The first three years of my eight years in plumbing involved clearing mainlines, trench digging, and learning about plumbing that has existed for a century. Then, I dedicated two years to J.R. Pierce and Prestige, gaining expertise in managing large crews and high-value projects. Recently, I have worked largely on my own, with a boss who permitted me to bid and oversee the plumbing components of multimillion-dollar jobs.

Now, I devote all my time and energy to running Hightower Plumbing Systems.

I am 29 and have been working in plumbing since I turned 19. I work seven days a week to save for a home and start a family. Having parents who are independent contractors or business owners has shaped my path in this field since I was a kid. This is why I went to Sonoma State for business management straight after graduating from Granite Bay High School with a 3.2 GPA.

I gained experience quickly through various plumbing roles and contractors, each with over 30 years in the industry. I practiced until I could perform tasks without making mistakes. Every past employer provided training that benefited their company and taught me the essentials of running a business. I tackle each day with integrity, efficiency, and thorough preparation.
