I called my friend Dezi Who scheduled Jeff to come out to our home and help us with our plumbing needs. Jeff was professional fast and courteous my mom thought he was very sweet! Jeff identified the first issue as being something very easy and did that service for no charge at all and although the last few things done did cost more than we wanted to spend it was a lot less than anywhere else and the cost that would have been, if it wasn't for this company & their service! If you're looking for an honest business at fair prices then I would highly recommend Hiniker Plumbing and especially sservice man/Jeff who mmade the experience that much more satisfactory. thank you Jeff and thank you Hiniker Plumbing!!!

Once again Hiniker Plumbing to the rescue. My shower drain was clogged and my husband in his attempts to fix it himself - got some type of brush stuck in the drain - somewhere deep Ugh! Called Hiniker and they sent Rick Reis right over that morning and he was able to save the day! Rick was wonderful and very explanatory... he kept working on it until he got the drain up and working perfectly! He really got everything out - I can't recommend this place enough - Thank you Hiniker for always coming through!

Had a bad garbage disposal that caused quite a mess. Bill from Hiniker Plumbing responded quickly, was courteous an professional, snaked the lines, and installed a new disposal. This is the second times they have worked for me, and will definitely contact them again if I have another plumbing issue.

Called this company because we were in a tough spot. Our repair guys accidentally hit a copper pipe during the repairs. With the Main water turned. I must of called 30 local plumbers before I found Hiniker Plumbing. I explained my situation to the dispatcher and she immediately got in contact with technician. They were about to get to my customers house within 30 minutes. Fix the pipe and my repairs guys were able to completed their job in a timely manner. Other than an hour of no water. Our customer was definitely appreciative that this was handled right away. So thank you. I don't recall the technicians name but great work. I will definitely keep these guys on speed dial but hope not to call them any time soon. Great company. Thank you!!!

Called Hiniker Plumbing after I broke my garbage disposal. (Total user error) Louie came out that day, and replaced my garbage disposal. While he was at my house I talked to him about a couple of other plumbing jobs I needed to have done. 2 days later I am happy to have new toilets, shower fixtures, and water pressure regulator. He was great to work with, honest and hard working. I will definitely be calling Hiniker Plumbing and requesting Louie for my future plumbing needs!

It seems every few months our kitchen drain plugs up. Over the last few years, we've had many different plumbers come out but not permanently fix the issue. We called Hiniker plumbing and Luis came out and snaked the drain and took the time to explain why he thought it wasn't enough. He recommend the hydro jet, which we agreed to. Gary came out a couple hours later with the hydro jet and we were surprised at the buildup of grease and gunk that came out of our drain. It was obviously years and years of buildup. He said that this should take care of it for many years to come. The whole Hiniker team is friendly, and obviously care about their customers and about customer service. We were very pleased with their service.

My home's main line was backed up and I called Hiniker. He came as promised and explained the hydro jetting process while showing me the camera's view as he was clearing the roots in my pipes (from the old pepper tree in front of my house) Honest, up front and fair pricing. We will be using him for any future plumbing needs and highly recommend him for your plumbing problems!

I used Hiniker Plumbing about a year ago for an issue with our water heater and it was fixed quickly and for a reasonable price. We thought we had a leak behind our wall in one of our bathrooms so I called Hiniker Plumbing and Danny Lopez arrived today, on time. He went straight to the issue, which turned out was not a plumbing issue at all. He even took a look a toilet we were having issues with and gave his recommendations. He was courteous and professional and even though there is a $125 service charge for their time (which is reasonable), they chose to not charge me because he was only in my house for 15 minutes and could not find anything wrong with my plumbing! This is a great company that I am going to recommend to anyone who needs a plumber!

From the reception desk to the plumbing crews, these guys are top notch. They're honest, affordable and timely. When you have a plumbing issue, there's no need to panic when they're on the job. It's like they care as much about your house (and your wallet) as much as you do. Highly recommend!

After calling 20 plumbers on a Saturday night, and a day of trying diy anticlogging methods, these guys were the only ones willing to come out. They were at our house quick and fixed our main line backup very quickly and efficiently. We had a different company a month ago fix a pressure valve and felt kinda ripped off by them so we were weary about another plumber trying to rip us off. THIS IS NOT ONE OF THOSE PLUMBERS!! talked us through the pricing and felt no pressure. Finally a plumber we can call again if we need it, plus he gave us a fridge magnet! Lol
