I can give this company ""0"" I would!!! My home warranty ""American Home Shield"" used them as partners! I submitted a request dicen there is a leak under my house ! They came on May 26th, 2022 and the plumber told me I could not fixed because couldn't fit under the house ! So until today I been calling American Home Shield and the said they haven't get a report from the technician so they can't assign other company!!! So irresponsible for both companies!!! I guess my attorney will find who will responsible for any damage in the house !!!!

Was referred to Hill's General Plumbing Services by AHS and they responded to my call within 2 days which I appreciated since my Water Heater had flooded my driveway and was constantly leaking. Their repairman declared it dead and said they would put in a request to AHS to replace the water heater. That was on May 5, 2022.

Today is June 6, 2022 and I have called at least 20 times in the last three weeks to Hills Plumbing and either the mailbox is full so you can't leave a message or the 4 times I was able to leave a message where they say they will ""get back to you as soon as possible"" was ignored. AHS had the same problem but just kept telling me they were sending the problem to ""Contractor Relations"" for follow up. Totally exhausting run-a-round by both the vendor and the insurance company.

I finally received a call-back June 1 from Hills and the gentleman apologized and said he would get it straightened out and get back to me the next day to schedule for a water heater to be put in. I never heard from him again, have left messages each day with no response. AHS has had the same problem I had with mailbox full or unreturned calls. They finally got through today however said they were told several different scenarios as to why they hadn't followed through.

I finally was able to get AHS to give me another vendor which will come tomorrow.

I saw all the negative reviews on here and got worried, so thought I'd share my positive experience. We had a leak in our crawl space. I submitted the claim on Thursday night with our home warranty company, then left a message for Hill's. Before they opened Friday morning, I had a call from them saying they could come within a 2 hour window that afternoon. Alex the plumber called when they were on their way, and they arrived well within the window. They were courteous, professional, and they fixed the problem immediately. He then walked me through what went wrong. I'm a happy customer!

Hill's plumbing is the absolute worst when it comes to answering their phone calls. Don't bother leaving a voicemail either since they will not respond! Speaking from experience.

Absolutely useless. We've had a clogged upstairs toilet for weeks now. Paid out of pocket to have it scoped and was told there was a clog in the line that was quite bad. These seemingly untrained guys come and are investigating a clog in our main line sewer. I'm not a plumber, but a clog in our main line sewer makes NO SENSE if the only issue we are having is with a second floor toilet. Wouldn't it clog first to a lower toilet??? or the sink in the same room as this toilet?? These guys would not listen to me that the issue was not our sewer line and that another (skilled) plumber had told us there was a large clog in this toilet's line. Instead of trying to work with me, they ran my water for 10 minutes (in a drought) then stormed off because I was trying to tell them what the issue was. Worthless. Useless. Unprofessional. Do not use.

When they don't call back, consider yourself lucky and move on. I had a leaky pipe behind the wall below my sink. I went with no water for nearly a week waiting for Hill Plumbing to repair it, three days for an evaluation and another three days for the repair. Phone calls were rarely returned. The repair service was a joke. A 300 plus pound plumber barely fit through the entrance to my crawlspace, and when he realized he brought the wrong size pipe, he had to call someone to deliver it rather than wiggle out and get it himself. He sat down there in the crawlspace for over an hour waiting for the pipe to be delivered. When he finished the job, he left a hole in the wall for me to have repaired later, and forgot to connect the hot water, so that when it was turned on it flooded the kitchen cabinet. Five months later, the leak is back. I feel fortunate they have not returned my call. I have another plumber coming out tomorrow that I will gladly pay rather than go through the aggravation of dealing with Hill Plumbing again.

I am extremely satisfied with a water heater job recently completed by Hill's General Plumbing Services. Our water heater broke down and our home warranty company assigned the work to Hill's General Plumbing Services. Their technicians diagnosed the issue relatively quickly and then installed a new water heater (to code) soon thereafter. Their customer service was excellent and they performed quality work. I would definitely consider using them again based on this experience.
