The cast iron sewage pipe under our 90+ year old home finally gave up the ghost a few weeks ago. We contacted Home Leak and Drain for help. They responded within minutes, and Jonathan was out at our house the same day.

Jonathan quickly assessed the problem with a camera and gave me a no-pressure quote on the spot. We decided to go with their quote the next day. Jonathan and his associate spent two days under our house replacing the cast iron pipe and making new connections to various fixtures.

Plumbing in a 100 year old home is complicated, at best. Deteriorating cast iron pipes (coupled with poorly done repairs over the decades) are likely a plumber's worst nightmare. I'll admit to being a procrastinator, but a cracked sewer pipe in my crawlspace demanded immediate attention.

I contacted Home Leak and Drain Solutions at 8am on a Monday morning using the Yelp app and received a call back in less than 5 minutes. Impressive. Equally impressive was they said they could have someone at my house by 11am to put together an estimate. Jonathan arrived on time and quickly disappeared into my crawlspace. He returned a few minutes later with photographs and excellent video of the leak, then carefully and confidently explained what needed to be done. Within minutes I had a very reasonable estimate in hand and work began shortly after.

I honestly couldn't be more impressed with the work Jonathan and Ray did. Both are extremely nice guys and they worked diligently for hours without even stopping for lunch in order to ensure I had functioning plumbing by nightfall. When all was done, I was presented with photos and video of the ""before"" and ""after"" and a diagram of all the sections that had been changed from deteriorating cast iron to ABS.

Every now and then you find contractors that exceed your expectations, and do so at a reasonable price. I'll definitely be using this company in the future when the need arises.

This is the second time that I have used this company. My first experience was after I had a flood in my garage. Omar and his team came out and were very quick to make the needed repairs to the damaged pipes, as well as the garage.
Today, Johnathan came over to replace a broken garbage disposal. He was courteous, worked efficiently and left after tidying up the sink area.

Miguel came the same day I reached out and found out clog REAL FAST. Price is very reasonable compared to other quotes I got, and they were BY FAR the fastest to respond. My home warranty wouldn't cover work that required removing the toilet, so they did that, used an auger, and did a camera inspection of the drain pipe on the spot. Would hire again.

This afternoon we had a technician, Johnathan, from Home Leak and Drain Solutions come out to take a look at our yard drains before our backyard renovation. We had to ensure the yard drains were draining properly to the street since the contractor for renovation would be tying into the existing drains.
After introductions and showing Johnathan the drains he quickly went to work inspecting the three drains with his camera. As he worked diligently navigating through the drain into the main pipe he shared the video screen and explained what he observed - roots, seeds, rocks and dirt. He even went to where water drains to the street and inspected the outlet. More roots!
Jonathan then consulted with Omar, the owner of Home Leak and Drain Solutions to provide an on the spot estimate for clearing the drains and pipe. Johnathan was very knowledgeable, extremely generous with his time and provided the information we were seeking to make an informed decision regarding our backyard renovation.

I am late to post a review, but I still wanted to recommend Home Leak & Drain Solutions. I had a water leak in my kitchen and part of my livingroom. I took to Google and Yelp and set out to find a few quotes. Omar came through and was professional, friendly, and transparent with his evaluation/inspection and with the process overall. I didn't feel pressured or rushed to make a decision as we were getting quotes. We decided to work with Omar and his team at the end of my search. His technicians were professional, friendly, and cleaned up after themselves. I am a grateful and happy customer.

I had a mysterious leak and contacted Home Leak and Drain Solutions because of the great reviews here on Yelp and I like to support small local businesses when I can. Especially when it's owner operated. Omar showed up and got to work and quickly found the leak. He gave me a fair price for repairs and also looked at another issue I was having. He offered multiple solutions for the fix, while being mindful of my budget. He was willing to work with the price (within reason of course). It's always nice to meet a business owner that works hard and has integrity.

I had a pipe leakage and I called Home Leak and Drain. Omar showed up quickly and performed the job professionally. He gave out his assumption quickly, pointing out that the leakage is underneath the laundry ground. To make sure the spot is right before digging the ground, he spent another few hours just to make sure that's the right spot. Then he digged it, fixed it, and guided me through the insurance process. For some non-leaking related plumbing problems, he even offered a free return check out the next day.

Had a clogged pipe and they dispatched someone to my house at 630pm. Every other company said they couldn't get out until the next day. Miguel came out with his partner and they were absolute legends. Worked on that pipe until 830pm getting it cleaned out. Miguel took the time to explain what they were doing and why. Showed me the video of the blockage. Extremely hard workers and stayed until the job was done. One of the best experiences I've ever had with a tradesman. Can't say enough good things.
