Well yet another horrible experience with these clowns. Like many other reviews, were the assigned company thought AHS. They asked for availability, which I provided. As I was hoping to be out of town, I provided full availability for the next two days upon my return. The day I was across the country, a plumber said he would be there in 10 minutes to look at my issue. No prior appointment was made, just flying by the seat of their pants I guess?? I told them they could come either of the next two days at any time and there was no response at all. You cannot call to speak to a live person, they send automated messages and that is it. This place is a joke. Finally was able to contact AHS and explained the issue and these clowns were cancelled and another company came the next day and handled the issues. Stay far away from these clowns.

A rating of 1 is to high. They are absolutely horrible. Do not use them or at least have a big supple of high blood pressure meds close by.

Horrible!! Don't use them!! Did call me for appointment after I made several attempts. Finally got a appointment but they never showed up. I called them and was told the tech was running behind but and will show up. Guess what, he NEVER did and they never called me.

I have a repair claim with AHS they send Home Choice Services to do the repair, the technician arrived, in less than 5min he said that the water heater was installed incorrectly and was not under code. The technician left and reported to AHS that the job was complete. I was charged for the service call in advance before Home Choice Service even arrived. I will never call this company again for a repair, they took my money in less than five minutes with no resolution. Since then I have contacted Ameican Home Service to file a complaint with this company that is quick to take your money. Becareful when you call for a repair.

Lack of communication- direct lies told to clients. Slow response took 3 days to get an appointment. Over a week to get issue resolved. Had to work with them due to homeowners warranty. No empathy for client's needs.

We were assigned Home Choice Services for a plumbing issue we had through American Home Shield warranty (both are a huge joke). The plumber came out, and was all over the place. Oh must be a pin leak, so he cuts a big hole in the wall. Nope not it. Oh must be a clog. And basically tells us we have to pay $350 extra for him to remove and unclog the toilet or he's going to leave and we're out the service fee we already paid. We made the mistake of paying him, and there was absolutely no clog in the toilet. He declares the problem fixed, and leaves. It immediately starts back up again. These people have no idea what they're doing and they're just acting shady and predatory demanding more money out of trapped homeowners. Shame on American Home Shield for forcing us to have to use this company!!!

NEVER USE THEM!!! Just like many other customers I got them thru American Home Shield and this company is less than a joke!! The tech they sent tells me that I need to call the manufacturer to get the parts needed, and I told him immediately that wasn't going to work since I didn't have the receipt for the shower faucet anymore, he insisted and I called the manufacturer anyway for them to tell me what I already knew. Now after 2 weeks of waiting Home Choice tells me that they're not going to fix it just because they don't want to. They're just lazy thieves if you ask me!!!

Was set up with these clowns thru AHS which I've had for over 12 years with no problems. They sent a kid here to look at my leaking hot water tank. For a professional company, the kid shows up in a mini van that looks like it just left the junk yard. After taking a few pics, he says I need a new one. I said, obviously, it's from 1997. He then goes on to tell me how his company is going to ask me for an extra 3 to 5 hundred dollars in a """"modification """" fee which AHS doesn't cover. So basically they under bid there jobs so they get the contract from AHS and then look for the homeowners to pay the difference. I called over 5x looking for a Mgr with no call back. I finally called Ahs and took a cash pay out and did it myself. Worse plumbing company I've ever had to deal with

Absolutely worst customer service and company. Everyone I have spoken to, and the guy that came out were incredibly rude. The first appointment someone just showed up without calling. I didnt even know I had an appointment on that day. They then marked my order completed when we had to turn the plumber away because we were leaving the house. I had to waste a lot of time calling my home warranty company, then having to call this pitiful excuse of a company and deal with their rude customer service. Do NOT use this company

I am a customer of American Home Shield . I have a water leak under the kitchen sink, Loose faucet and drain is clogged, technician came and checked and he said he fixed the leak but it was not fixed all the problems are the same and it has been close to 3 weeks and this company does not answer the phone not even replying the text. Technician hardly stayed for few minutes to check the things.
