Called Hiniker Plumbing after I broke my garbage disposal. (Total user error) Louie came out that day, and replaced my garbage disposal. While he was at my house I talked to him about a couple of other plumbing jobs I needed to have done. 2 days later I am happy to have new toilets, shower fixtures, and water pressure regulator. He was great to work with, honest and hard working. I will definitely be calling Hiniker Plumbing and requesting Louie for my future plumbing needs!

It seems every few months our kitchen drain plugs up. Over the last few years, we've had many different plumbers come out but not permanently fix the issue. We called Hiniker plumbing and Luis came out and snaked the drain and took the time to explain why he thought it wasn't enough. He recommend the hydro jet, which we agreed to. Gary came out a couple hours later with the hydro jet and we were surprised at the buildup of grease and gunk that came out of our drain. It was obviously years and years of buildup. He said that this should take care of it for many years to come. The whole Hiniker team is friendly, and obviously care about their customers and about customer service. We were very pleased with their service.

My home's main line was backed up and I called Hiniker. He came as promised and explained the hydro jetting process while showing me the camera's view as he was clearing the roots in my pipes (from the old pepper tree in front of my house) Honest, up front and fair pricing. We will be using him for any future plumbing needs and highly recommend him for your plumbing problems!

I used Hiniker Plumbing about a year ago for an issue with our water heater and it was fixed quickly and for a reasonable price. We thought we had a leak behind our wall in one of our bathrooms so I called Hiniker Plumbing and Danny Lopez arrived today, on time. He went straight to the issue, which turned out was not a plumbing issue at all. He even took a look a toilet we were having issues with and gave his recommendations. He was courteous and professional and even though there is a $125 service charge for their time (which is reasonable), they chose to not charge me because he was only in my house for 15 minutes and could not find anything wrong with my plumbing! This is a great company that I am going to recommend to anyone who needs a plumber!

From the reception desk to the plumbing crews, these guys are top notch. They're honest, affordable and timely. When you have a plumbing issue, there's no need to panic when they're on the job. It's like they care as much about your house (and your wallet) as much as you do. Highly recommend!

After calling 20 plumbers on a Saturday night, and a day of trying diy anticlogging methods, these guys were the only ones willing to come out. They were at our house quick and fixed our main line backup very quickly and efficiently. We had a different company a month ago fix a pressure valve and felt kinda ripped off by them so we were weary about another plumber trying to rip us off. THIS IS NOT ONE OF THOSE PLUMBERS!! talked us through the pricing and felt no pressure. Finally a plumber we can call again if we need it, plus he gave us a fridge magnet! Lol

Simply great. Called on a Monday for our backed up main line that was causing the washer to leak. They were able to make it out the next day, right on time. Helpful, professional, and even turned around and came back right after they left when we frantically called after discovering more water (it must have been there before they fixed the problem).

Quick to answer the phone, was able to book a service appointment for the next morning. Jeff was very professional and explained the issues, was able to fix everything. Word of advice check your regulator for proper pressure where it comes into the house. Ours way twice the pressure it should of been,and caused the water heater temp and pressure valve to fail. So a regulator and T & P valve had to be replaced. We are all better now

This the second time that I have used Hiniker plumbing. They are courteous and professional each and every time I have worked with them. In this latest call, it was July 4th and though they were looking at having a half day in order to enjoy the holiday, they still came to my home to correct my plumbing problem.

I have been a customer of Hiniker Plumbing for several years. Excellent customer service from the beginning when I needed a water heater and came across a Hiniker truck in our business parking lot. The man in the truck agreed to follow me home to look at the problem and we had a new water heater the next day.
This was after two other companies flaked on me, never showing up for the appointments.
Fast forward after a few more fixes and unclogs, our main line backed up all of a sudden on a Sunday afternoon, I called my go to plumbing company and Gary sent out a fairly new employee, Jeff.
Jeff was pleasant and professional from the moment he stepped out of the truck. The cover to the main line was difficult to get off due to it being extremely tight and at least three feet below ground. He was persistent and it finally came off! You had to be there to understand how difficult it was. He never once displayed frustration.
He fixed the problem and answered about a hundred questions all during the fix ;)

Gary, you have a honest and loyal employee in Jeff. At one point, my husband said, so next time we'll call you. Jeff answered just call Gary. Hub asked, so you don't do side jobs....""no, I am loyal"" That says a lot about both Jeff and Gary in itself.

Kind of a wordy and long review, but I wanted to say a lot.

If you are in need of a plumbing service call or repair, I highly recommend Hiniker Plumbing. This last service call response cements the fact that Gary Hiniker is all about customer service and integrity.
