My house was fumigated and when the gas company came back out to turn on my gas, they thought there might be a gas leak and would not turn the gas back on. So I needed a plumber right away. I was a little wary of all the 5 star reviews that HN Harris had - I tend to find that suspicious - but from my initial phone call I understood that the 5 stars were warranted. Indeed, I called several plumbers prior to calling HN Harris who were vague about telling me what would need to be done but were clear about the fact that it would be costly. When I called HN Harris, I explained my situation and the plumber (I forgot his name but he is the owner's son) got on the phone with me and explained exactly what he would need to do, what the results might be, what the cost would be, and why the cost was justified.

Truth be told, HN Harris was not the cheapest quote I got, but I found the plumber to be so trustworthy and reliable and felt that I would not be taken advantage of, so I hired them. They were at my house for the better part of the day, fixed the problem, were honest about what ""needed"" to be fixed and what didn't, and also unclogged a very clogged bathroom sink while they were at it and charged far less for that than any other plumbing service that I've used. I would not hesitate to hire them again and am grateful for finding such a reliable plumber in close proximity to my house. I recommend without hesitation.

I got a referral from a co-worker and called HN Harris for a service appt. Ossie arrived well within the designated time. He covered his shoes in my house, was courteous, worked quickly and got the job done right when i needed a cartridge replaced for hot water in my bathtub. The cost was reasonable and I would call HN Harris again for any future plumbing needs.

My water heater started leaking the other day & started to form a pool in my garage. I found HN Harris on Yelp & called them after reading the awesome reviews. Yelpers were not wrong! Ozzy came out the next morning & repaired the water line leading into the tank. Problem fixed. He told me that there was nothing wrong with the water heater itself, and even though it was getting old, it was still in adequate shape.
What truly impressed me about Ozzy was that with a couple of other over-the-phone estimates I got, I was told that since the water heater was older than the normal life expectancy, I would have to go ahead and get it replaced. We're talking over $1000 to start. Ozzy was not only skilled, he was HONEST. He so easily could have told me that the water heater needed to be replaced, and I would have done it. Especially since the area where it appeared to be leaking from looked rusty. Instead, the job cost less than $90. I really appreciate Ozzy's knowledge, skill, and most of all, integrity. 100% RECOMMEND! Based on the other reviews I called H.N and they came out yesterday morning and on time. In fact, someone from the office called me and gave me a 20 minutes heads up that they were on the way. They took care of my problem quickly, did not leave a mess and charged a fair amount. THESE GUYS ARE MY NEW PLUMBERS.

I just called these guys tonight for a plumbing issue that my regular handyman was unable to fix. The gentleman I spoke with was able to diagnose my problem over the phone. They arrived promptly on a Sunday night and fixed everything in less than an hour. The guys were both courteous and professional, it was easy to pay and he explained that they offer a 30-day guarantee on their work. I hope I don't ever have to call a plumber again, but when I do it will be H.N. Harris.

They did it again! My bathroom faucet was leaking and I needed it repaired quick. Called HN right before they were closing. The receptionist was kind and understanding even though I probably came off a little abrupt from my own frustrations. Ozzie arrived within 10 minutes! He was fast, very pleasant to deal with and got the job done. Whatever I was charged, I didn't get the feeling of being ripped off which I normally do when I get billed from any service repairman. I've had this company do other plumbing work in the past, and they've consistently been honest. I am more than satisfied with this transaction. My only regret is that I forgot to tip them. I completely spaced when my newborn started to get fussy. I figured I at least owe them a good review.

Incredible. Had a backed-up sink - getting worse by the minute - and called them in to fix it. We told them how bad the situation was, told them we'd be home all day, and to please come at their earliest convenience. They arrived 45 minutes before the top of their arrival window, and fixed the sink, along with some other minor plumbing issues, in under an hour.
