Holman Plumbing is the best. They installed an on demand hot water heater and their service was prompt and professional. The company will now service the heater for me and I am delighted. Justin answers his phone and is super nice and very helpful.

Our sewer ejector pump failed, likely because of some poorly constructed and installed piping (done by another company). The tank was filled up, so the pump and piping were submerged. Two other plumbers came by and said the tank had to be pumped out by a septic company, just so they could see the equipment and diagnose the problem. I arranged the septic pumping with an anticipated cost of $400-500, but then tried calling Holman Plumbing. Before Justin came out, he said he could probably do everything without having the tank pumped out first. He was there first thing the next morning to assess the problem. He predicted that he could fish the pump out of the water, pull it up, replace it with a new pump, lower it into the backed up tank, turn it on, and have it pump out the tank. Lo and behold, he was right. He was able to pull up the failed pump, get the make and model, and order a new pump. He said, ""Call off the septic pumping."" That alone saved me the previously noted $400-500. He also noted that the original installer put in some flimsy flexible piping, not the hard PVC that was needed The pump was a special order, but it arrived a few days later, and Justin got everything up and running very nicely. Highly recommended!

Excellent work on a complicated gas line reinstallation; Justin and his assistant showed up on time on the appointed day as promised, got the job done for a reasonable price, and patiently explained everything they were doing. Also answers the phone quickly, in contrast to lots of plumbers who take a voicemail and never call back. Also Amerigas were as diligent and reliable . . . Anyway, highly recommended.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!! Justin is wonderful. My hot water heater wasn't working. He came same day. Diagnosed the problem. Gave me options of fixing or replacing.
Decided to replace, and he did the job same day.
He then diagnosed a problem with my water tanks (live on a well). Unfortunately, he doesn't replace those but have another company coming out tomorrow.
Thanks Justin. You are on speed dial for all my plumbing needs in the future!!
