Don't depend on these guys. When they show up, they do a good job. Yesterday I was scheduled for 10 to 2. No one showed up even though I waited until 5. I called the office several times, no one answered, no one called me back. I called the following day and the lady said the reason they did not show was because they were overbooked. That does not make sense to me ? Something rotten in Denmark

Omar and his team did it again! Our old water heater started leaking and we knew it was time to get a new one as it was 10+ years old. This company has helped us out a lot in the past with our plumbing and they are our go-to's for any plumbing situation. I didn't even know they could replace water heaters! Omar sent a technician right away to inspect the water heater to make sure it really needed to be replaced and was unfixable. They worked clean and efficiently and updated everything that needed updating. Our new water heater and all the piping look great and has been working great ever since! Highly recommended!!

Absolutely stellar service! We recently had the pleasure of working with this team and we couldn't be more satisfied. When we first reached out we had a bit of a slower start with the first plumber they sent, but it wasn't because of his inability to perform quality services. It was because the job was bigger than he anticipated.

Omar was prompt, professional, and attentive to our needs. When he realized we were still having a leak issue he immediately called us and made sure to alleviate the problem and find a solution for us. Andrew came in and went above and beyond to ensure that it was completed efficiently and effectively. He was the youngest plumber we've met, but wow his knowledge of this trade was incredible.

Their prices were reasonable and their workmanship was solid. Reliability is another standout quality of this plumber. They arrived on time, fully equipped, and ready to tackle the job. The cast iron sewage pipe under our 90+ year old home finally gave up the ghost a few weeks ago. We contacted Home Leak and Drain for help. They responded within minutes, and Jonathan was out at our house the same day.

Jonathan quickly assessed the problem with a camera and gave me a no-pressure quote on the spot. We decided to go with their quote the next day. Jonathan and his associate spent two days under our house replacing the cast iron pipe and making new connections to various fixtures.

Jonathan is professional, friendly, and did an amazing job.

Plumbing in a 100 year old home is complicated, at best. Deteriorating cast iron pipes (coupled with poorly done repairs over the decades) are likely a plumber's worst nightmare. I'll admit to being a procrastinator, but a cracked sewer pipe in my crawlspace demanded immediate attention.

I contacted Home Leak and Drain Solutions at 8am on a Monday morning using the Yelp app and received a call back in less than 5 minutes. Impressive. Equally impressive was they said they could have someone at my house by 11am to put together an estimate. Jonathan arrived on time and quickly disappeared into my crawlspace. He returned a few minutes later with photographs and excellent video of the leak, then carefully and confidently explained what needed to be done. Within minutes I had a very reasonable estimate in hand and work began shortly after.

I honestly couldn't be more impressed with the work Jonathan and Ray did. Both are extremely nice guys and they worked diligently for hours without even stopping for lunch in order to ensure I had functioning plumbing by nightfall. When all was done, I was presented with photos and video of the ""before"" and ""after"" and a diagram of all the sections that had been changed from deteriorating cast iron to ABS.

Every now and then you find contractors that exceed your expectations, and do so at a reasonable price. I'll definitely be using this company in the future when the need arises.

This is the second time that I have used this company. My first experience was after I had a flood in my garage. Omar and his team came out and were very quick to make the needed repairs to the damaged pipes, as well as the garage.
Today, Johnathan came over to replace a broken garbage disposal. He was courteous, worked efficiently and left after tidying up the sink area.
I would highly recommend this company, and especially Omar and Jonathan, for any plumbing needs, as they are easy to communicate with, easy to schedule a visit with and skilled in all areas of plumbing issues that need professional attention!
