If I could give them zero I would. Worst company EVER! Like everyone else this was through AHS (it must be the only was they get business). Water heater not working, guy came out late on Friday said water heater had to be replaced but they wanted a """"level 2"""" technician to double check they couldn't swap out the part (water heater is 18 years old and there was a fire inside the unit and the part that was to be """"replaced"""" is corroded and no way replaceable) but I was patient. They said someone would be here Monday, no one showed, called AHS and they said someone would be here Tuesday between 8-12, no show. This company never even answers their phone....EVER! Then they told me if I paid $1200 they could replace my water heater tomorrow....WHAT?!?!? Now escalating through AHS. Sketchious company EVER!!!! If AHS assigns them tell them u want another company...immediately.

American Home Shield sent them out. Water heater pilot light went out. They came out. I pay them and tipped the guy. Two days later same problem. Same guy came back out. He could not relight it. He had a part he thought would fix it. Could not figure it out. Room smelled of gas. He decided it was the valve. I did not trust he knew what he was doing. I had him shut the gas off. Sent a text to see when they would be back out. They said 7 days. Total BS..... Both companies are criminal! They have almost $1000.00 from me and I have to go with no hot water. I have no confidence they can fix it at all!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.... They answer the phone 10% of the time. Lady who appears to work from home has no idea what the technician does in the field. Sent out 2 times by American Home Shield warranty company and always find something not covered under warranty. SCAMMERS!!!

They deserve no stars. The worst customer service ever. I'm speechless at the way they handle business and are still open. Ive been waiting on pets for 8months now. High water bill due to toilets running. Elizabeth the so called Supv continuously gives me a run around when miraculously she happens to answer. Since oct 2020 they have been """"fixing"""" waiting on parts and receiving wrong parts. As of yesterday AHS claims the manager of the facility said my claim is closed and fixed. Month after month I lost time from work on apt and no shows. I can go on and on, but up to today I still don't have the problem solved and will have to pay out of pocket for a reliable company to actually fix the problem. They are incompetent, and just the most unprofessional company to exist. Please don't ever use them. Lastly there own employees quit on first day after dealing w upset customers like myself. Why are they still in business!!! Ahs is just as bad not holding them accountable! But that's another Yelp!

Just like everyone else, used AHS and was diagnosed in my home (after the technician took two photos of the water heater) that it was the Anode Rod, then said that it was not covered under my warranty and would be an additional $380. I said it was, and showed them the contract. The technician just left my house at that point and when I called AHS to fix it, HomeChoice then texted me and called me a liar saying it was not the anode rod, even after the technician quoted me on that. So they wanted me to pay for a service covered under contract and scam me. Do not go with AHS or Home Choice.

Came out for AHS warranty claim. I had a leak in pIpe in garage. He put a cut rubber hose and C-Clamp and told me this cost about 1$ . My pipe is very old and I mentioned , why not cut and repair pipe instead he said not needed. So I waited 3 hours for a crappy repair and paid 100$ for this claim. Do not recommend this company at all!!!

This company is pathetic. They were first dispatched by AHS in January when my tub leaked and flooded the bathroom. They never showed up and then marked the ticket as closed. Claimed i wasn't home. Sorry buffoons but I work from home and kept the security camera footage that shows no one ever came to my house. I ended up fixed the leak myself. This week, my master bathroom had a stoppage and sewage coming back up the bath, shower and toilet. AHS sent these clowns again and this time they actually showed. Used the cleanout for the other side of the house, then said he would have to go through the toilet but would have to charge me $285 to take it off. Told him I could loosen two nuts and take it off myself. Then he told me it was roots but no proof. FInally when I went to take the toilet off, he said he couldn't wait and would have to come back. Never did and then Home Choice texted and said I would have to pay them as roots are not covered. I told them to come out and prove roots are the problem and I'll apologize and pay for it. Called AHS and told them I was cancelling my policy because of this. They countered with sending another company. I agreed because I already wasted $100 for the Service Request. They sent Robbie from ALL HOURS EMERGENCY PLUMBER and what a difference. Professional guy and he cleared the clog in like 5 minutes. NO ROOTS. HCS, you are a disgrace and a scam. If you have AHS and get these guys, call and tell them you want ALL HOURS.

If I could leave a negative 10 I would. No one ever answer's the phone. I called and spoke to Elizabeth said owners would schedule for plumber for Friday or Saturday. No call no show. I called them over 15 times. No answer! Finally got an answer from Adrianna the owners wife. Quote he needs to schedule you. Finally got a message plumber would be out Thursday almost a week later. Supposed to be here 12-4 . Never showed up till after 5pm. I went a week without being able to run my water. They are the Worst Customer Service EVER. They simply Don't Care. Please do yourself a favor Don't Ever use their Services

First call 3/23/21: the plumber told me to go find my own shower stim for leaking water from turn handles and to buy washers. I went to plumbing store and no one could identity the older stem from the picture the plumber sent me. Second call 4/14/21: same plumber (Luis) said nothing was wrong and handles weren't leaking. I told him to wait...they leaked. He tried the washers and it made it worse. He said the company would order the shower stem parts. He then turned the ceramic dial/handle so hard (cold water) that it broke. He then proceeded to tell me that I needed to go to Home Depot and find my own replacement because he didn't have time. I complained to the company. On 4/19 they stated this: """" We order your parts already, we are waiting on the arrival and will contact you as soon as we have them to schedule your visit."""" Every time I call their business phone 407-383-0105, no one answers and there is no voicemail. No one has responded to my text messages either since then. This business has been unprofessional and horrible to work with. I filed a complaint with BBB.

Submitted through American Home Shield request for garbage disposal to be looked at. This is not urgent. I rcvd a text mssg this morning asking for days/times of availability. I did not respond waiting for tenant to provide best times to have the disposal looked at since someone has to come into the house. Around 2:00 I received follow up text mssg the tech was on the way. I didnt see this until 3:30 and the tenant was so scared she wouldnt answer the door since she was alone. Why ask if you are not going to give me a chance to reply - I am cancelling this order.
