Had a tree fall that downed all my power lines & did some pretty extensive damage to my electrical system. Brandon and Nate came out & got me fixed up quickly, couldn't have been friendlier & they fully explained the issues, how they fixed it & what they installed. I'd celebrate happy hour with these guys any day, 5 stars!
We called at 4:00 on a Saturday 90° out air conditioner not working tech showed up by 7:30 had the problem fixed by 8:00.
Sam was amazing! We have an air filter about 20 feet up the wall and over stairs.
I cannot reach it so I call Hiller to come every month to replace the filter.
Sam arrives and presents an idea of moving the air return to where I can reach it!
He makes a call and 15 minutes later, 2 guys show up to look at the job and brainstorm solutions! Soon I'll have a quote to do the work.
Thank you Sam for keeping my interests first! What a way to build a customer relationship and customer loyalty. 24 years old, but wiser on how to provide amazing service already than people much older than you.

Everyone is very professional. We had a unit for only 5 years that was installed by a different company and the warranty was never registered. Hiller replaced the unit and registered the warranty on the new unit themselves. They arrived timely and did a great job.

The project manager (Shannon) was great, she explained everything and answered many of my questions. She helped me pick out the unit I needed, as well as coordinate the upgrade of my water heater which had been on it last legs. They scheduled service right away and were communicative, on-time, friendly, and efficient. They even accommodated my request to have an EcoBee installed and not a Nest. I love they have KUB come out to sign off on their work, the warranties, and that they have the Happy Hiller program which is a total bonus. I am very glad that I decided to go with this company!
We have used Hiller for about 10 years now and have always been pleased with their prompt and knowledgeable service. We love their maintenance program and the opportunity to be proactive in preventing any problems. Their employees have always been very professional, courteous, and well trained each time we meet them.
When our A/C unit had problems this past August and wouldn't work, they had it repaired within two days. Couldn't be happier with their service!
Marge D.We needed help with our AC. We scheduled an appointment for Friday, 8AM to 10AM. Service by Spencer was so prompt I was so pleased. He listened to our problems and answered my innumerable questions over and over. It has been a long, long time that I have had service so patient and thorough.
Disabled person called Hiller to ask for price to install a small, wheelchair accessible bathroom sink using plumbing from old sink so basically mounting the sink and attaching lines. He was told $70, which he assumed was the install cost as the person on the phone provided no additional information. He ended up paying $70 for a ""service"" call only to be told an additional $900 for install for a total of $970 to install sink and fixtures he had already purchased...OR he could call a ""mom and pop"" plumber and get the sink installed for $300. If ""mom and pop"" can do the job for $300 why was Hiller's price $900 and why did it cost this man $70 to be told to call a ""mom and pop""? Hiller could have told him that over the phone!
