American home shield sent them out and the guy came in and was already not very friendly, he didn't even touch the pipes underneath the sink and he ran water for about 20 seconds on each side and didn't see the leak... He said that there was nothing that he could do and then he left. As soon as he left, I ran the water for 45 seconds and took a video of the leak. I sent it to the company and they said that they Would have to replace the entire plumbing system under the sink for $1000. They told the home warranty company that they ran water 10 minutes on each side and that there was no leak and then they closed the service request. I called both parties to let them know that the guy didn't even see the leak initially and how would they be able to provide a diagnosis if they didn't see the leak at all? They were super unfriendly and refused to come back and it said that I just didn't like the diagnosis. I called Frank Gay and they guy came out and replaced the pipes for $250 and was nice about it. AHS just sending out people that will do bare minimum for the insurance. Don't use.

We were assigned Home Choice Services for a plumbing issue we had through American Home Shield warranty (both are a huge joke). The plumber came out, and was all over the place. Oh must be a pin leak, so he cuts a big hole in the wall. Nope not it. Oh must be a clog. And basically tells us we have to pay $350 extra for him to remove and unclog the toilet or he's going to leave and we're out the service fee we already paid. We made the mistake of paying him, and there was absolutely no clog in the toilet. He declares the problem fixed, and leaves. It immediately starts back up again. These people have no idea what they're doing and they're just acting shady and predatory demanding more money out of trapped homeowners. Shame on American Home Shield for forcing us to have to use this company!!!

A rating of 1 is to high. They are absolutely horrible. Do not use them or at least have a big supple of high blood pressure meds close by.

Came out for AHS warranty claim. I had a leak in pIpe in garage. He put a cut rubber hose and C-Clamp and told me this cost about 1$ . My pipe is very old and I mentioned , why not cut and repair pipe instead he said not needed. So I waited 3 hours for a crappy repair and paid 100$ for this claim. Do not recommend this company at all!!!

Horrible customer service. They came to fixed a couple of my toilets ordered the wrong parts and closed the work order even though I was told they were going to come back with the correct parts. When I called them to check the status of the job they said it was all taken care of. I explained that they ordered the wrong parts and were supposed to order the correct parts and come back. I received no response and when I called them to get an update and was told that I had to pay $180. I ended up going with another company that took care of my issue right away.

Like others, because of the bad reviews, I was worried when American Home Shield assigned this company to my pipe leak order. However, I was extremely impressed with the company and the technician, Louise B. Home Choice responded to the order request within 30' and scheduled Louise to arrive between 11 and 1. He arrived at 1 and had a new faucet bib installed including concrete repair by 3 PM. Timely, friendly, informative and professional. Always remember that a company is only as good as their employees and management, and things can sometimes change rapidly in those areas!

Company was assigned by American home shield, they caused additional damage and will not answer any calls or texts from us. They then quoted to repair the damage caused by their own company. Stay away from this company, we will be filing additional complaints about the damage caused.

Home Choice Services was dispatched via my American Home Shield Home Warranty Service for a clogged toilet. The technician came with a plunger and a short 6-ft snake. He felt confident that it cleared the clog, but if not, he suggested to recall and they would use a 20-foot snake to fully clear the clog. Within a few days the toilet clogged again. The second technician came and flushed the toilet and told me it's fine. I said it was a partial clog and the only toilet in the house so of course I'm going to plunger and snake it myself to at least be able to have a functioning toilet in the household. He just left without snaking or doing anything other than flush it. I have since been trapped in a hamster wheel between AHS sending recalls and the company either doesn't answer my calls and is reporting that there is nothing wrong with my toilet. Obviously, if I have to plunger my toilet a dozen times within a month, there is something clogging somewhere along the line.

This is literally the worst company I ever dealt with, they are liars, scammers and con artists. They rushed a job on my house which should have been a simple faucet fix, and since I am handy capped and don't use the down stairs, bathroom I didn't even the notice the leak wasn't fixed, the plumber spent ten minutes in there and replaced one part. The Leak continued and destroyed the whole wall inside and out of the bathroom. The sliding door now has black residue all over it, and when I contacted American Home Shield, they said the original company had to come back out. They sent the same plumber and he admitted to me, that he only looked at half of the sink tubing. He spent an hour fixing the leak, and then basically tried to run out of my house, when I asked """"who is going to cover the damage you caused"""" He said the restoration team we work with, will be in touch and he and sped out of my house. I at that point called back Home Choice Plumbing and asked them to get this fixed, they started giving me the run around, they had a restoration company call me and they immediately asked for for home owner's insurance policy. I said no I am not gibing you that, this was negligence on their part not mine. I called back to Home Choice Plumbing and started playing dumb with me, and telling me the owner of the company would be in touch. I called and called and was ignored, because they know my number, finally I called back American Home Shield, and they said the original company had to fix it, every time they would try and initiate a call it wouldn't go through. American Home Shield received blatant lies from them, twisting my words, saying how """"I declined restoration"""" not stating the fact that the damage was caused by them via secondary damage. I am basically broken right now, the pain and suffering I have had to endure of this terrible. I don't know what to do, I planned on using my tiktok fame to show off the videos I took prior to them fixing, so please be beware of this company. The are the worst, the don't care and now I left with a house the first house I ever owned destroyed and dangerous to live in. P.S They even tried to use a personal review about the plumber as weapon against me, I said he was polite and they tried to use that as saying he fixed the problem which he obviously didn't or I wouldn't have had to have come back out a second time.

company was sent by AHS, they claimed I needed a water line modification for my new water heater. It took them about three weeks to replace my water heater. They never sent a detail invoice and they never changed any modification on the water line and they only except cash or check. I put a stop payment on the check right away after I noticed that the waterline was not modified I have reached out to the company in several different ways, and they refused to call back, but they did try to cash my payment in less than 24th s. AHS called to verify what was done, and they hung up on them. Avoid these scammers.
