The first three years of my eight years in plumbing involved clearing mainlines, trench digging, and learning about plumbing that has existed for a century. Following that, I spent two years with J.R. Pierce and Prestige, mastering the management of high-efficiency teams and multimillion-dollar projects. In the last couple of years, I operated independently, with a supervisor who allowed me to bid and manage the plumbing aspects of multimillion-dollar projects.

At this point, I invest all my efforts into operating Hightower Plumbing Systems.

I am 29 and have been working in plumbing since I turned 19. I put in seven days a week to earn enough to purchase a home and establish a family. Having parents who are independent contractors or business owners has shaped my path in this field since I was a kid. This is why I went to Sonoma State for business management straight after graduating from Granite Bay High School with a 3.2 GPA.

I earned my experience swiftly from diverse plumbing positions and contractors, each having more than 30 years in the business. This was reinforced through repetition until I reached a point of minimal errors. Every past employer provided training that benefited their company and taught me the essentials of running a business. I approach each day with honesty, efficiency, and full preparation.
