I contacted HN Harris Plumbing & Rooter after several people referred them. My initial call was answered in a timely manner, and I was able to get some generalized info at that time.

During the initial call, I was instructed to email additional info and pics to their email address, which I did. I never received a reply or follow up call confirming receipt. So, I followed up both by phone and email and did not receive a response then either. On my third and final attempt, I was able to reach a rep via phone; but the rep was unapologetic and took my info again. I never heard back.

That said, I hired a different company. I do not and will not recommend HN Harris Plumbing & Rooter.

Let me start off with saying that I actually didn't receive service from HN Harris Plumbing.

After speaking to Javi on the phone for a few minutes, I decided to purchase a hand snake and unclog my bathtub myself.

I really appreciated Javi's honesty and coaching about the process, it turns out it was simple enough and my bath tub is unclogged! Thank you!

HN just finished up with a few significant plumbing issues I had, one of which was a leak from the upstairs bathroom that was coming down into the dining room below. They charge for the project and not the hours which greatly benefitted me in this instance. They even spent a lot of time to find the rare parts I needed for my fancy-schmancy fixtures.

They are trustworthy, honest and do a great job. They are the ONLY PLUMBERS I will ever use.

When I found out there was a major leak in our new home's gas pipes, I called HN Harris and spoke to Jamie. She sent Javier out to give me a quote within an hour, and I was impressed with his thorough inspection, detailed explanation of the work, and his calm demeanor. Their quote came out far less than the eye-popping quote of the leak detection company.

Since we hadn't set up the internet yet, I was checking emails on my phone and completely missed the scheduled start time, which was a day earlier than I was anticipating. Jamie and Javier were so flexible and understanding, and I was able to come home midday to provide a key. Work was started that afternoon, and by the next evening, we had all new gas pipes, and we were able to get our gas connection that night.

You never appreciate a hot shower so much as when you can't have one! I appreciate the professionalism, promptness, and courtesy of HN Harris.

I just got the pipe leak fixed by Steve. The job was done very thoroughly and professionally: out of all 4 sinks I have in my place, this one he fixed today looks the best ! In addition, others in the H. N. Harris Plumbing that I talked over the phone yesterday, they were very courteous and nice also. I recommend this company to others looking for a honest and reasonable priced plumbing service. There are many out there, but very few good company and excellent employees that can provide you honest and sincere good services.

These guys are just fantastic. Javier is professional, reliable, honest and just plain good. We bought a house and they did a large sewer line repair and other small tasks (laundry hookup, checking lines, etc). They will def be our go to plumber!!!

Highly recommend!!!! We had the best experience with this company, i called in need of a tankless water heater, prior to calling we had another plumbing company to come out and give us a quote and appointment to do the the work which they did however, they were so unprofessional and rude we decided not to hire them. We were in search for a plumbing company that can do the best job... Low and behold we found HN Plumbing the best company, from the receptionist being highly professional, as well as the plumbers being on top of their jobs! They quoted me the best price, Maria told me Javier would call me to confirm time and answer any other questions and he did just that. Btw I was out of their district but they took the job and did the best ever. They sent two trucks, on time actually 2 hours early, worked well as a team and they did excellent work. I'm so grateful to have had service from HN Plumbing, they are #1!

100% Recommend HN Harris Plumbing. Here's why:

1. Great Service - Staff is friendly/knowledgeable and service is timely. I really appreciate that they come within the scheduled time slot and call to let me know when they are 20 min away

2. Pricing is competitive/affordable - I received an estimate prior to committing to the service. Based on the work done and other quotes I received, the quote was competitive. I agreed to have the work done. I'm not an expert, but I think it ended up being a little more work than anticipated. Even so, they honored the original estimated price. No extras or added charges...and they take credit card!

3. Follow-up Service/care is excellent - I can tell that they really care about the work that they do. I had a couple follow-up questions/issues (one was completely unrelated to the work they did...totally my fault), but they came right away (within a couple hours from my call), and took care of it right away with no extra charge/cost.

Overall, HN provides a great service and is friendly and affordable. GO HERE if you need anything related to plumbing!
