Cannot, in good faith to recommend this company to anyone. (This incident happened over a year ago, but I'm still livid) had a bid done to put heating vent to put in our certain areas in our home. Made our appt. They cancelled. It happens. Set up another appointment. Never showed. Husband called and asked when they would be there. They told us they wouldn't. Task was too small, they would lose money and basically we not worth their time. Classy. So now husband missed 2 days of work when they could have just been upfront with us. Not an acceptable way to deal with any customer.

We called them because our hot water heater was broken. Someone came out on a Saturday, checked the heater, and said he would contact us Monday on whether he could get the necessary part. Monday we texted him to see if the part was ready. Got a text back, ""Not yet."" Tuesday morning we texted, no response. Wednesday morning we texted, no response. That afternoon I called the company to get an update. I was sent to the voicemail of someone who was ""out on a job"" and would be back to respond to my complaint within a few hours. We never heard anything. It's now Friday evening, not one word from the company. Hundreds of dollars down the drain and we have to start over with someone else.

So completely horrible in every way!!! Our unit cost about 12,000 to put in. It has been in for 3 years, the motor went out and a few other parts when they came out they asked us when we even picked the unit??? He said ""they go out all the time"". Now we are being charged to replace it plus labor. This company has been horrible from day 1. Do yourself a favor and find another company.

Today I was charged 390$ for just service/diagnostics. Diagnostics show that AC unit is broken. Thank cap! I was offered additions diagnostics services for $300 + $500 which I declined. Looking for another service company. This one is rip off!

I had two old electrical Panels at a home that had undergone additions/remodels. I asked for a quote for a new electrical panel to alleviate breaker tripping issues. I got a prompt quote and a prompt appointment for a new breaker box. The circuits were moved from the two older electrical panels and integrated into the one new electrical panel. The new breaker box was also outfitted with a switch-over and outlet switch for the ability to switch over to generator power. The two technicians assigned the task arrived promptly, worked quickly and efficiently and kept everything tidy. Once the job was completed, they made sure everything was ship shape and tidy afterwards. Very pleasant to work with and very capable of doing the work.

Forgot to mention that they didn't bring a stud finder and punched holes in our walls. We've had to deal with them a second time and they're asking a ridiculous amount of money we are shopping around. Do yourself a favor and do the same

G & S Heating, Cooling & Electric installed the multiple HVAC units in my office. The heating and cooling was consistently unbalanced (too cold in one part and too hot in another). We called them within the one year warranty period to re-balance the system. They charged me over $395.00 for this ""service"" that only made the problem worse. The owner insists it was a ""clean"" charge. As much as I don't like to post a poor review, we are reminded of this poor customer service with each warm and cold weather change.

I had G & S heating come out to look at our furnace. I wanted to see how much it would cost to fix verses how much for a new one and was planning on buying from them. They came out told me our furnace is really old and that they could not fix it. For that they charged me $270 for ""service"" and said that if I buy a new one from them they might deduct some or all of that cost. What a bunch of BS I refuse to be black mailed like that. Do not do bussiness with G & S heating out of Monroe!

Friendly, but after coming out and looking at our project, we never heard from them again. Called, sent e-mails ... all pointless. This could mean an unhappy experience waiting if you ever encountered a problem or other work needed that they just didn't want to deal with.
