Omar came out to help same day. Awesome guy that is very knowledgeable in the field. I had a leak in my bathroom. He walked me through all the steps of what he was doing. He gave me options, verified and confirmed, BEFORE doing anything. Gave it to me straight on what the issue was, and went right into action. Friendly, great communication, and great service! We had a complete blockage and flooding in each bathroom. Omar was able to come out within an hour and solve our problem. Soon after, we used Home Leak and Drain Solutions to do a complete repipe of our ancient house. The crew was friendly, reliable and efficient.

Even made sure he was right by having someone else come confirm the spot of the leak that Monday at no additional charge. Highly recommend.

Wow, this will be an easy review to write! Late Saturday night I had a toilet leaking, and tub filling up during a shower. I didn't want to call a plumber on a Sunday cause they're more expensive. But, my son started looking for plumbers to come on Monday. He sent for a quote from Home Leak & Drain, and heard back within minutes. Omar called my son first thing Monday morning, and before noon, he was a my door, with a smile on his face, pleasant attitude, and wanted to know where the problem was. Omar was on it immediately. He ran some tests, and had the problem under control. Because of the water damage, he called a company that could take over after his job was done. Omar was thorough, informative, and knowledgeable. All with a smile, and great sense of humor. He was patient with my dumb questions. He showed me what the problem was, and how he would take care of it. I HIGHLY recommend HL&DS. I'm sure all of their employees are excellent, but if you're lucky enough to get Omar...SCORE! Oh, and their rates are good too!

I have been talking back and forth with this company with a cloged drain and a toilet ring replacement. They didn't show up on the appointed day.

The rental property is a little hard to work with once come to schedule setting up. I have worked so hard to get I it set up. But end up calling a different company as an emergency service the second day. Plus, if you are not responsible at least let me know before or on the same day. They don't pick up calls or return test messages for the same day and the day after. They don't answer calls normally, have to left message or text. ) it doesn't matter how hard to set up, you could let me know that would make more sense to me. I would be appreciated and have time to set up with other companies.

After two days that I gave a horrible review.

I have found out there the property manager did sent message but no voice mail. He did not tell me if there is a set up date. He might not want to be questioned as that much for details like this. So I figured, just don't believe what people say just believe what they can do.

Back to the situation. So I called again for an emergency clog and flood in master bedroom. I called the guy who fixed the clog on Saturday and Sunday. he couldn't show up or have someone show up on Monday. So I called this company again. He did show up in 2-3 hours from a long distance. And did a long long hours of a unclog job for the property at late at night. He got a camera run from the roof and told me the problem where is was. And jet cleaned the pipes. Also. He told me a 30 days guarantee.

Only up to this moment. I am satisfied at the end. And I am just happy someone is there to take care my house. I have been deal with this for so long and I just happy someone can help and get my house problem fixed. I wish I know this company early so that I can save so much money on calling so many people just for one problem. But I will keep this company as my to go solutions for future. Besides, the setting up time and contact difficulty, over all, the services quality is the final proof for a good team and works.

Omar and there team came out Friday and snaked our master toilet, didn't work. They charge us nothing! Today Omar came out personally at 4 pm after a long day/ camera check/ with a confirmed blockage. Hydro back washed from main vent on roof/ backwashed everything/ boom. Problem solved. I will refer them to everyone. Very professional and courteous throughout this whole process. PS I'm a 30 year licensed contractor. I don't give many 5 star reviews. These guys earned it!

Omar and his awesome team just finished up a complete and total repiping of our house (under the house, the laundry in the garage, the main line out to the street, and installed a new water heater). This was a huge job and his team handled it exceptionally. They are hard workers and have integrity taking pride in their work. They stayed late to finish things, came out extra days, answered any questions or concerns I had, and were always super friendly and respectful. As you can imagine, this was also a very expensive job, but Omar gave us the best price by far out of 4 different companies. One of the quotes I received was more than double, which is completely obsured and dishonest. I truly appreciated Omar being fair with me about the pricing and just being a good human being in general. He didn't try to ""sell"" me or rip me off. He was fair and honest and delivered on his promise of doing a great job. Home Leak and Drain Solutions has earned a lifetime customer here. I recommend them 100%!
