Phone response was fast. Got our appointment the next morning. Technician Gerrad was great and friendly. We had a kitchen sink clog. He did the cable service first, upon further inspection he recommended a hydro jet to remove stubborn grease from the pipes. We only got charged for the hydro jet, and our kitchen sink water flow is like brand new now. Thank you!

Hudson did an excellent job in guiding us through our sewer line issues. We had a complete sewer line blockage and they came out fast. We ultimately had two jobs, the first was to replace a bad segment of pipe clay pipe with PVC, creating dual-direction access points, and the second was optional taking advantage of the trench to resin line the rest of the clay pipe, for which he gave us a good deal--I wanted the peace of mind and was willing to pay up front to avoid a repeat. At every step of the way he was highly professional and explained the pros and cons of moving forward. I would definitely use them again.

Please avoid using Homeservice Plumbers. We called Homeservice Plumbers to check on a tenant's clogged toilet. When their workers arrived, they did little to resolve the issue (the toilet). Instead, they focused on a clean out roughly 20 feet from the toilet. The toilet blockage problem was still not solved. Their worker told me that a sewer scope was needed to find the problem. Soon, another worker from their company came with a camera. Justin (the second worker) did a sewer inspection and found the ""problem"". He pointed out that there was a sewer pipe crack about 115 feet away from the clean out. He marked the problematic sewer pipe area on the ground. He charged a sewer inspection fee of $299 plus tax. When I asked him to provide me with the inspection video, he refused to give it to me. Instead, he gave me a repair quote of $9706.40 and told me that they could fix it tomorrow. When I told him that I needed to ask the landlord for permission, he stayed on our property and refused to leave. He was begging me to call the landlord immediately to pay for the repair fee. The next day, we found another company to dig in the area that Justin had marked, looking for any signs of a pipe that had cracked or was leaking. No such crack was found anywhere on the sewer pipe. To be on the safe side, we hired a different sewer scope company and did a second sewer scope. This company gave us the report right way after they had completed the job, telling us nothing wrong with our sewer line. The ironic thing is, when the tenant put some drain opening into the toilet, it began working perfectly! When I confronted Homeservice Plumber, the manager, Calvin, said the professionals of other sewer inspection company were incompetent. He asked me to provide their report. When I told him that I would post what their company did online, he refunded us the money immediately. Pipe blockages are headache. What we need is an honest and reliable company, not a company that preys on the customer's anxiety for the sake of greed.

I had a dripping pipe that needed to be fixed in the crawlspace. Called Homeservice plumbers and scheduled an appointment. Communication from Homeservice was spot on - informed me when plumber was en route. James from Homeservice arrived on time, checked thale issue and provided a quote. He avoided using Shark bites and preferred using glue for the PVC pipes I had. The estimate way way cheaper than the quotes I got from other plumbers. And yes, no visit fee. He did a great job. I have found my to go plumbing company.

One of my toilets leaked at the base. I shut it off so it's not an emergency. I called and the office scheduled fast. Justin was the specialist fixed the issue by replacing with quality wax rings. He went extra miles checking water stains that mostly due to lack of maintenance on the tankless water heaters. He fixes fast, listens tentatively, and provides sound explanation and advice. I highly recommend this place
