They are running a special for a tuneup on the air conditioning system. I called Hobson air-conditioning to take advantage of the special.

Their communication was very good. The technician was on time. They are conscious of the carpet to keep it clean. He was informative as to options for my old air conditioning system.

I learned quite a bit about variation in systems and what I might do in the near future.

Informative, punctual, good value. Recommended.

never do business with hobson ac. they replace my units 3 years ago and every summer i have had to have someone come in and replace something. i have spent 1000's of dollar and it just never
ends. just paid another 263.00 today to get my downstairs units working.. scam !!! stay away from them...

Brian S came to our house to do a general AC inspection and tune up. He did do those things but he also repaired a joint that was leaking by application of a sealant--stating that it would not leak for at least 50 years! Was very pleased with the professionalism and level of service provided.

I had Hobson/Comfort Experts install a new hi efficiency HVAC system in my house about 2 years ago and my electric bills are about 1/3 of what they used to be. I highly recommend them.

When my parents AC stopped working we called around and finally came across Hobson. They came out quickly and gave us an honest opinion on what happened and what needed to be fixed. They fixed it the same day, overall I was really impressed.

When my mom's AC quit working I asked around about who I should use to check it out and the name that came up most was Hobson Air Conditioning. I had never had AC work done before (I've always rented) and neither had my mom. So I called them and made the appointment. They came out very fast. The service man spent a very long time checking out the system and pointing out current and potential problems. He was very knowledgeable and easily made me understand how everything worked. My mom's system was 35 years old he explained that the average life of any AC system is much shorter. It made more sense to replace than to repair. They installed a complete system in one day and she and I couldn't be happier. We would definitely recommend Hobson Air Conditioning.

Had Hobson's out to my moms house to look at her air conditioning unit. My parents had been without air for a couple of days before calling. The guy that came was Dalton and he was very nice and explained things so we could understand. We apparently lost a contactor due to fire ants. We had some poison and Dalton offered to put it out for us. Very impressed. Would use them again.

I was also deceived by Hobson's, I was told that 2 lbs of freon was included with the 59.00 service call and was advised after complettion I had to have a flyer. The solicitor from their company explained the offer and did not mention a flyer or coupon was needed and why offer it over the phone if coupon was needed. After making several calls to determine if the offer would be honored I was told no flyer no freon and would have to pay over 300.00 to recharge my ac. I would not recommend this company and it apears no one else will either.

They are thieves that pry on people that trust them. I've cancelled membership because they don't do nothing but try to sell you don't need and over charge for everything. They are still billing us almost a year after I cancelled membership and stopped auto pay. DON"T GO THERE.
