Great experience from the call to set up the appt. Friendly dispatcher that explained the show up costs before I even asked. We were able to get an appointment next day. We have an unknown leak coming from upstairs leaking in to our kitchen. The plumber (Alex) was on time and courteous. He explained in advance every step. Once the leak was assessed he explained next steps and helped me troubleshoot a solution. The clean up was quick and I will for sure be calling again for other plumbing needs.

After evaluating the situation the owner waived the fee and steered me in the right direction. After Justin showed up, he quickly identified the issue and his crew promptly fixed it within days. We had worked for a month with another company who likely made the problem worse and cost us thousands of unnecessary dollars in their guess work and then ultimately gave up. We only wish we'd found Holman Plumbing sooner! This was about a year ago and we've had no issues since.

Justin saved the day!!! Woke up to take a shower and no hot water. Hadn't had to deal with a plumbing issue before as a first time home owner so I was a fish out of water to say the least. Just answered all my calls with all my crazy questions until he was able to come out 24 hours after incident. Couldn't promise to fix the same day BUT somehow got the work done same day and got my hot water turned back on. So thankful for the customer service and honesty I got from him. Sincerely a very happy customer!

My wife and I contacted Holman when we discovered a leak under our kitchen sink. Justin called us back quickly and we set up an appointment for later in the week. Gerry arrived on time, scoped the job, gave us an estimate with a couple options, made the repairs (which included installing a new garbage deposal) and cleaned up after the repairs. Unfortunately we had a small leak from a fitting after Gerry left but when we contacted Justin he THANKED US for letting him know and scheduled a plumber to come back the next day to fit that leak. That Tech almost arrived on time and quickly tightened the fitting, and said to let them know if there were any other problems. We really appreciate the great technical and customer service.
