Fast, Efficient and Professional describe my experience with Sam Goodwin! I had a serious leak issue in my upstairs bathroom. Sam had one of his contractors, Mark, contact me right away & come diagnose the issue using a camera to find the exact location of the leak inside my wall. The problem was not as bad as I had feared and I was thrilled with the outcome. Mark and Sam are A #1 guys that you can trust to give you the truth and do what they say they will do! Great service, Highly recommended!

This was truly an unfortunate situation with Hipps Drywall as he did not return to the job site to complete the job, even on the last day he said he would with his crew of guys. He kept leaving my job to take on other jobs and that is my main complaint. He was supposed to start the project and finish it before taking on another one. One of my TV anchors disappeared in the process as well (the one he removed from the master bedroom wall). One more ding against him. But I appreciate you acknowledging that he was at fault and ended up costing me a substantial amount of money due to his negligence.
