I hesitate to write good reviews for plumbers, electricians, roofers, auto repair places, barbers, etc. I'm afraid they'll get too popular, and I won't be able to get good and quick service, and I'll lose the insider status of being able to say, ""Oh, you need a plumber? I know a place, I've got a guy.""

Despite that, I can't recommend High Speed Rooter and Plumbing highly enough. If you have a plumbing problem near them, call them. Don't hesitate. Just call. Stop reading now. Call. Trust me. Just call.

My situation started as I imagine a lot of plumbing emergencies start -- it was a minor leak, I'm relatively intelligent, I have tools, and I thought could handle it. How hard could it be? Five hours later, after midnight, I've got water spraying all over my kitchen, and no idea what do next. Based on the Yelp reviews, and the fact that they were open 24 hours, I called High Speed Rooter.

I talked to Brenda, who has been mentioned in several reviews. She was courteous, helpful, and the calm voice of reason I needed to hear. Brenda, you are an angel.

She promised someone would come to my house at 1 p.m. the next day, and they did. Luis and Jorge replaced a couple of valves, two hoses, and installed a new faucet. They did great work, answered all my questions, told me the truth, didn't try to upsell me on anything, and left the kitchen cleaner than it was when they got here. And they were done with everything in less than 90 minutes, including a run to get parts (because I bought the wrong parts). Thank you, Luis and Jorge! You're angels, too.

And the price was more than fair and reasonable.

In short (unless it's too late for that), if you need plumbing help, call them. If you think you know what you're doing, call them first. If you tried to fix a ""minor problem,"" and now you've got water spraying all over your kitchen, call them. (Better yet, call them first.)

Worst experience ever Eliel is a thieve a rat. Eliel falsify the job by having his employees breaking equipment (i.e. Pipes,sewer,walls and so much more to add) that is good and saying you need this job to be done without you inspecting it first and approving the job. I will be reporting them to BBB and osha for breaking a lot of regulations and leaving trenches open for injuries to happen I strongly suggest to use a known name company and spending a couple extra bucks and getting the job done correct and right the first time around than getting the run around with them. I understand that this was my experience with ""high speed rooter"" I strongly feel they are more people out there that feel the same way as I do Eliel you are a scum bag on trying to rip people that trust you instead of being honest with your clients..

Called them on a Sunday. Picked up my call. Showed up at the promised time, and resolved a recurring issue once and for all. Previous attempts by other so called plumbers were just band-aids.

They clearly demonstrated the issue (awesome camera system!), fixed the main line, and put everything back exactly as it was.

The team at High Speed Rooter & Plumbing did an amazing job. Friendly staff. Good teamwork. These folks are well equipped and well trained on the use of the tools of the trade.

Eliel, the lead on the project, was respected by his team and ensured everyone was doing their job. Definitely an asset to this company. The team with him clearly worked well with one another. Always one step ahead of one another.

They're supposed to be open 24/7. When I called, the phone rang a few times and went to voicemail but their voicemail is full and I couldn't even leave a message.

Brenda called me a few minutes later and apologized for not answering. She said she was driving and got a ticket for trying to answer (sorry for the ticket, Brenda.). She got my info and within the hour, Eli came and checked the problem. Unfortunately, the pipes need to be replaced. Eli was very professional and knowledgeable. Many thanks to Brenda for the quick service. Will update my review after the job is done.

Had a backed up toilet on Saturday afternoon. Called several places but decided on rapid because of there fast response time and pricing. Alexis was the gentlemen who did the job. Very professional. I didn't have a traditional cleanout for the job but Alexis was able to gain access through the sink instead of pulling off my toilet which would have been messy and extra pricey! Very reasonable prices and excellent service. Work guaranteed for 30 days! Great peeps!

Called due to a clog going to the main line. According to their camera and equipment we had a clog of roots in the front yard. Couldn't really tell the image was quite foggy. Should have gotten a second opinion right off, but instead took their estimate to dig a hole and check it. There were no roots to be seen, and the service to fix the pipe they cracked open was outrageous.

The sad part was, after the huge bill, they never resolved the clog. I had to argue with them repeatedly to come out to fix it. They finally did, and the guy treated me like I was the problem. He then pulled out a giant hair and muck ball from somewhere inside the house plumbing. That was all I really needed.

This company is great for small fixes, but if repair costs suddenly start escalating get a second opinion before you proceed at all.
