If I could give them a zero I would! They didn't do any work for me, but I was being dragged a-long for over a month waiting for a part to come in and was scheduled. Then all of a sudden was told I had to be rescheduled. The rescheduled date never came. I called and was told I would receive a call back, but after a few days I decided to write an email instead. I received an email a day later stating they could not fit me in until July 2021. Well, that is not acceptable. What kind of hog wash is that? I wrote an email back demanding an explanation and for the manager to call me. It never happened. Needless to say, based upon other's interactions, I am glad they didn't perform any work. If you see their name, run!!!

I've been dealing with this problem since March 16, I had a leak underneath my kitchen sink, technician, from Home Choice assigned by American Home Shield, came and diagnosed the problem: I needed a new faucet... told me that Moen (the faucet manufacturer) offered lifetime warranty, I contacted Moen and they sent me an email stating that my faucet was not under warranty because they do not transfer warranty to second owners, warranty is issued only to original owner... so I passed the information to AHS and Home Choice, AHS assured me that they will authorize a new faucet. Spoke to many many agents from AHS: Kate ID # 11286917, Marge supervisor, Stephanie supervisor, etc all of them assured me they would send an email to Home Choice. Today April 8 finally a technician came he didn't have a faucet with him and told me that he didn't know what he was at my house for... he was on the phone with the owner Tony Alencar, he refused to speak to me, so I called Elizabeth office manager(?) that said that they never received authorization for the new faucet because my faucet is under warranty with Moen! So back to call AHS spoke to Stephanie the supervisor, and she telling me that Home Choice told her that faucet is under warranty... Both companies refused to see my email from Moen stating that there is no warranty. I don't understand why they keep insisting on that when I have proof from Moen. Anyway I've been without running water in my kitchen since March 16, today is April 8, with multiple phone calls to AHS and Home Choice where I found them, especially Diego manager, very rude and patronizing, he put me on hold, not very successfully, and I listened to a conversation with one of his technicians, insulting a customer. Elizabeth very rude, unable to solve problems, the 4 plumbers that came to my home very inexperienced acting like they never saw a faucet before. I don't how AHS can work with such unprofessional contractor. AHS assigned me a new contractor but it's up to me to show him my proof from Moen... this is a joke and a scam from both companies as soon as I get this problem fix I'll cancel my contract with AHS.

This is literally the worst company I ever dealt with, they are liars, scammers and con artists. They rushed a job on my house which should have been a simple faucet fix, and since I am handy capped and don't use the down stairs, bathroom I didn't even the notice the leak wasn't fixed, the plumber spent ten minutes in there and replaced one part. The Leak continued and destroyed the whole wall inside and out of the bathroom. The sliding door now has black residue all over it, and when I contacted American Home Shield, they said the original company had to come back out. They sent the same plumber and he admitted to me, that he only looked at half of the sink tubing. He spent an hour fixing the leak, and then basically tried to run out of my house, when I asked """"who is going to cover the damage you caused"""" He said the restoration team we work with, will be in touch and he and sped out of my house. I at that point called back Home Choice Plumbing and asked them to get this fixed, they started giving me the run around, they had a restoration company call me and they immediately asked for for home owner's insurance policy. I said no I am not gibing you that, this was negligence on their part not mine. I called back to Home Choice Plumbing and started playing dumb with me, and telling me the owner of the company would be in touch. I called and called and was ignored, because they know my number, finally I called back American Home Shield, and they said the original company had to fix it, every time they would try and initiate a call it wouldn't go through. American Home Shield received blatant lies from them, twisting my words, saying how """"I declined restoration"""" not stating the fact that the damage was caused by them via secondary damage. I am basically broken right now, the pain and suffering I have had to endure of this terrible. I don't know what to do, I planned on using my tiktok fame to show off the videos I took prior to them fixing, so please be beware of this company. The are the worst, the don't care and now I left with a house the first house I ever owned destroyed and dangerous to live in. P.S They even tried to use a personal review about the plumber as weapon against me, I said he was polite and they tried to use that as saying he fixed the problem which he obviously didn't or I wouldn't have had to have come back out a second time.

