We have used Electric Today/Home Service Heroes since we bought our house in 2017. They have come out on several occasions throughout the years including most recently when we had some residual damage from Hurricane Milton. We had technician, Mark, come out and he thoroughly checked out everything for us and took extra time to show us how to use the setup we have for the generator direct connect. He was so helpful and even gave us some quotes for requested work. He helped give us different options and explained thoroughly the warranties behind each option. We really enjoyed working with Mark!

This is about the sixth time I have called Electric Today to tend to issues in my home. My experience with them has always been excellent. The service is prompt, knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. Today I had the pleasure of working with Chris and Charlie. It was an elaborate four-part job and they completed all the work to my satisfaction. They provided me with a written estimate and stuck to that cost, even though they did a bit more work. I feel comfortable with these men working in my home. They are honest and care about the work they do. I can recommend them wholeheartedly and without reservation.

Benjamin was great. He explained everything including the price structure after he diagnosed the problem with our AC unit. He also went through any future work we should consider. I had an electrical problem while working on my father's park model mobile in a retirement community. I called Electric Today in the mid-morning and a very courteous scheduler assured me that they have an electrician there between 12:00 and 1:00. Art arrived at noon on the dot, professionally dressed and arrived in a business van with all gear needed. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Art explained how the pricing worked upfront and walked me through his troubleshooting process. We were able to fix the problem in a short period of time. The payment was easy as they took credit cards on site and a copy of the bill was provided to my e-mail address immediately. He also explained their coverage policy, billing and offers for convenient planned services for both electrical and AC issues. I have dealt with many electricians in the past and this was the best experience that I have had. Great job Art and the Electric Today team! I will pass positive recommendations for potential clients.

I'd highly recommend calling Electric Today to take care of any of your home service issues. Jessica was super friendly and helpful in directing me towards the next step when I spoke with her. She recommended installing a bipolar air ionizer and sent out a service technician to my home. The specialist named James arrived right away as scheduled. James was very knowledgeable and highly competent at handling such technical issues as was apparent after he installed the bipolar air ionizer. He explained to me from the start step-by-step what an air ionizer was and the benefits that having one installed would be for my family. I truly appreciated being treated so respectfully. In my opinion, Jessica, James and Electric Today are the areas elite home service go-to pros from now on!

I don't usually post negative reviews, but I am as hot as fish grease right now. I own a gaming company and have never gotten a bad review, because I do what I say I'm going to do, which is not what this company does. I should've listened to gut and went with someone else in the first place, especially after I read the reviews about Electric Today. I called and scheduled an appointment yesterday and spoke with an individual who had to be driving ( from the background noise ). I asked him about running some Cat 6 cable for me in my attic. He said """" We can have someone out there tomorrow (which is today June 12 2019) between 1:00 and 3:00 pm"""". I was ecstatic because they were able to do it so soon. I took off work to make sure I would be here when they arrived. 3:00 passed and I never received a phone call, so I called them. A young lady answered the phone only to tell me that my appointment was never put in the books and was I sure I had the right company (1st dumb question) Then she had the audacity to ask me if they could come out tomorrow around the same time to do the job, which means I would have to take off work again. I almost cussed her out for being an idiot, so to keep from doing that, I just hung up in her face. I will be posting this on my community website and the 8 other community websites where my military buddies live. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED! A COMPANY WHO CARES ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS WOULD NEVER TREAT PEOPLE THIS WAY. 1 NEGATIVE RESULT IS 1 TOO MANY AND ITS EVIDENT THEY DON'T CARE.

This is my second time using Electric Today and both times I've received timely, courteous and quality service! Technician Mike goes above and beyond to ensure you are completely satisfied. He even helped me hang my bathroom mirror...and cleaned it! I can't say enough good things about Electric Today! Definitely the best in the bay!

Office staff is great. Techs are professional and polite. Prices are excessively high. Literally twice as much as 2 other electricians we called to do the same small project. AND they don't give you a price over the phone so I had to pay 59 dollars just to get told they are twice as much!

Great company all around. They text to confirm they're on the way as well as a phone call. They showed up wearing masks and were Covid compliant.
