Great day. Water heater went out last night some time. No damage. Called Brian at 0700 to ask for service. He was here by 0900, looked and gave an estimate. Called him back about 1100 he was here just past noon full service completed. Cleaned up and was gone by 1530.
Superior service at a reasonable rate plus good feelings all around. Highly recommended by this household.

Brian Hoffmann just left my house after masterfully fixing the natural gas pipes that supply our fire pit.

He answered my phone call personally and made an appointment to come to my house in 2 days.

Brian's professional, easy to communicate with, knows the ins-and-outs of pipes. He diagnosed and fixed my problem lickety-split. My fire pit was running perfectly again.

I highly recommend Hoffmann Family Plumbing and plan to call them again with any plumbing issue.

Old house, old pipes, 45 degree turns under the house. Tried to rooter it myself but don't have the fancy equipment. Brian came out; dude has the right equipment. It was clogged pretty bad and took a little while, but he got it done. He also had a camera so we could look afterwards and make sure nothing still impeding flow and no pipe issues. I would definitely call him again!

This family owned plumbing company is fantastic. I asked for a quote and they gave me a quote. I made a appointment and he was on time. He had all the tools and the skills to use them. I got a new hot water heater installed in less than 4 hours. Cleaned up everything and he was gone. It's like the problem never existed. I spent the evening enjoying the market and a burger in San Luis Obispo. I'm not picky I just know what good is.

BEST PLUMBING SERVICE EVER. We're a college household and we've called their business twice. Always prompt, friendly, and accommodating. We had a massive clog in our pipes (which needs special care), but they did everything imaginable to try to help and get it unclogged. They're customer service is absolutely amazing, and I'm definitely recommending them to anyone who needs a plumber!

I had to take my wife to Santa Barbara for surgery after picking up our car from the dealer. When we went into the garage to get in our car we saw water running over the floor from our water heater! Called and talked to Brian who said he could come out that day but I explained our situation. He was good with us leaving a key and he was out there early that afternoon! He changed the water heater and added a pan and drain so if it leaked in the future it wouldn't damage the shelf it was on. He noticed a problem with our bath faucet and said it needed a new cartridge so I said fix it. We finally hooked up 3 days later and he didn't charge me for the cartridge because it didn't fix the problem! I highly recommend Hoffman Plumbing, they are responsive, accountable and do quality work! Brian was great to deal with and was very professional.
