I had a leak coming from my first floor ceiling. Because it was going to take work to cut up the ceiling just to identify the problem, other plumbers I found through yelp were asking for over $100 just to identify the leak. These guys did it for $25 and they came on the same day.

Overall they were very professional and polite. My main points of contact were Gilbert and Eliel, and they made an effort to give me detailed explanation of what they were doing throughout the day which made me feel reassured that they weren't charging me with BS repairs like some notorious plumbers are known to do. Before they left, they cleaned up the mess and even replaced a broken garden hose valve at no extra charge.

I should make a mention that these guys do both plumbing repair and drywall repair. Not every plumbing service does drywall repair, and a big reason I went with these guys was to save the inconvenience of hiring a separate contractor for drywall repair. Anyways, they did a good job and I would definitely call them again.

It seem like these guys are really serious about their customer's perception of them (as they should be, after all I called them because of their previous reviews in Yelp). After my initial 3 star review, manager called and asked an opportunity to redo everything to earn a 5 star review and they came through. The work looks very professional, dry wall looks as good as new. I was okay with dry wall work yesterday but looking at it today I can see clear distinction. Water lines are all fixed. They even fixed the problem in the hot water line for my shower. I was blaming the water heater unit for it.

They really earned it and I am happy to give them 5 stars.

I had my leak behind the wall fixed. Friendly and hardworking guys. In the end finished the job as expected. However, the journey to the finished job was a little more bumpy for my liking (hence the three stars). A little more planning could have earned them 5 stars.

I am happy with the job done. I will recommend these guys. Be sure to keep an eye out during the whole process but that goes with any jobs like this.--------

We had a leak under the tiles and they did a phenomenal job of locating the leak, cutting through the tiles, drilling through the cement, replacing the pipe and fixing the problem. We also had them exchange our old water heater with a tankless water heater and put in a water softening system. All was done in a very professional way and at a very reasonable cost. Eliel gave us a reasonable price, Cesar coordinated the job superbly, Juan is excellent at the pipes, David did a great job with the tiles and patching of the dry wall. Alberto was also great at the pipes. All in all, they not only did a great job, they saved us quite a bit of money.

Eli and Alberto were so great - I called around 5pm for a busted pipe in my backyard and they made it out the same evening. Very nice guys, they came in, explained the situation and took care of the immediate problem quickly and with very little fuss. They explained options for re-piping the line in the future (which would be a larger more involved project but not something that has to be done right away), they tightened loose valves, and double checked the water pressure on the house. Very reasonable price, great service, very nice guys. It's tough to find really great people like this, and I'll definitely call these guys again. Highly recommend.

I normally never write reviews but these guys at High Speed Rooter & Plumbing really did a fantastic job.

One of our bathroom kept clogging since the house was old and I knew the plumbing was never updated. Flushing too much down the toilet always caused it to clog and when I tried flushing again, the dirty water started to come out from our tub. Yeah really gross. I tried using a plunger, but that did nothing. 6 months prior, I had the same issue and another plumber was able to temporarily fix the issue by snaking from the top of the roof access and fishing out some baby wipes and what not. I knew if it happened again I would have to just replace the old plumbing because there was something stuck that was causing the water to only drain little by little and I didn't want to have to call a plumber every couple months to fix it.

This time I called High Speed Rooter & Plumbing since it was on a Sunday and they are open 24 hours 7 days a week. I called around 8am and Oscar and his crew, Roger and Mario, showed up 45 minutes later and I'm all the way out in Duarte. Talk about fast.

Once they showed up, they went up the roof with their equipment since there were no pipe access on the ground level. They snaked it and pulled out some roots. They also put a camera down the pipe and showed me the roots that were blocking the drain pipe.

At first I was just planning on replacing the portion of the drain pipes by the bathroom that was causing the most issue, but after finding more roots down in the main drain pipes with Oscar's camera, I decided to just change out the entire main drain pipe as well that traveled from our backyard to the side of the house and all the way out to the front yard. I would say close to 70 feet of new 4"" ABS pipes. It was pretty costly as expected with this type of work, but I knew it would finally give me a peace of mind. Oscar was able to work with us on the price and he also set up an installment payment plan without any interest to help us out.

