Their communication was effective, and their tech was super friendly and got the work done quickly.

I was so reluctant to have another contractor come to my home for some plumbing repairs because I have not had very good experiences lately, but I had a broken toilet, broken shower diverter, and plugged sink so I absolutely needed some help. I was so pleasantly surprised when Trent came to do my repairs. He did an outstanding job, was polite and clean-cut, and took the time to explain what he was going to do and checked and rechecked his work. Matt was great replacing our shower faucet and valve. He explained the quality of the valve and faucet he installed. I really appreciate making sure we have a great quality faucet that will last a long time and if we wanted to replace the face plate, that would be easy to do. I could sense that he knew what we wanted and needed when talking with him over the phone. They were able to fit us in sooner than what they had available when first scheduling and he arrived sooner the day of as well. Thank you for the great service.

I needed two toilet flanges replaced. I sent some pics, and Matt was able to quote a price for both flanges.

Mike was the plumber who showed up and got to work. He was efficient and clean, making sure to vacuum up both during and after the work. Several other quotes I'd gotten were to simply install new flanges on top of the old ones, but Matt promised that they would be able to remove the old flanges and install new ones.

Mike did so as promised and I'm a very happy customer.

I have used Highsmith and Daughters twice now. Each time really nice people came on time and did the job at hand. Not messy. Very reasonably priced and did not try to upsell me either time. Plumbers are sometimes dicey and I am gun shy from being ripped off in the past. I call them now and I know I will receive great, honest service and competitive pricing.
