1. Great Service - Staff is friendly/knowledgeable and service is timely. I really appreciate that they come within the scheduled time slot and call to let me know when they are 20 min away

2. Pricing is competitive/affordable - I received an estimate prior to committing to the service. Based on the work done and other quotes I received, the quote was competitive. I agreed to have the work done. I'm not an expert, but I think it ended up being a little more work than anticipated. Even so, they honored the original estimated price. No extras or added charges...and they take credit card!

3. Follow-up Service/care is excellent - I can tell that they really care about the work that they do. I had a couple follow-up questions/issues (one was completely unrelated to the work they did...totally my fault), but they came right away (within a couple hours from my call), and took care of it right away with no extra charge/cost.

Overall, HN provides a great service and is friendly and affordable. GO HERE if you need anything related to plumbing!

I had an outdoor drain that was clogged, so water started coming into my kitchen. They responded quickly, but the guys they sent were unable to fix my problem - and didn't seem to care too much. And then, after charging me for not fixing the issue, he asked if I'd like an estimate to determine the problem and then fix it. Ugh.

HN Harris Plumbing is a great company. I called them because of root blockage in my main line. The receptionist was very nice and was able to make a same day appointment within a reasonable time frame. A young plumber, Steve, came out on time and chain rooted the line quickly. He was clean , friendly and did a good job. The price was reasonable, and less than I had to pay to other plumbers I had used. Overall an excellent experience. My next Plumbing job will definitely go to HN Harris Plumbing. Highly recommended.

I finally called H. N. Harris Plumbing after having 2 other ""well reviewed"" plumbing companies come and look at the leaky shower in my 1928 duplex. Both plumbers had no idea how to work with old plumbing, one of them actually charged me a fee just to tell me he couldn't do the job! The nerve.

I figured I should call a plumber that has been in the neighborhood for a long time and knew old houses. H.N. Harris had great Yelp reviews and fit the bill. Ozzy saw exactly what the problem was within minutes of removing the old valve and showed me that the galvanized pipe was cracked from previous attempts at repair. It was a big job and Ozzy got the job. I was worried about cutting the old Malibu tile, but it had to be done. They did a clean cut, installed all new pipes and valve and even recommended a tile guy. It looks great and the shower is like new.

A few months later, when the tenant moved, we made the big decision to re-pipe the entire duplex after years of living with rusty, grit filled water. Of course I called Ozzy and Javier at H. N. Harris Plumbing. The guys did a great job opening the exterior walls, crawling through the attic and under the house replacing the old pipes with shiny copper, and now, months later, no problems (as I knock on wood), clean water and great water pressure!

Thank you all at H. N. Harris Plumbing! You've made me and the tenants very happy.

Hired HN Harris for another big job at my home. There was a serious clog in my shower drain which turned out to be a pipe rupture underground. The guys at HN diagnosed the problem, dug under the house, found the pipe and installed a new one. They made the process painless and did an excellent job. I couldn't recommend this plumbing company more. Top notch.

I found this company through all its 5-star YELP reviews when I had a main line clog at a rental property, and several rather upset tenants whose toilets and showers were backing up.

HN Harris deserves EVERY STAR! I am so impressed because you just don't find service like this any more. First, there was Martha in the office, who was incredibly courteous, well informed, and throughout the day, called to let me know that their plumber got tied up on another job and would be a little later than expected.
When Steve arrived - courteous, neat, careful with everything, knowledgeable, helpful. He walked through the units, evaluated the situation and patiently explained my options, possible next steps and the cost. He also noticed some other plumbing issues under the units, which he mentioned to me as something I would want to take care of in the future, but not like he was ""upselling"" to beef up their bill.
Steve's manager, Javier, arrived later, after Steve had snaked two toilets without reaching the blockage. The property did not have a drain clean out closer to the blockage. Most plumbers would have given up and told me to install the clean out. I had a bit of a tricky situation which made installing the cleanout not feasible that day, but I could not leave the tenants with their toilets backing up! Understanding my circumstances, Javier and Steve searched for another solution, found the blockage and cleared the line!

Happy tenants, what is that worth?! At every step, they discussed with me what the options were and what it would cost. They stayed late to finish the job when others would simply have given up. They called to give me updates because I had to leave the site for another meeting.

We were first time customers today and are very pleased. We actually had an estimate appointment set up only but ended up having Ozzie complete the work the same day. He came out to look for a potential pipe leak but upon closer look, there wasn't a leak after all. He thoroughly explained that it could've been a one time water overflow because there were no signs of a crack or leak in the pipes. He did replace a leaky outdoor faucet and repaired our water heater gas pipes. All in all, it was a great experience and I'd highly recommend this family owned business.

Javier is a very good worker and so meticulous . I was so amazed by his patience and professionalism. I had other guy come in to fix but he wasn't able to fix it. Im so thankful that he fixed my bathrooms so well n cleaned the mess as well. I highly recommend Javier.