I really have to give my hats off to Roger and Mario for completing most of the job in 1 day. On Sunday, they just switched out the portion underneath our bathroom and kitchen out to the main line in our backyard and discuss what we should do. On Monday, they started working on the major project of replacing the entire main line. I think they came in around 8am that morning and didn't stop working until 8 at night. On Tuesday, they just worked on the finishing touches by filling the hole back with the dirt and cleaning up. Roger also made sure to close off all the pipes each day before they left so we can use our water throughout our home at night and in the morning. They also made an access point on ground level in our back yard and in the front so that if there are any issues in the future, we don't have to go back up on our roof which can be dangerous. Roger even cleaned out my faucet in the laundry room at no charge because I was saying the water was not coming out smoothly and with only little pressure. These guys really do work fast with high quality. Another plus is their 25 year warranty on the main pipes. They also give free quotes so don't hesitate to give them a call. I highly recommend.

Just had Oscar and Mike out at my parent house to clean out our sewer and install a clean out for our sewer. There was still a backup in our washer drain after they did the spot repair but they immediately snaked the washer pipe. The problem has been remedied so far. I will review again in a few months. They do offer a 1 year warranty on any backups and 5 year warranty on the spot repair.

I found this business on Yelp and was intrigued that a plumbing company was able to earn such high ratings, so I thought I'd try them instead of one of the other advertised places. I called and scheduled an appointment for 9 am the next day and Oscar and his teammate showed up 30 minutes early. They were friendly and went straight into investigating the issue--my backed up sink. Instead of just unplugging, they checked all the possible problems and found a hole in a pipe. They called me out to show the the video feed showing the corroded pipe and then hole. They quoted a price--obviously plumbing is expensive -but they were honest, fair and in my opinion, reasonable given the work. Since they were so good and had time to add on one more quick job, they installed a new part for my sink too. They were super fast and very professional. I will definitely call upon them again for further work!!

I called High Speed Rooter and Plumbing (Eliel) for replacing a water pressure regulator and Oscar and his team came before I even got home. Turned out I did not have a water pressure regulator. So needless to say I needed one installed. After determined where was the best spot for the water pressure regulator and a new shut off valve, Oscar and his team got to work. Oscar and Alberto were very friendly, patient, and experienced. Old pipes were pretty stubborn to unscrew and it took two pair of strong arms to finally get the pipe loose. They went to pick up the parts, came back and continued to install the new pipe and the regulator. Two more team member came by to help after finishing a job nearby. So I called a plumber and I got a full service team of plumbers. I had to leave to pick up my kids and by the time I came back, they were just about to finish the job. The job looks neat and clean, so much better than what was there before. Oscar and Alberto showed and explained to me how to operate the regulator and shut off valve. I asked Oscar if he could help me with a leaky icemaker waterline and a sink faucet slow flow issue, he kindly helped me out without hesitation. He even replaced the icemaker connector for me free of charge. Royer watched my kids for me at one point. This has been the best plumbing service experience I ever had. I highly recommend you give them a call should you had any plumbing issue. I found them on yelp!!

I had 3 sinks plugged one night. And my blood pressure going ballistic while I tried to fix it myself but failed. At 10 pm I called the company and made an appointment for 10 am the next day. Oscar and crew showed up 10 am sharp while I was in my pajama. They trouble shoot and ran tests with the camera. They gave me their recommendations and cost estimate. I was so impressed by Oscar and crew that I wanted to give him the job right then. But I told Oscar I needed 2 more quotes.

By noon that day I got the other 2 estimates so I called Oscar and gave him the job.

Pro: best price by far, on time, very professional, well dressed and clean, nice and friendly, hard working and happy crew, excellent work, family-owned business, a local company and left work area very clean.

Con: mmmmmmmmmm