This company is horrible. They work for American Home Shield in Orlando FL. The plumber showed up after 5:30 said he didn't see a leak and left. This was after 8 days of run around to get them to show up in the first place. The pan of water under the sink wasn't enough of a clue for him that there was a leak I guess. Obviously he was done for the day and just didn't want to do anything.

The communication from this company is horrendous. They work with American Home Shield and when the company reaches out, they ask for availability and you hear nothing back for days. Both times we had to use them, we had to either reach back out to the company to see when someone is coming (4 days with no garbage disposal/clogged sink and no call) or they call with no notice or appointment to let you know they can get someone out there in less than an hour (3 days with no communication when we had a leaking pipe with no calls). The technicians do a nice job when they are there, but the dispatching department needs an overhaul and the customer service in the office leaves a lot to be desired. Would not recommend this company.

Please. PLEASE. Read the reviews and heed the warnings. Where to begin... American Home Shield sent this company out to repair faucets which were leaking. The first """"plumber"""" examined and advised the faucets were all indeed leaking, but were all manufactures defects. I'd have to get new faucets and he'd come back to install. He left one bathroom faucet unusable - as it now poured instead of dripped. I didn't discover the leak until after he zoomed away in a hurry. One faucet, he could tell from the door of the bathroom, had a manufacturers defect. Note, he didn't come within two paces of the faucet, didn't look underneath the faucet, didn't turn the faucet on... He could see into the workings of the faucet from a distance and just tell. Oh, and the recommended hose replacement on the kitchen sink didn't fix the leak. So wasted money there... After getting replacement faucets, I contacted the office to schedule another appointment. Appointment day came and went - no one called or showed up. I called the office the next day - they didn't have me on the schedule. So I scheduled someone for the next day. That appointment came and went - no one called or showed up. I called the office again - oh no, problem with the scheduler. I'm on the schedule first thing the next day. The next day, I received a call saying I was on the schedule and a service person would call me soon. *10 minutes* later I received a call saying no one could come out today. I needed to call the office for another appointment. So if you're keeping score, that's 3 appointments set - 3 missed. Finally, the last appointment I got someone back out to almost complete the work. He managed to install 1 1/2 faucets and stop the leak from the third. I had to call the office again to have another appointment to compete the installation of the final faucet as he failed to do so. I wasted so much time and effort dealing with this company. Do yourselves a favor and choose someone else.

Plumber showed up basically said there was nothing wrong, took the shower head off and put it back on. I realized after he left that he had broken the shower head and created a leak. I couldn't get a manager from the company to take my call to come back and fix it.

I have been 10 days without hot water. They have my hot water heater but every time I call Ariel states """" we will have someone schedule you. She won't put you through to anyone else. She just keeps saying """" waiting for dispatch""""

Wish there was a negative option on the star rating. American Home Shield sent this contractor to our home for a Water Heater repair/replacement after two mornings with a cold shower @ 5am in January/February. This was the worst experience e v e r from the start. In take employees, rude. Schedulers, rude. Technician - completely useless and rude! He """"diagnosed"""" the issue by testing the unit with a volt meter to report """"yep, it is getting power"""", ok then why is the water not hot? Oh well you have to let the water run - no kidding! but more than 15 minutes to get nothing but cold water - unacceptable. AHS was no better with their customer service to resolve the concern. After spending $$ monthly for more than five years worth of """"coverage"""" we have cancelled this policy. Still fighting to get my $150 worth of service fees back as the problem still exists. STAY AWAY from both American Home Shield and Home Choice Services

Service Request through American Home Shield. The technician showed up and refused to wear a mask. Then he installed a brand new water heater and left the wires exposed. His response, """"I'm not an electrician"""". The company did not submit a permit request from the City of Orlando Permit Department. When I called, they informed me that they didn't have to submit documents for a permit. Stay clear of this company!!!!!! I had to hire another company to come out and complete the job. I would not recommend Home Choice Services at all.
