Hometown Plumbing was able to get to us in a few hours.... same day. Gunner was the technician and did a great job. Super patient as we had no water at my elderly mothers house due to old metal pipes corroding and springing a leak. He had to dig in very very hard soil and find the beginning of a line that wasn't where it should have been.....while simultaneously fighting off bees from a hive 15' away! Miserable circumstances but he got it fixed and my mom had water in 3 hours.
We are very happy and will call again for any plumbing needs. Thanks again Gunner and Hometown Plumbing!

On 9/1/20 we had ""Gunner"" from Hometown Plumbing come to our house to fix a bad washing machine shut-off valve. Over the phone he estimated $450, saying it was a big job and required opening up the wall. Upon arrival he told us he was going to open up the wall, but would not repair the wall after fixing the pipe.
After spending 10 minutes cutting out a 12 inch square hole in the drywall, Gunner said he would have to replace the two shut-off valves for the clothes washer. That part took about one hour. In 1 1/2 hours Gunner was finished with the repair. He the wanted $450 for 90 minutes work. I told him that was over $225 dollars per hour. He said that when he gave the estimate, he thought it would take longer, but would not lower his price. The parts he bought only cost 10 to 15 dollars. This is price gouging and I still have a one foot square hole in the wall, which he said he could have fixed for another $100 dollars. The valve has not leaked, but who gets paid $225 per hour. Robbery!

I refer a lot of people to Hometown because of the industry I am in. They do a great job and are fair in their pricing. In all the years I have been sending folks there way I haven't heard anything but positive feedback on the experience. Owner has been in the industry a long time and his knowledge shows.

Used them twice for septic service. Both times was charged several hundred dollars more than quoted. They lie, scam, and are rude. You will be sorry if you use them. Here 20 minutes and charged $885.00

If I could I wouldn't give them any stars this is the worst plumbing service I ever called literally had to call them back 3 times to fix the same problem they over charged me and I know they messed with the crap that had nothing to do with the job they were working on so I had to call them again! When I was talking to the guy with the silver in his tooth he had a younger guy working with him wearing glasses and this guy kept laughing while us grown folk were talking like he knew they fucked with shit to cause more problems! Unprofessional to the fullest! Do not waste your money or time with these losers I have cameras all over my apartment complex and you can see we were talking he pretended to do the job and as soon as I turn my cheeks they drove off! Didn't even tell me what he did or if he fixed the issue worst service ever, especially after I called the office the dumb white girls that answer the phones were talking like they were really slow cursing at me so stupid

$87(senior discount) to tell me my kitchen sink sprayer was causing the leak. He was here less than 15 min., didn't fix the problem. Said I'd have to go on Amazon to buy a new sprayer as the don't sell them separate from the faucet. LIES! I went to Home Depot, the sell them separate. Will never call hometown again.
