keep me informed.

Just recently, I needed to have some original drains replaced under the house and HomeX was the first and only company I called. HomeX was able to knock out the job in a day. The same five star treatment as the first visit! Everyone was super professional, they cleaned up everything when they were done. Dakota came back a couple days later for a final inspection and test. These guys are legit!

If you have a need for some plumbing work, do yourself a favor and call HomeX. Don't mess with anyone else!! HomeX is responsive, always stay in touch on appointment day and always follow up to make sure you are happy. Everyone from the person who answers the phone to the technician that comes to your house are professional, courteous and knows their job.

I required help to fix a leak in the kitchen and fix the shower upstairs. Dakota Davison was the technician assigned to complete the work. They arrived on-time and got to work immediately. Dakota prepared and estimate and went over the work to be completed. He left the final decision to me. I approved of the cost and the recommended work. He arrived the next day and worked non-stop to complete the job. He then went over everything that was done and made sure everything worked and that it met my requirements. It was a beautiful sink in the kitchen and a beautiful bathroom upstairs when he finished. He also showed me where he had observed what might become a problem with the tile work in my shower. This young man was amazing. I want to recommend him and HomeX Plumbing to everyone!

Let me start off by saying that I called at 10am and had plumbers at the house by 2:30pm the same day! Esteban and his team were punctual, kind, cleanly, and professional. They snaked my (unusually difficult) kitchen drain that had backed up due to a clog. They went above and beyond to snake the drain further and further even when they said it looked like a lost cause. Thankfully, they were able to reach the clog and fix the issue. They did share that the drain likely needs hydrojetting/descaling in the future. However, the issue is fixed today - thank goodness!

We just constructed a new home and the plumbing was backed up. So I needed someone to put a camera in the drain to see what the issue was. Shane showed up on time and with a great attitude. He quickly found where the issue was. Luckily it was at a location where the pipe was less than 2' down, so it didn't require a lot of digging. The plumbing contractor (not Homex) had left a ""weenie"" in the clean out for inspection and had forgotten to remove it. Homex was very reasonably priced. They didn't try to upcharge me. Their equipment worked very well. And they were professionally dressed. Mackenzie, who scheduled the work, was very good at communicating with me. She had to reschedule the original appointment, but she called me in advance and we were able to find a time that worked for me.

My water heater broke after 10+ years. I called around and talked to a handful of plumbing companies before settling with HomeX. Enrique who assisted me over the phone from the initial scheduling was very courteous, upbeat, and attentive. Eduardo was the tech that came out to my residence the same day (earlier than appointment time) to install the new heater. He was very professional and took his time to do the job right. He even came back the next day to install an improved sturdy earthquake wall support, that the previous plumber overlooked or ignored! My new water heater looks and performs great (no leaks :) I'm glad to have found HomeX. A great group of guys to work and deal with. I will be back to get my house drains rooter! Our kitchen sink got clogged up right before Christmas. Dakota came out yesterday and spent some good time trying to snake it out but it was just so clogged up with black sludge because the waste pipe is old cast iron. He came back the next day with his higher up Shane to over look because the snake wasn't getting passed the sludge. I just wanna say these two gentlemen are very polite and knowledgeable. They take their time and do the job right. I would definitely recommend Dakota and Shane.
