Fidelis Marie R.Does not call back at all. Had to go with a different company to fix my water heater plus they have bad reviews. First they said my water heater is covered by my home warranty because of wear and tear and then my warranty told me that they said it's not wear and tear and they did not cover my water heater. Sounds like this company and my home warranty working together so they don't have to spend money. They just took my $100 dollar service fee and for what? I could have gotten it checked or estimated for free.
Communication is a major problem. I can get the company to complete the job because they don't answer the phone or call you back. Even when you try to call their technicians back, it goes to voicemail. Just waiting to get a new company authorized tomorrow. If you can avoid having this company assigned to your work order, do so.
What a nightmare of a company. ZERO communication skills. Initally came out on Tuesday, diagnosed problem with hot water heater. Told me to hurry up and approve the claim with AHS and they could install Friday. Did so, because we need hot water. Thursday rolled around and now they say it will be at least 3 days. Then set the install for the following monday between 11-2:30. Then they call and say they can be there between 2-4 that same Friday. Then they call at 3:50 that friday to cancel because they need two techs to do the install. Now it's Monday and we have no hot water, and they can't provide a date of when they can do the job. Absolutely ridiculous. I guess AHS is the only way a company this poor can get work.
Ryan B.TERRIBLE service. They have kept us waiting to fix a mixing valve issue for two weeks. We patiently waited for the window for them to come fix the issue this week. Then, when the window arrived, they went to the wrong address, and instead of correcting their mistake, they said they would be rescheduling us for another day. We have yet to hear when the reschedule will take place. This is a poor company with poor service, and their apologies are empty and mean nothing. And their """"customer service"""" is essentially automated and robotic.
This company was sent out by AHS. They came out and let us know what was wrong and eventually came to fix it. The only issue I had was their lack of communication. There was not a direct line to call to get help. I had to leave a voicemail and hope they would call back. Over all my experience was ok. When they are present they do a great job however, if it's an extreme emergency it will take a while.
Super poor company. Never never never use them . They just waste your money and time.
they came out to repair a tankless water heater. the heater was not producing hot water. they reported back the inurance company that all it needed was routine maintience. however they told me it neeeded to be repaired and replace. routine mainetence would not repair this heater which they know but also if they repored to American home shield insuracne company """" routine maintence"""" they know coverage will be denied. they take your $100 service deposit fee and go on the next job. its a complete set up and rip off.
We just found holes in our AC ductwork in the attic. It is obvious how they got there but nothing we can do about it. If they would t fix our ceiling surly they are going to repair the ducts that were damaged
We have a home warranty with AHS. AHS referred this plumber to us. Our master bedroom faucet cartridge had stripped preventing us from being abled to turn off the faucet. This plumbing service put in a defective cartridge that caused the faucet to leak. We reported the problem to them immediately. They replaced the defective cartridge with a new cartridge. Because we have one faucet that controls hot and cold water, this 2nd cartridge caused the hot water to turn off. We immediately reported this too them and this pathetic plumbing company refused to come back a 3rd time to reset the hot and cold dials. So basically each time they came to our home to fix the original faucet problem, a new problem was created. So now, AHS has to review this in order to determine if we have to pay an addtl fee to get this problem fixed or get this horrible plumbing company to come back to our home for a 3RD TIME. We have made it clear to AHS that we do not want this plumbing company to EVER come back to our home again.
This is the second time American home shield sent them. First time was for a shower they didn't fix. ASH sent them out a second time saying they were only vendor. Claimed they couldn't clear line had to pull toliet additional 380$ on top if 100$ deductible. I said no got a plumber to clear line for 225 total. Cancelled Americam hone sheild next day and its worthless service.
