I was referred to this company by a long-time repeat customer. I was impressed with how quickly they were able to come out and inspect my malfunctioning unit. The project manager (Shannon) was great, she explained everything and answered many of my questions. She helped me pick out the unit I needed, as well as coordinate the upgrade of my water heater which had been on it last legs. They scheduled service right away and were communicative, on-time, friendly, and efficient. They even accommodated my request to have an EcoBee installed and not a Nest. I love they have KUB come out to sign off on their work, the warranties, and that they have the Happy Hiller program which is a total bonus. I am very glad that I decided to go with this company!

We have used Hiller for about 10 years now and have always been pleased with their prompt and knowledgeable service. We love their maintenance program and the opportunity to be proactive in preventing any problems. Their employees have always been very professional, courteous, and well trained each time we meet them.
When our A/C unit had problems this past August and wouldn't work, they had it repaired within two days. Couldn't be happier with their service!

We needed help with our AC. We scheduled an appointment for Friday, 8AM to 10AM. Service by Spencer was so prompt I was so pleased. He listened to our problems and answered my innumerable questions over and over. It has been a long, long time that I have had service so patient and thorough.

Disabled person called Hiller to ask for price to install a small, wheelchair accessible bathroom sink using plumbing from old sink so basically mounting the sink and attaching lines. He was told $70, which he assumed was the install cost as the person on the phone provided no additional information. He ended up paying $70 for a ""service"" call only to be told an additional $900 for install for a total of $970 to install sink and fixtures he had already purchased...OR he could call a ""mom and pop"" plumber and get the sink installed for $300. If ""mom and pop"" can do the job for $300 why was Hiller's price $900 and why did it cost this man $70 to be told to call a ""mom and pop""? Hiller could have told him that over the phone!

I used Hiller for repair/maintenance on our hvac unit. The technician, Nicholas Owens, arrived on-time, was very professional, and super knowledgeable! He broke all the issues down in an easy to understand way. We need to replace our unit soon, but Nicholas was able to make the repairs we needed to get by until we are ready for the full replacement. I would recommend Hiller for any of your HVAC needs, especially if your technician is Nicholas! We will be requesting him for all our services in the future!

Update to my original review: Hiller has reached out to me in an effort to improve my experience with them. I was impressed that they actually have a department dedicated to customer experience and that they follow through on the comments! They listened to my concerns and worked with me to arrive at a reasonable compromise. Very impressive!

DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE! Terrible service and incompetent workers. They do not deserve a 1 star rating. Instead of telling you that they don't know how to fix a problem. They leave the job undone. They do not come when scheduled and have no clue. Don't waste your time with this company. They don't care!

I requested a price for a service to reconnect my pipes for grey water from the kitchen sink and bathtub and bathroom sink that had been rerouted 50 years ago out to the woods beside my houses. It should have been a simple job, but the man they sent out stated that he would only do it if he could rip out the cast iron pipes and replace them with plastic pipes for $3,000. when I told my daughter, she said not only would he have scammed me for the 3K, but would have taken the cast iron and sold it for scrap to metal recyclers. He also took his big husky nail and was trying to scrape a hole in the garage drywall to get to the pipes for the downstairs bathroom which had nothing to do with my request as they had never been rerouted. I was disgusted by the way this man entered my home and proceeded to tell me of the scam that he would attempt to run on me. I will never do business with this company and will advise my friends to never use them either.

Stay away from these guys! They won't give you a quote even for the most basic things over the phone, they charge you 70 bucks for a service call and when they get to your place they quote you a crazy price! It's a scam.

The ads all say transparent and upfront pricing, I was told more than once that the quoted amount is all I would be required to pay, upon completion of the work to my HVAC unit the price I was charged was more than the quoted amount, the explanation was that another part was replaced even though the technician did not mention anything about replacing any other parts before doing the work. The ads also state that you do not pay the service fee if they do the job, guess what, wrong again, I had to pay the $69 service fee and then the repair fee even though the technician said the service fee would be deducted from the cost of the repair. I will never use this company again, and would not recommend them to anyone!!!!
