What made him so great was his dedication to the job. He had to get three different machines to clear my bathtub drain. He worked diligently. Jacob was professional and got the difficult job done!

Just one minor complaint. Jared did not have a business card, or better yet, a refrigerator magnet, for the next time I need a plumber I can trust to do a good job. I had a ruptured storm drain line from my townhouse. They had to bust through the concrete in front of my neighbor's door and garage, which would block access for 4 townhouse units. At my expense. Sigh. These guys showed up early and busted their chops - from jack hammering away in the morning, to fixing the side sewer pipe, to the concrete repair before they called it a day. And I mean a cold rainy Saturday in December. Free estimate, clear explanations of the problem and the process, and oh my gosh, the workers! Polite, hard-working, and left the site spotless. Expensive way to find myself a good plumber - a cracked storm drain is kind of a big deal - but nice to know who to call the next time I need a plumber. Would like to get in a plug for the concrete job too. These are some highly skilled guys!

So easy to book a service with them through Yelp. I didn't need them out quickly but they happened to have good availability.

My drains are unclogged and the service tech they sent out was friendly and knowledgeable (I think his name was Eli). I was very impressed with the value I thought I was going to have to pay an arm and a leg for unclogging the toilets but they were just $99 each drain and only one ended up needing it. They could have charged me for both but are fair and trustworthy. I will be using them again next time I need a plumber!

They also didn't drip toilet water all over my house so no mess was made in the process.

The price was reasonable but high pressure sale tactic utilized to begin Replumbing on the spot. The job required cutting into the walls and ceiling and they say they don't repair the damage so I knew that going into it. However, this seemed to result in a complete disregard for owners property. No use of drop clothes, tools set on top of brand new washer and dryer leaving deep scratches, black fingerprints on walls, ceiling, doors, filthy shoe prints covered carpeting, debris not cleaned up, plumbing for the bathroom faucets cut incorrectly, hot and cold water pipes in kitchen reversed. The multi day job was mainly completed by one guy working 12 hour days and he seemed very green and more like an apprentice than a licensed plumber. The aftermath was a disaster and I would not recommend this company.
