Jesus had to fill in for another tech who couldn't make it so ran a few hours late. He was personable. Unfortunately or better yet fortunately he did not think I had anything to worry about and since could not get his snake through our washer drain didn't charge us. I have another project needing a plumber so he took pictures. Now I am waiting for a quote for the work. Based on my experience I am guessing the pricing will be very reasonable.

High Speed Rooter was super helpful on our issue.
Blas, our plumber came out, he was quick and easy to explain our problem and was super friendly as well! We thought we'd be paying more for a fix but was surprised by how low the cost of a clogged up pipe was.
Definitely will be calling again for any of our plumbing issues.

The service was good, but the reason I'm giving 3 stars is that I just received a call from the company, specifically Brenda Morales, saying that I didn't pay for the service from November. First of all, I wanted to pay cash right after the service was completed, the worker said I have to pay over the phone with credit card and I received a call requesting a payment after like a month. I gave my account information and somehow it got declined two times. And my card was charged for the service fee in Dec.
so today she called me and texted me with accusation of me not paying the service. With that tone. I was so confused. I told her I already paid for it. Took a screenshot of my online bank acct transaction and sent her. She didn't even bother to apologize. Not sure if it's a good customer service

I will give them a 5 star cause they didn't get my phone number right and were trying to call to reschedule me. But they accommodated me by rearranging there guys to come out the same day. Only because I don't live there it's my mom's rental. Frank and two others came out to snake it and camera it. Job was done quickly they also showed me on the camera the roots in the sewage pipe that will eventually clog again. They gave me and estimate to fix the problem. They are very nice not pushy at all. I will use them again. I like to use family run businesses.
Thanks for coming out today instead of me having to come back again.

Referred to us by my cousin who has used them in the past. Frank was very helpful and honest about the hydro jet we needed done at our house. Great customer service and reliable service. Will def use them again! Highly recommend if you need hydro jet service.

Unprofessional and have no respect for peoples time. Called at 9 and they said someone can come out to my house between 3-4 and called at 3:50 saying they need to reschedule due to an emergency. I find it hard to believe and think they just can't manage time.

Frank is amazing! We had three hot water heaters installed, one which was tankless and quite complicated. Frank was extremely professional and communicative and we were so thankful to have his expertise and oversight throughout the project. Both he and his staff were courteous, professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Frank and High Speed Rooter are now our plumbers for good! I've had the opportunity to with High Speed Rooters on serveral occassions from small jobs to major jobs for both my homes. Eli and the staff has always been professional, courteous and very accommodating to my schedule in getting the job done. Recently, I had the pleasure of working with Frank and he was able to come on a short notice to help remove my existing Halo system due to a garage flooring job that I was doing and helped me reinstall thebsystem after I was done. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a dependable, honest, fairly priced and excellent work done.

We just remodeled due to a water leak, so when we saw that there was a leak under the sink on a Saturday, we were freaked out! We called several companies, and they said we would be charged double time for weekend work (one company triple digit minimum!).

We called High Speed Router and Plumping and were given a flat fee for the weekend fee. We were shocked and pleased and asked again. We couldn't believe it would be the regular cost plus just this small fee. We booked and a plumber came next day. He was EARLY! He called and told us he could swing by (about 3 hours before our appointment), or he could just come at our appointment time. We welcomed the early visit. The plumber came in n with booties over his shoes and a mask. He was very polite and it turned out that something just needed to be tightened. The only cost to us was the weekend fee we'd agreed to over the phone and he even explained how and why the valve had probably loosened and how to avoid it in the future.

We were so pleased with the entire encounter! I can't recommend them enough!

Very trustworthy. Our toilets were clogged. They came over and used their camera to check the pipes. It was was a minor clog that became unblocked with just the use of the sewer camera. They said no charge because they didn't have to use the snake. Will call again for any other plumbing issue.
