When I first called out for an estimate and I started piling on the work the first words out of my plumbers mouth were you know how much this is going to cost right? I knew what I was getting myself into but I wanted to fix everything right and boy oh boy did they do an amazing job. I had a fixture on the side of my house that did not work any longer and the water hose that was attached there could no longer function as well as the pipes needed to be replaced, I was having other landscape work done at the same time so the two companies were able to work together and dig up what needed to be dug up so that the plumbing company could do the work. Everything looks great and functions excellent. They did exactly what I wanted them to do and at a fair price. I will say one thing though, I do believe my plumber took one of my towels and left me his when he was working on the house

We had a drain that was clogged midnight Sunday. I waited until 6 a.m. Monday to send a message and received a call by 7 a.m. inquiring on my needs. Set up an appointment for 11 a.m. At 11 Rick showed up. he was very polite and seen the problem he then took the time to explain what he was planning on doing. With in 30 minutes he had unloaded the gear from his truck ran the snake all the way to the sewer. Problem fixed.
I had called several other plumbers in the area and service call were $175, $189 and $225. Hiniker's representative Rick was courteous and professional. Cost? $125! They definitely will be used for any other projects. Good customer service, honesty and employees like Rick make the decision easy for the future.

If you want a great plumber, call these guys!!! Receptionist was very sweet and even called me back to make sure they had the right parts for the job. She scheduled me first thing in the morning.

Clayton showed up on time, he was very friendly and went right to work. He even had a toy for the kids. They gave me a fair price and great workmanship. Will definitely be calling again. Two thumbs up!!! THANKS AGAIN!

Thank you Lou and Hiniker Plumbing! So glad to find a decent, honest plumber. Lou checked the pressure regulator of my home and the pressure was way too high. He installed a new 3/4 pressure regulator (factory set at 50 PSI). The meter does not lie--it was too high, but now I have peace of mind. He also installed a new toilet to replace the old toilet. Thank you Louie and I will be calling you for any other plumbing needs in the future. So grateful to find a sincere plumber who goes out of his way to do a great job. This is the second time I dealt with this company and they all seem to have the same personality--knowledgeable, honest, great work and friendly.

Hiniker Plumbing was a pleasure to do business with. We highly recommend them. After reading many yelp reviews on multiple companies, we decided on Hiniker Plumbing. They lived up to their rating! Not only were they quick to respond, they worked hard until the job was done. Although it was a difficult problem to locate do to the unlikely location of the cold water manifold, they were persistent as well as professional . From my first call until the completion of the job, they were knowledgeable and friendly. We were given a same day appointment within a 2 hour time frame. The phone conversation was followed up with a text message confirming the time, and a courtesy call just before they arrived. Jeff was thorough in making sure we understood what was wrong, and how he would proceed. He took the time to have us listen with and without headphones to both leaks, as well as areas without leaks. He quoted the price for the repair up front, and kept that price even though the repair ended up more difficult and required more time than expected. They made every effort to do as little damage to walls as possible during the repairs. They cleaned up any existing mess upon completion. Jeff was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. His assistant Brandon was very nice, and also seemed knowledgeable. We can't compliment this family owned business enough or be happier with the work they did. We will definitely call them for any future plumbing problems.
