The owner, Brittney contacted me within minutes of sending the request for an estimate and Chris was here within 3 hours of that.

After looking at the clog, I was presented with details as to how we would proceed, with additional measures should they become necessary.

Having a great experience so far, I approved Chris's plan and he started right to work. Took him about an hour to clear out the clog; he was super personable and professional.

Based on my experience this morning, I would recommend this company wholeheartedly.

We are so happy with our technician Christopher was! He was very knowledgeable and prompt. He even arrived a bit earlier than expected. We had some issues with a sink we installed and was leaking and he showed us real quick the issue. Their costumer service was incredible. Their response time was 2 minutes at the most! We were having issues with our AC drain pipe clogging and water coming up so we initially reached out to a larger company. They came out and gave us an estimate to snake the drain pipe for $450. They also charged to come out to inspect the issue which was another $70. We paid for them to come out but decided not to move forward with them. Instead we reached out to Trade Pros. Brittany reached out almost immediately and we scheduled a FREE estimate appointment. Jimbo and Tommy came out the next day and Jimbo not only snaked our drain for less than $300, he gave us his honest recommendations about our water heater next to it after seeing things that should be addressed asap. He did not upcharge us for any work and even gave us a discount on our estimate to fix the issues to prevent any major water damage down the road. We 100% recommend Jimbo/Tommy team and will be contacting them for any plumbing issues we have in the future.

I needed plumbing hook-ups for a washer, and I got an estimate on Thursday and the work was completed the following Tuesday. James was very professional and cordial. When he came back to do the work, he and his two assistants worked quietly and efficiently. They even made friends with my hyper French Bulldog, which was a plus. Were also conscientious about my cats rushing the door when they came in and out.
I didn't get anymore estimates because I was anxious to get this done, but the price seemed fair based on difficulty of the job and the amount of PVC pipe required.

Jimbo and Chris are smart problem solvers, perfectly efficient with their work, ethical in every way, generous with their home/plumbing wisdom (they didn't charge me for several gold nuggets of advice), and friendly. Instead of immediately charging me for a fix that I may not end up needing, they gave clear and helpful instructions that I continue to monitor before paying for anything (even though their wisdom alone is worth plenty). Oh, and they arrived early to assess my [potential] plumbing issue. THESE are the folks you want working on your home. It's rare that you find service this good. For their above behavior and hard work, I just found my new go-to plumbing/home service crew. Without question, they just won my loyalty and I'm confident that they will win yours, too, should you give em a shot.
