I use Yelp a lot, but rarely write reviews. I need to write a review for Omar and Jose. I had a gas leak in the house over the weekend. They came out immediately, located the leak, and immediately fixed it. They are amazing. Not only is their work top of the line, their customer service is unbeatable. It's rare to get great customer nowadays, but their customer service is second to none. Thank you both for taking care of us.

The process was quick, simple and professional! Omar contacted me immediately with a quote for a clogged drain. The quote was well below numerous other companies. We scheduled a time for the following day. Jose showed up on time and was very friendly and professional. He explained the issue and got to work quickly and had the issue resolved in no time. Omar the owner showed up to check out how things were going and made sure I was satisfied. He actually didn't charge me for some extra work that Jose had to do. Jose cleaned area after and made sure I was good. Definitely will be using these guys in the future. Nice to find good and honest folks in an industry that can take advantage of people. Had a gas leak on left side of the house. SDGE stopped by, checked and shut down the gas line. Called up Home Drain Solution and the dispatch was able to connect me with Omar, the owner within 10 minutes. Omar showed up on time, diagnosed the issue. We agreed on the pricing and boom!! Jose, his plumber jumped out from the bush and start go at it. He was able to resovled the issue in timely manner and able to identified some other troublespot and took care of the leak and make sure that everything is up to code. Omar stopped by later to check on the work and did some more diagnose. They were able to complete the task next day and I got our gas back. Very nice follow up from both of them. Jose was exceptional and really knowledgeable. I'm glad I called Home Drain Solution. Will do business with again !
