Justin saved the day!!! Woke up to take a shower and no hot water. Hadn't had to deal with a plumbing issue before as a first time home owner so I was a fish out of water to say the least. Just answered all my calls with all my crazy questions until he was able to come out 24 hours after incident. Couldn't promise to fix the same day BUT somehow got the work done same day and got my hot water turned back on. So thankful for the customer service and honesty I got from him. Sincerely a very happy customer!

My wife and I contacted Holman when we discovered a leak under our kitchen sink. Justin called us back quickly and we set up an appointment for later in the week. Gerry arrived on time, scoped the job, gave us an estimate with a couple options, made the repairs (which included installing a new garbage deposal) and cleaned up after the repairs. Unfortunately we had a small leak from a fitting after Gerry left but when we contacted Justin he THANKED US for letting him know and scheduled a plumber to come back the next day to fit that leak. That Tech almost arrived on time and quickly tightened the fitting, and said to let them know if there were any other problems. We really appreciate the great technical and customer service.

We had Holman Plumbing come to the house and replace a defective shower faucet and matching sink faucet. Jerry and Cameron were very professional, friendly and worked with us in determining what we needed to do to accomplish the plumbing repair in the most cost effective way. They left the bathroom clean and neat and practiced covid directives. I highly recommend Holman Plumbing to anyone in need of their services!

I had a number of small jobs that I could have done myself, but I just couldn't face the hassle factor - so I put out a few requests for quotes. Alex came out and the quote was much higher than I expected - but then I'm probably out of touch with the going rates these days. They were here, so I had them take care of the list. My water heater needed to be replaced. I called three plumbers. The first offered me an appointment a month out. The second one was Jason Holman. ""Water heater? We'll be there tomorrow!""

Jason went out of his way to minimize the time we were without hot water. I wanted the most energy-efficient electric option (I have solar). Jason talked me through the pros and cons of all the different options. When my electrician came out to install the outlet and had questions, I called Jason and just handed the phone to the electrician and Jason told him exactly what he needed. There was an exhaust conduit in the way of where the water heater would go, so Jason and his crew built a stand for the heater so it would fit over the conduit.

Now we think of him gratefully every time we step in the shower. The crew stayed masked up even though they were in the garage with the door open. As always, the work area was cleaner when they left than when they arrived.

Oh, and that third plumber? He didn't even call me back until several days after Jason completed the work.

Great experience with Holman plumbing. From the initial assessment/bid to final completion, Justin and his team were communicative, efficient, and did good work. Everyone I interacted with were conscientious of health and safety protocols, they wore mask and gave us good space, but still managed to keep me informed about work as it was happening. I had called Justin for a consultation about a sewer line problem. We agreed on a time to come and run a camera through the line. Justin arrived exactly when promised and took time to thoroughly review the issues with me. Using the camera he showed me the roots and broken joints in my 100 year-old sewer line! Justin is a consummate professional....plus he has a nice sense of humor. I would recommend him highly for any of your plumbing needs.

Amazing customer service!! We had a faucet pressure issue and Holman Plumbing gave us an appointment the very next day. Their plumber Justin was very friendly, punctual and clean (he even wore protective plastic booties around his work boots to keep our floors clean), and he gave us excellent advice about our options to repair the problem. It was clear that he genuinely wanted to help us with the most cost-effective option and was not out to get our money. We were very pleased and highly recommend these guys!!
