We had a full AC/furnace unit installed in 2018. Despite being more than twice what the price should have been, we still went ahead. In removing the old furnace, they severely damaged a laminate floor by bouncing it through the hallway and living room. Their solution for this was the manager to come out with some mismatched putty to ""fill in"" the laminate. The rerouted the existing gas line and moved a union so if the hot water heater ever needs to be replaced next to the furnace, the gas will have to be disassembled vs using the union. Their install left the duct work blowing air out of every seam as they did not properly seal anything. The exhaust pipe into the ceiling just had a shirt shoved in the hole around it. Had a condensate pump go bad soon after in the winter and the tech that came out to replace it just cut the zip ties and left them on the floor.
As part of the install, we paid for an additional duct cleaning. The tech that came out to do the cleaning made sure to let us know that these are a waste of time for attic duct work and it's a good thing they do these for free because they aren't worth paying for. So if you're going to over charge for a unit, provide poor customer service, and damage property; they should at least tell their techs to not run their mouth about how much they screwed you over. This company is consistently overcharging for work and I've never know anyone to be happy with their work.

Absolutely disgusted with Home Comfort Experts. We had a service tech (Corey Rodriguez) come to fix our master bathroom shower. Shortly after, I discovered my $10,000 watch was missing from a locked case in my master closet. The case had been re-locked, but the key--stored in a separate location--was clearly found and used. I've called the company four times, asked for a manager, and still have not received a single response--even after filing a police report and the police speaking directly with them. Their only comment to law enforcement was that they would ""keep an eye on the plumber."" Completely unacceptable. Avoid this company at all costs. The lack of accountability and communication is outrageous.

The mark up on cheap replacement parts is a pure rip off!!!!!!!!! I called them out cause my furnace was not lighting but everything else was working on it ,,,it was a emergency call so I under stand that it was going to be around 190 bucks...the problem with the furnace was the ignitor at most a 50 dollar part from what I have looked up online with the part number off my old part ,,,,and was charged 300 bucks for the part ...on top of the emergency call... its not like the part was made out of solid effing gold ... the company is ripping people off more or less with the mark up on the parts they get at wholesale pricing ....

They just never showed up to replace my furnace. I called them 5 times after they agreed to replace the furnace and my calls were never returned and they never came out to do the work. My four kids and I had a cold Christmas. I recommend using literally any other company in the Fulton County area.

so... I agreed to pay 1000 dollars to have my duct work blown out. Thats fine I agree to it. the technician showed up 45 min late to start the appointmen. after he took his time after showing up to finally get everything out of the vehicle and setup to start the process we are over an hour in. so we start the process. I stayed out of the way so the "" trained professional"" could do the job I paid for. after the service was completed he asked for a signature so I signed. after walking back through after he left to shut off lights.. my vents were bent due to him forcing his air fitting through them. all besides a handful. not only that he also left everything that blew out of the vents all over the ground for me to clean up. a day or so later I receive a text and I didn't reply due to being upset asking how the quality and was the work completed satisfactory... another day goes by and I reply I'm not satisfied and let them know about the damage done and the mess that was left behind. the lady replied with "" I'll let the department that deals with this know"" I said great thank you. a week goes by and nothing.. so I reply back through text to the same lady and I get the same response that she doesn't deal with that. so I reply if I don't talk to someone about this I will be leaving a review on ""BBB"" and on here! still no reply so here we are! I would not recommend this company to even my worse enemy.

We had them install new furnace and air conditioner back in Sept when they had a special going on and was very pleased with their service, the warranties and their customer service. We love our digital thermostat and the fact that we can hardly hear our furnace run at all. Our furnace and air conditioner were approximately 18 hrs old and we knew we' d have to do something sometime soon. We didn't want to be caught in the middle of weather without as my husband is a heart patient and wouldn't be good for him. I would highly recommend them.

Called them to check my air conditioner. The tech arrived around 6 in the evening...I didn't request a rush and had no idea when he would show up. They don't tell you. They just call 15 minutes before. The tech took doors off and took pictures. Furnace is 20 years old but works great. AC is a bit newer. He told me before even finding the problem I should replace the entire system. He went out side and looked at the unit and took off the panel to the electrical parts. His drill battery was dead *what kind of tech doesn't have more than one battery?? He measured the capacitor and said it was bad..it is four years old..so that is possible these days. He said the contactor was also bad..but didn't test it. He said he could replace those parts for $700..if you read other reviews there is a common theme. He said he had the parts and could do it, but why spend that much and I would likely have another failure soon and need a new system..so I should have a project manager come out to give an estimate. He then said he can schedule the estimate for the next day or come back and install the parts....which he said before were on his truck. Lie 1. After that he said he has one of the mid level systems in his house and loves it. 15 minutes later we were talking and he said he's looking for a house and hates living in an apartment complex. He totally lied about having a system. Here is the kicker. The parts he wanted replaced I looked up and cost $40.00 max!!!! Needless to say I didn't have him do anything and the next morning canceled my estimate appointment. Sham.
