Woke up this morning to no hot water. Hopped on Yelp, found Hips Pluming nearby with a great rating and open. Called them up, and the man himself was at my house about 45 minutes later. Very friendly, professional, and up front about what the possibilities and options were for my water heater. Fixed a broken thermocouple and went over what was done and what to expect. Even better, I got a follow up text to make sure everything was working. Very impressed with this business, and will be recommending them to folks I know who need plumbing services. Thanks!

Called Hip's yesterday afternoon about a leak we had in the back yard. He had a guy at the house at ten this morning. After a substantial amount of digging he found the leak and got it repaired successfully. He was very professional and polite. Hip actually came out and helped him finish up.
