Rick and Marco were great. Very polite and professinal. I have used Hiniker before but this time, it was for a water heater replacement. I saw they really paid attention to making sure things were up to code. I could have gotten this through my home warranty company but I knew it could end up costing me more in the long run more. To be honest, their costing is fair; not the cheapest but when you see how their guys work and what they include as far as making sure the pipe routing is done more efficiently, there is a huge piece of mind in knowing the job was done well! I'll keep using them for other service calls if necessary. Also, when you call them, I think it's either the owner or Manager that answers the call right away, live which is really nice!

This was my second plumber in two days. Last night, someone came from another company. He couldn't finish the job I started (installing a toilet tank) because he didn't have a part. He did tell me how much it would cost to do the job, though.

Called Hiniker today and they came for a free estimate. Same price as last night. I let him do it. He came upon the same problem I did (toilet leaking onto the tile). Well, you know, it was tighter than I had it, so I can't see any other reason it would leak. So glad the leaking was not my fault for not knowing how to install a toilet tank.

Anyway, they were prompt, clean, and courteous. If I ever had to do this again, I would; and I would make sure to ask for Lou. He totally made my day. He wore booties when he came in. He was super pleasant to talk to. When he left, he even checked my water pressure. You know the guy last night? He told me I should check my water pressure. Did he do it? No. Another reason to ask for Lou.

We had toilet issues. We needed our toilet reinstalled with new wax ring and flange due to water leakage. Matt came out and did a wonderful job. Excellent worksmanship and service. Highly recommend.

We were in need for a plumber to check our water heater. Ours was 30 years old & needed replacing and we had NO hot water!!!!.Saturday morning I began calling plumbers after checking reviews on Yelp. I called Hiniker Plumbing, Tina answered. I explained our situation and she was so nice, concerned and encouraging.I gave her my address & she said she had a Tech in our area & gave me a time frame for him to come over. Danny Lopez came, checked out the water heater and said he can come back Sunday morning & replace with a new one. He came bright & early as planned and installed the new water heater within 2 hours! He was great! very experienced & friendly! He did an awesome job! We now have a great new water heater and HOT water!!! He have found our new plumber!
