I usually do most of my own work but I fixed my shower yesterday and no water wouldn't come out thought it would be a simple fix. Called these guys this morning and told me over the phone to try something and it worked saving me good money. I have used them in the past always done a good job.

Really great honest plumber! Came by the house on a weekend, and within 45 minutes was able to snake out the entire drain clean. I would recommend this company to anyone!

After 3 years the same drain got clogged again, after the great experience that I had with Hiniker Plumbing I called them for service. Great communication, schedule the job for next working day. Technician showed in time but this time the asking price for using the snake was almost the same that I paid 3 years ago for hydro jetting and for the hydro jetting the asking price was 250% higher than I paid 3 years ago. Indeed, the tech did the job but the honesty is not any longer a part of this company. Sorry Gary, next time Ill be more careful in selecting the next plumber.

Called Hiniker on a SUNDAY because I had an emergency repair with my water heater. The braided feeder line at the top blew a whole in it and was shooting water all over the garage. I called 4 plumbers and Hiniker was the only one that returned my call. Matt showed up within the hour and repaired my water heater. Would definitely recommend Hiniker to anyone and everyone. Yesterday I called Hiniker plumbing for a water heater issue, I havent had the work done yet but I just wanted to give a big thank you to Luis. He was great and so informative. He was great, polite, clean, explained plumbing so that I could understand ( cuz I know nothing lol). Also the girls that answer the phones sorry I didn't catch their names, point being that there's nothing better than great customer service especially today's day in age where its no longer the ""norm"".

We got a new water heater Lou came out and put a 50 gallon water heater in by himself. He was very professional and did a fantastic job I would recommend Lou and Hiniker Plumbing to anyone that needs a plumber.

Called Hiniker on Monday to see if they could take a look at my two bathtub/showers due to constant drip age frok the faucets. I'm talking dripping occurring every 10 seconds and a significant amount of wasted water daily from both. The business was able to get me an appointment for the very next day (awesome) and even sent a text confirmation as well as the name of our technician.

Matt. Matt was our technician. Nice guy who was on time. Parked well into our front yard and not in the driveway which im still kind of confused about? But since our yard is nothing to write home about, it was not something I chose to be mad about and instead found the humor in it. Matt was not a bad tech, when he got to work he was on task and fixed the problem.
Two stars were removed for a few things:
#1. Initially dismissed the drips as ""normal"" leaking even though it was not (for the past week I have been filling gallon containers up with the water) but said he would take a look at it if we wanted. ~ sure enough when he took apart the handles he said the washers etc practically fell apart in his hands which was the cause of the drip. The internet had already gave me the suspicion that that was the cause as well.
#2. Not too clean. So dirt? Rust? I don't know what was left in the tub/shower after the repair. I don't understand why Matt didn't just take the shower hose attachment and, when testing the water for the drip, spray that gunk down the drain. It's not a big deal, just a minor detail, but I believe speaks a lot on tone of professionalism.
#3. The price. Everyone on here states they are reasonably priced. After looking online/angies list etc, I had a ballpark idea on how much it may cost. Using the price comparisons this company charged on the high end. Matt gave the quote after determining that he need to replace the seat and spring washers, the handles and the stem. We agreed because even if we said no we would be out the $125 service call - but he said with the repairs he would waive that. I don't believe in sharing contractor prices as I know every job is different but to give a ballpark idea this was around 3 times that amount. Like I said I looked around and knew it could cost this much as it was on the high end. I'm more so upset with the receipt which states what occurred during the job but not how much the materials were. It leaves me the customer to guess that materials were maybe $100 bucks and the rest was the hourly rate of the technician?? He was there two hours but at one point had to leave to gets parts and then come back.

All in all, I would hire this company again as the problem was fixed and in a timely fashion. I just see some things to improve on!
