What an awesome experience.
When Home week and drain first arrive to my house they told me the plan and how it was going to be done.
I was so overwhelmed With all the information insurance information cabinetry drywall water leaks mold everything.
Not knowing anything about construction, I was very scared to move forward.
They basically held my hand and kept ensuring me that everything was going to be fine.
In 2day a bathroom and a kitchen had leaks mold.
Home leak and drain replaced 12 valves in my house
They removed the old and left my house extremely clean let alone taking care of all the drying needs.
I highly recommended Home leak and drain.
And did I mention I live in the San Diego Mountains and they did not charge me any extra fees for being 50 miles away from the city.

Saturday evening after coming home from a long day of work, I discovered our outside main sewer line was backing up. I immediately resorted to yelp and sent a quote request to 4 companies. Omar from Home leak and drain solutions was the first to reply. Omar quoted me a very reasonable price to snake the drain, unfortunately he was not able to come out the same evening as I was calling late that afternoon, however Omar offered to come and take care of my issue early the next morning, which was a Sunday (Sunday they are closed and to top it off it was raining) Come Sunday Omar arrived and went straight to work on clearing the drain, he even used a camera to look in and tell me exactly what was going on inside the pipe. I have to say that as a small business owner I completely understand the importance of promptness and customer service and Omar delivered top notch service! He was very thorough when explaining what he was doing and made good recommendations on keeping the drain system clean and working. There aren't enough stars to accurately reflect the exceptional service Omar and his company provided. My project was to replace an aging electric tank water heater and I sent out quote requests to numerous companies using Yelp's automated quote request tool. Most companies responded with vague template responses which basically said I needed to call to get a quote (so much for automating the process). I called a handful of them and got the runaround in all sorts of different ways. I'm fairly DIY-capable so I'm able to sniff out BS pretty quickly. Omar was the only one to send me an honest response and from there we corresponded back and forth on Yelp and via phone/text. He arrived exactly when he said he would and charged me exactly what he said he would. His attitude was just as excellent as the service he provided. I will only call Omar for all my plumbing project needs going forward and I highly recommend him for yours as well.

They had been highly recommended by some They were prompt and super professional. Very reasonable and no surprise costs. Quoted me $49.0 to unclogged air gap for dish washer. I thought it was too good to be true. But, I decided to take a chance and hoping this business just wants to build long term business since they are new on Yelp. When Omar (the owner) came, he told me that the air gap has to be replaced and charged me $165. Since I don't want to look for another plumber or do it another time, I just used him. I realized afterward I should have gone with another plumbers from yelp. Looking at other quotes again, other plumbers quoted me for cheaper at around $110-120 for air gap replacement.

Update:

Omar kept his words and refunded me the difference. He honored his price match policy.
