Well, I was nervous when my home warranty AHS told me they were coming out after reading Yelp, and was pleasantly surprised. They were great. They came within a couple days in the 2-hour window, and came back with a new faucet after AHS approved it. They called ahead to give tell me they were on their way. I had a great experience. Perhaps they turned things around after some of these reviews. Give them a try.

We had two toilets that were constantly running and one was leaking. They fixed both toilets very quickly. The plumbers were very courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend them for plumbing services!

If it's possible to give zero rating, this company deserves it. They are completely unresponsive, incompetent, and mob like. Like other reviewers, the company was sent to me by my home warranty company to replace my water heater. After trying to schedule an appointment for 4 months, with repeated non responses to my calls and the warranty company, they ordered the wrong water heater 3 times. The 4th time when they finally installed the unit, they left without properly testing... leaving a leak behind, reusing old supply hose, not flushing or depressurizing the system as needed. Then they wanted additional charges for modifications that were not made. In fact, they took shortcuts where they could.
Absolutely one of the worst experiences I've had. Stay away, far away.

This company was sent to me by my American Home Shield Warranty. They were an hour early and disrupted my work hours. They showed up with no booties on and no face masks. I asked them to retrieve both. The younger one appeared visibly annoyed by my request that they were booties and masks before entering my home. They were sent to diagnose two issues that I have with my toilets. On involved the toilet seat and the other a crack in the water basin. They lied on their diagnostic report which they refused to give me a copy of. I called their location and spoke with a man that identified himself as the manager by the name of Ethan. In their Report they stated that the crack in the basin of toilet came from ""abuse"" which is completely ABSURD the toilet is more than 23 years old. They also stated in their Report that the toilet seat was not covered by the warranty because it was
""Missing screws"" they never asked me about any screws and that not even what's wrong with the seat the place where the screws would go is broken. Due to the way that they wrote up their ""REPORT"" so as to say that items would not be covered by my warranty, they want to bill me over $1,500 directly. This is strictly a con. my toilets are over 23 years old! How could I abuse the toilet basin? Additionally, as stated the area were the screws go on the other toilet is cracked and that is why the seat won't stay straight. They never asked me about any screws so as to deny my insurance claim due to missing parts! The screws are in the bathroom drawer. They are cons and intentionally wrote up their Report Diagnosis so that they could get more money from me. Good thing I called AHS and they are sending out a different company. I am sure that I won't get accused of abusing the toilet again!
This company is THE ABSOLUTE WORSE!

I wish I could give this company negative stars! Hill's General Plumbing came to check a stoppage that was making my kitchen sink back up into my bathtub. I called AHS first who sent them to fix it. They (ERIC and JOSE) showed up 2 minutes before the end of the 2-hour window I took off work to be here. They snaked my kitchen sink with such violence I was worried they were doing damage. (THEY WERE). Then they said they didn't find a stoppage and would have to take off the toilet to snake the toilet which AHS didn't cover but agreed to take $100 cash to do it anyway. So they did. (AND BROKE MY TOILET IN THE PROCESS). Then they claimed there was no stoppage but the water out to the street was flowing more freely so something must have moved. I noticed a sewage smell coming from the bathroom tub and said I was concerned that something was amiss. They said they would have to come back to fix the small leak they made under the kitchen sink but didn't have the proper piping so I had to call AHS again to schedule a recall visit. He said to keep the $100 cash since he knew they made a leak and said they would have to come back with a camera to see if anything else was wrong with the pipes. (AND ADDED IT WAS NOT THEIR FAULT IF SOMETHING WENT WRONG BECAUSE OF THE SNAKE).
The next day I turned on the water filter faucet and the kitchen faucet and water started spraying everywhere from under the sink. I had no idea where it was coming from but it was awful and flooded my kitchen. They came back 2 days later (5 minutes before the 2-hour window ended - and with no camera). They fixed the leak under the sink and determined that the vibration of the snake dislodged my water filter tubing which was why I had the flood and they reattached everything. They fixed the toilet too, although it doesn't flush as strongly anymore. The smell was still pretty bad in the bathroom when we used the kitchen sink or garbage disposal and they said again that someone would have to come back with a camera to diagnose the problem. So I called AHS again. And again. And Hill's with no answer. Left messages with no response.
Then a week later AHS had Hill's send someone else. A ""senior technician"" (CIRO) came without a camera and didn't do a thing. Clearly, HILL'S damaged the pipes somewhere between the toilet and the kitchen sink because the sewage smell was still present. And they were unwilling to admit it was their fault. But again, Ciro said that someone needed to come with a camera to diagnose where the problem was exactly. They never came back but sent a diagnosis 72 hours after their allotted 24-hour response time that there was a leak in the pipes and would need to come with a camera to find it that I would have to pay out-of-pocket for. After many phone calls and many tears, AHS sent a different plumbing company out for a 2nd opinion but they came without a camera as well but agreed verbally that the first company must have caused the issue.
Still unresolved, HILL'S should be responsible for the DAMAGE they did (ERIC and his assistant) to my plumbing. They didn't ""uncover a previous leak""!! They caused expensive damage to my house that I am now probably going to have to pay out of pocket for someone to fix because AHS is giving me the runaround as well. I wish this company would go out of business since there seem to be no repercussions for them or a way to get them to pay for the damage they caused. I am at a loss. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE EVIL. AND AHS IS EVIL TOO IT TURNS OUT. What a scam!

ABSOLUTE WORSE!!!! They do not answer phones, do not return calls. They are good at getting paid the service fee from the home warranty tho! They came out to assess a leak in the bathroom of my tenant's condo. THEY NEVER CALLED ME TO TELL ME WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS, NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS, BUT COLLECTED THEIR $$$$!!!!! They should be ashamed of themselves. Use any other company but these yahoos!!!

I really hate to give terrible reviews but this company was beyond bad. For our first appointment the plumber they were sending, Cecar, didn't even bother to show up. Frustrated to say the least by having to take time from work and stay home for hours in the time window they gave me for the appointment to just have him no show. But I still had the problem and needed a plumber and this was the company that AHS approved so our hands were tied and the owner himself apologized and assured me he would show up for our next appointment and so I scheduled with them again. This time Cecar showed up, told me he refused to fix the issue (which we have since had fixed very easily by a different company) and tried to up sale us on issues that weren't even a problem or broken (also had the other company look at what he claimed needed to be fixed out of pocket and I could pay him directly...sketch...and this company said what we pretty much knew, that nothing was wrong). He was EXTREMELY RUDE, laughed at me to imply I was incompetent when I told him I knew what the issue was because this just happened in another bathroom and he wouldn't even give me the time to explain. We had scheduled him to come out and look at three different bathrooms, he looked at one and said I'll be right back and just left. The man just left without saying a word, didn't fix anything and still had the nerve to let AHS charge us!!! This is all a scheme and DO NOT trust any plumbers from this company!!!

American Home Shield selected this plumbing company for suspected water leak. The technician that came to our home was extremely professional and patiently checked all areas for the suspected leak. He identified the leak and provided us with the next steps we needed to take.

I can give this company ""0"" I would!!! My home warranty ""American Home Shield"" used them as partners! I submitted a request dicen there is a leak under my house ! They came on May 26th, 2022 and the plumber told me I could not fixed because couldn't fit under the house ! So until today I been calling American Home Shield and the said they haven't get a report from the technician so they can't assign other company!!! So irresponsible for both companies!!! I guess my attorney will find who will responsible for any damage in the house !!!!
