I reached out to HOCOA to source a plumbing repair I was having trouble getting help with. It took a little follow up but we were connected to a contractor within a few days and after a week the job was completed. All in all a good experience.

They deserve all the stars! Literally don't know how we survived without them. We have used them for a bunch of services and EVERY SINGLE TIME people show up early or on time, they communicate extremely well, they finish early or on time, they clean up, and are super kind!

We moved and that is why we started with HOCOA, to help with some repairs around the new place. Just found out our rental needs immediate work done and knowing that we can call HOCOA has allowed us to calmly handle the process and not freak out because we know all the work will be done well and timely.

I originally called HOCOA for a minor repair 2 years ago. They were kind enough to help me since I was new to the area. Just bought our home and needed to have minor repairs done. Just wanted to make sure that I wasn't getting ripped off and that I didn't get charged an arm and a leg or getting things done that weren't necessary. We had some minor handyman work done, drywall patch and repair. Called and they hooked us up! Then 3 months ago we needed our kitchen remodeled. So we contact HOCOA again and received great service. They put us in contact with 3 general contractors that gave us separate bids. We actually got a fourth from outside of their network (one of the big names we saw on TV, he happened to be almost twice as much as the HOCOA contractors) .
All 3 contractors provided us with bids, one took a little longer to get the bid from but followed up to make sure we got it.
Overall the one we picked did a great job! Got the cabinets we wanted, the countertops and finish fixtures. The staff from HOCOA followed up with us multiple times through out and helped us get wholesale prices on the floors and cabinets. They helped make the process easier and gave us peace of mind!

I contacted HOCOA based on the feedback on Yelp. I needed some plumbing help. In the past, I've done most of my own plumbing work whenever I needed to run new lines or repair leaks, etc. Not just because I'm cheap (I am), but because I've got the tools and the know-how. But as I've gotten older, my tolerance for working on my back in dark areas where my weakening eyesight gets in the way has diminished considerably.

All I needed was a garbage disposal installation. My thought as I called was, ""This ain't gonna be very high on a plumber's daily worklist. I'll be lucky to have anyone even return my call.""

I got a call back within the hour and they got the information. The plumber called me shortly and we set up an appointment for the next day. The work was fast (why shouldn't it be?) and excellent, and the price was right (less than half what the big guys would charge). I am very happy with the outcome, and with the whole experience.

Even though my need was a small one, I feel I got the attention any customer deserves. I will not hesitate to contact HOCOA first when I need work done in the future.
