The first three years of my eight years in plumbing involved clearing mainlines, trench digging, and learning about plumbing that has existed for a century. Afterward, I worked for two years at J.R. Pierce and Prestige, where I learned to oversee large teams and manage multimillion-dollar jobs. In the last couple of years, I operated independently, with a supervisor who allowed me to bid and manage the plumbing aspects of multimillion-dollar projects.

At this point, I invest all my efforts into operating Hightower Plumbing Systems.

At 29 years old, I have been in this field since I was 19. I work seven days a week to save for a home and start a family. My parents are both self-employed or run their own businesses, which has groomed me for this line of work since childhood. This background led me to study business management at Sonoma State immediately after finishing high school at Granite Bay with a 3.2 GPA.

I gained experience quickly through various plumbing roles and contractors, each with over 30 years in the industry. This was reinforced through repetition until I reached a point of minimal errors. Each previous employer trained me to advance their company while also teaching me how to run a business effectively. I approach each day with honesty, efficiency, and full preparation.
