Fast and affordable! They were there within 45 minutes and fixed the issue in about 20. We had another plumber give an estimate for almost twice as much. We took their magnet and put it on our fridge and will call again along with recommend to our friends and family!

I needed a hot water heater fixed. Started looking around at 3:30 pm. Wanted same day service. Called a few different places. Everyone said next day except Hometown Plumbing. He was at my house within 30 mins. Knew exactly what the problem was. Had my family fixed up within an hour. And cleaned up after himself. I will use again!

Service crew really nice and on time. My only concern is they do not give you a price for anything until the work is completed and then WOW! You are just suppose to have that kind of money. Estimates are much more preferred before doing the work.

Thursday before Easter, had an unpleasant septic surprise - the system was backing up, and we had a large gathering scheduled for Saturday. Called Hometown Plumbing, and they promised to send a tech the same day. I'm 15 miles out of town, but Allen and his helper Terrence showed up that afternoon and started digging. They had to dig down about five feet to get to the tank. They also dug up and inspected the drain field, pumped and treated the entire system and recommended we install risers on the tank to make future access easier. Allen returned on Friday to install risers and finish restoring the landscape - leaving an excellent appearance for our Saturday gathering. I am completely satisfied and pleased by the outstanding service Allen, Terrence and Hometown Plumbing provided. Allen really went the extra mile to help us improve the septic system and complete the work on our schedule.

So, upon my negative review, Chad Williford contacted my husband on Wednesday Dec.5th, asking him what he can do to make things ""right"" with us and could we remove the Yelp review? My husband explained that had Chad actually done his job that we paid him $475.00 for.....we never would have needed to call Kangarooter out, only days later and paid another $500. So, reimburse us our money and the review will be removed. Chad asked that we give him ""until Monday the 10th or Tuesday the 11th"".
Today is Tuesday the 11th. Haven't heard anything, yet.



Today is Wednesday the 12th. Haven't heard from Chad Williford (no surprise).
Next step......Better Business Bureau (BBB).

Hometown Plumbing provided same day service with a quick repair. I talked to a professional lady for service and got a friendly technician for the repair.

I am dinging two stars though because the cost was very high for what I think for the job was. Also, there was no explanation or breakdown of the high cost given during billing. Since it was an emergency, I paid the high cost. I don't think I'll use this company again though because of it. **If cost is not a concern, use this company!**

I was out of town and our renter called. The old water heater was leaking. Home Town came out with-in hours of calling them. Got the job done. This is one of many plumbing emergencies I have been rescued from by Home Town Plumbing! Glad to know there are still honest hard working businesses I can count on. Thank You
