These guys are awesome! I had a copper pipe leak inside a wall. I called HMS and within 20 min. Chris was here, he assessed the issue, called his crew and within an hour they were here with a plan. They fixed the issue, dried out the area and were fast, clean and fair priced. I would not hesitate one minute to call them again for a plumbing need. HIGHLY recommend! Called this morning for our upstairs AC unit that was not working. Chris said he had a crew in my area that had just finished a job early. Jose and his coworker (didn't catch name -sorry!) we're here in under 10 minutes. The repair was done in less than 20 minutes at a fair price. Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous. I called due to a possible slow leak and needed leak detection. Earlier today, I had a really bad experience with another plumbing company who basically charged me a lot to cut holes in my ceiling and walls with no information or expertise. Chris was extremely sympathetic and sent his team same-day for a courtesy leak detection. The guys were knowledgeable and respectful, and showed me pictures and videos of where to monitor going forward. I really appreciated the honesty of this company! So far so good! I discovered a water leak mess in my kitchen/dining room area it ended up being discovered in the wall that divides the two rooms. Hot water pipe leaked under slab causing water damage & having to pull up flooring... Found this company on local Facebook page with a lot of wonderful fantastic reviews. So I called and spoke to Chris he said they're here for me the customer and has dealt with home owner insurance so can handle all of it. I was literally having the highest anxiety until I spoke to him and then felt so much relief. He sent out Jose and he is top notch! He was and is so much of a perfectionist he discovered where the leak was cutting out my wall repaired the leak, it was under the slab . After the leak was stopped he had set up fans to pull out all the water and moisture in the area. Jose is for sure an asset, he explained so nicely the steps of what he was doing never annoyed, he even told me he didn't mind me looking over his shoulder. I was impressed that he wasn't in a big hurry just to get to the next job, he showed me he wanted to make sure it is done correct.
At this time we still have the fans up it's still in the process of drying but I will be back to add to this review when the rebuild gets going where they fix all the ruined parts of my house caused by the water. With the professionalism I've experienced so far in the start of my repairs & all the positive reviews I've read with fixing other peoples issues Im feeling all should be ok.

Called Chris and his crew and just had Jose come out today to fix water coming into our kitchen. We thought it was a broken pipe but turned out to be just clogged. They hydrojetted it and the clog was 45 feet down no way we could have done it. It was a much cheaper fix then we originally thought. Very fast, very honest and great work. I called on a Sunday afternoon around 3pm and spoke to Chris because all the sinks in my home were backed up and the toilets were slow to flush. Literally Jose was at my door within 30 minutes. Jose was professional and knew exactly what to do. Super pleased with the service, professionalism, and subject matter expertise of this company. Definitely a number I will keep handy in my phone now!
