My main line was clogged up. Danny came over and tried to clear it with the snake. He says it can't be done. He will need to hydro jet it for 850.00! My husband said no way and called someone else who came and cleared it for 150.00!

Message emailed: Not sure if it was you I spoke with today regarding this issue so please bare with me. I have used your company on two prior occasions for service, which encouraged me to have my water-heater replaced by your company. I have to say that this service call left me quite dissatisfied and irritated. The Tech, Matt, seemed like a nice enough guy, but appeared rushed, and damaged the floor underneath the water-heater while removing or replacing the unit. When I pointed out the damage to him he simply agreed that he damaged it. No apology or remedy was offered. I was amazed at his lack of consideration or concern. Additionally, but worth noting, he did not bother to cover my wood laminate flooring directly adjacent to the water-heater as he completed his work, which I considered careless and unprofessional. The water heater is located in my hallway, not my garage! Thankfully, my new floor was not damaged due to his haste. I am now waiting on someone else from your company to come and correct this unnecessary situation. I hope whoever responds tomorrow is more careful, diligent and considerate. Regrettably.

I'm a little late on this review but I really loved the customer service provided. I can't remember his name but his wife was due with a babygirl any day... well he fixed a valve for us and it really seemed like we had a friend just casually repairing it for us. The price was great and the fact that they came out the same day I called was even better. I will definitely keep them in mind next time I have any repairs because you guys are awesome...thank you again.

I'm a real estate agent and three days before closing escrow on my client's house the termite tent came down and the gas company wouldn't turn the gas back on because they detected a leak that later could not be found.

My client's had a different plumber charging them tens of thousands and quoted a 2 week repair time which would delay closing along with their contingent purchase, setting back all parties involved.

Jeff worked from 8am to 11pm and repiped the entire house for us on a Monday so we could close on time for half the price. He was very polite and courteous and checked in with me on his progress. Integrity, efficiency, & reliability is a rare find these days. Don't risk going elsewhere.

This was one of the best experience with a plumber I've ever had. Danny was on time, polite and professional. I had a main line water leak. I started to fix the problem myself but fell short of completing it. Danny showed up assessed the problem and quickly came up with a solution and recommendations for improvement. After about 3 hours my water was reestablished better than if I had completed the work. By the way he's a true LAKERS fan. Thanks Danny

Lou came out today from Hiniker Plumbing to fix a leak in my bathtub, he did an amazing job, he took the time to explain things to me, great customer service & very reasonably priced. Recently I was checking on a friend's house and walked in to water on the floor and water spewing from a pipe on the water heater. I couldn't turn the valve to turn the water off on the heater, so I tried to turn it off outside. The outside valve was an old gate valve and would not turn off. I called Hiniker and they said someone would be there within the hour. Forty minutes later, Rick came. He turned off the water to the heater. He determined that the pressure regulator had failed, allowing too much pressure in the water heater pipe where it also failed. He replaced the pipes outside with copper pipes, installed a new regulator and a new shut-off valve. He replaced the pipe inside and also determined the thermocouple was bad. All that and the pilot wouldn't stay lit. He determined the inside of the tank was flooded. We were going to let it dry out for a couple of days, but in the end with the owner's permission it was decided that a new one would be installed. All in all, they were there for about ten hours over two days. I was very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of this young man. I snagged a business card from him and will call them in the future if anything goes wrong at my house. I highly recommend this business.
