Wish I could rate this business on their work however, after attempting to reach out on two separate occasions two years apart, I was left ghosted both times when I was told I'd get a quote. It's unfortunate because they obviously have a great reputation for a reason, unfortunately, they just couldn't get it together for me. Thankfully, thanks to their lack of communication, I found a temporary $20 solution to some valve replacements I need so now I have time to get the project done that I had scheduled and I can find a new plumber once that project is done.

It was mentioned in a reply to another review with the same issue that they have been extremely busy which is believable given their reputation in the community, however, simple communication of ""hey, we're slammed so it will be a day or two to get you a quote"" goes a very long way.

I would recommend HMS Plumbing to anyone!! I called and they came out within 30 minutes to help me with a leak. On a holiday weekend even! Jose was very professional, friendly, and efficient! He fixed a pinpoint hole leak and scheduled a time to come back and fix the drywall. He tried very hard to fix it without having to cut into the ceiling, but where my leak was it was not possible unfortunately. HMS plumbing is the one to call!!

Our air conditioning unit went out right before the major heat wave hit us. Chris was quick to respond and get his guys out to check it out. Since our unit was the original one to our house, we decided to get a new a/c unit and furnace installed. Chris was very fair with his pricing, super quick to get the job started, and we were lucky to get it installed and up and running just in time for the crazy heat! Thanks to Jose and his work partner for being very professional and getting the job done right. We appreciate HMS!

I love HMS plumbing. I highly recommend them talk to Chris. Early this morning, he sent a very nice young man named Jose over. I had an emergency on a Sunday. He was excellent. Did great work was done within 30 to 45 minutes. for sure will call them in the future. And they are definitely my new go to plumbing company. When the job was completed he left the area better than he found it very clean.

Last week we noticed a leak coming through the ceiling of our entryway room. We weren't sure if it was a pipe issue or something with the AC. We called and talked to Chris a little before 8am - he was the nicest guy ever - and sent us Jose to come take a look at things. Jose made it to us by 9, who diagnosed the problem immediately (AC primary and secondary lines were clogged!), unclogged the lines, and we're on their way before 10:30am. Jose had a gopro so he was able to show us the problems going on in the attic/crawlspace and made everything super easy to understand. I cannot recommend HMS enough. 10/10 would recommend!!!

Very happy with these plumbing professionals. This was our 2nd time using them because they are efficient, respectful,trustworthy, and fair. I believe they really want the customer to have complete satisfaction. This is consistent with the previous time using them as well. Thank you HMS plumbing!

I called to get an estimate for my guest restroom to be remodeled and plumbing to get repiped this past Tuesday. No one showed up. Not even a cancelation or reschedule call back. We ended up going with another company who valued my time. What could have been a project for HMS plumbing became another company's project and we decided to now get both our guest restroom and master restroom remodeled and plumbing repiped. The guy on the phone seemed nice. Reason for a few stars. Please take people's time into consideration. Not ok.

I have a new plumber. I had a problem with my toilet and Cris from HMS addressed it immediately. He had one of his plumbers, Jose, out that day. Jose did a super job and addressed my needs. I had been looking for a new plumber when mine retired, and now I have one. Good pricing and excellent workmanship.

I've used HMS Plumbing a few times, water heater replacement and leaky bathroom pipes. Price, quality of work and professionalism are top notch.

Last issue: water heater broke at 9:00am. New water heater installation completed by 1:00pm by HMS. Excellent service and trustworthy company.

Great group of guys to work with. We had a leak from the main water line going into our house and it was leaking. Reach out to them and they were able to send out one of their guys to check and confirm where the leak was coming from. Didn't charge for the site visit on a Saturday (which is pretty awesome), sent me an estimate and we were a go and were scheduled me for the following Monday since the supply house was already closed.

Crew arrived between the time slot that they provided and made quick work of the job on a rainy Monday afternoon. They sent a crew of 3 to assist with the work, they were able to replace the offending line cleaned up the area and replaced the patch of lawn that had to be dug up to access the line. Would highly recommend them as they're super responsive and do quality work.
