When I called them on Tuesday, they were able to set me up with an appointment within an hour. Alex came and he assured me that the work would be done to my satisfaction. In fact he gave me a choice of the type of work I could get done and he thoroughly explained both choices to me. He patiently answered all my questions. When he found that the problem was more serious, he again thoroughly explained the problem and was apologetic about having to give me the bad news.
Then Roger came to do the work changing the pipes inside the kitchen and bathroom, then he tackled the tough job of replacing the pipeline under the house. Roger also explained the work he was doing and actually showed me all the work that was done. Roger was very thorough and professional.
David and the guys who did the concrete work were awesome. They actually finished the job in one day! It was done very well and exceeded my expectations! Again, David explained the process to me and showed me his finished work.
Overall, I would give my recommendation to all my friends and family that High Speed Rooter Plumbing is a company that accommodates their customers. This company takes pride in their work and makes customer satisfaction a priority!

What an awesome company! Let me start with Brenda. She was so courteous and professional. I called on a Sunday afternoon and she was able to get me a plumber in an hour. I sincerely appreciated her great communication. Alexis was the person assigned to me. He is the Man! His calm and humble demeanor really put me at ease. He was so easy to work with. I really appreciated his honesty and concern. Alexis was able to troubleshoot the problem and managed to get a team the next day! Unfortunately, I had to replace old clay piping--a job that would cost an arm and a leg, but HSRP gave me such a reasonable rate. They were able to take care of the problem in two days. I was also very happy with how they cleaned up afterwards.

I also want to acknowledge David. He was awesome!!! Considering how arduous the task was; he did with so much enthusiasm and professionalism. Above all, this company exceeded my expectations! I'm so glad that I now have a company that I can rely on and trust.

2 out of our 3 toilets had been constantly running water for a while now and it was not only annoying the crap out of me, but I was also feeling guilty for wasting water. After many failed attempts at watching YouTube videos and trying to fix it myself, I finally bit the bullet and called around for some help. Within the hour, Alex and Roger had come to check out the situation and provide an estimate. Alex explained everything and the work was done thoroughly at a reasonable price. Everything was finished in under 3 hours. He also gave me some good advice on other plumbing issues I mentioned to him such as treating hard water.

Had a clogged kitchen sink at the rental property and called many plumbers and none of them were readily available until I contacted HIGH SPEED ROOTER. They responded quickly and was at the property within 15 mins. Alexis is a great and knowledgable technician, not only was he able to remedy the immediate problem but went above and beyond to inspect all possible causes of the problem. He gave great advice and recommendations to further prevent problems arising. Great service!

These guys are awesome. My water heater went out and u called Eliel. He gave me a good price even though it was emergency. His crew came the next morning, on time and was very courtesy. They answered all my question and even taught me how emergency shut off valve works. I will be calling them for all my plumbing issue and I would recommend them for your plumbing needs. Prompt response to request for service on Memorial Day! Gilbert, Eli, Jesus & team were on the ball identifying old pipe problem, replacing with trenchless piping and replacing an old toilet. They worked fast, very neat, easy to work with, and personable! Would definitely use their services again mainly due to how great those guys were.

Our kitchen contractor didn't set up our kitchen sink after the install cause didn't have the right piping and lines for the new sink and he told us he was coming back in a week but that was too long to be without a sink.
Being memorial weekend I called on Sunday hoping to get service on Tues and was surprised they offered a appt for Monday memorial day without any extra charge being a holiday.
David Garcia our technician that serviced the sink was great! Came in diagnosed the work needed to be done gave a excellent quote and got us up and running very fast. Everything was done great and very clean as well. After the job he explained what he done and asked if I had questions. Professional and very nice! Will for sure do business with this company again. Guess now I have to do dishes which is the downside haha.

Eliel, David and Gilbert answered my desperate call today when my kitchen sink backed up. They came in a short amount of time, on a Saturday, and a holiday weekend. They recommended that we replace a pipe under our house that was almost 100 years old and corroded inside thus inhibiting flow from the kitchen. They quoted me the lowest price I've gotten and replaced it the same day, all within several hours. I should also mention that they were very careful with my house. Shoe covers were worn inside and they stepped around all the plants in my garden near the entry to the crawlspace. Work is guaranteed. I will definitely call them again.

Gilbert, Jesus, and Roger are all very friendly, quick, and also very knowledgeable at what they do. I am glad we have found High Speed, we have used their services twice, the first time was to help resolve a water leakage problem and the second time was installing the water pressure regulator. Both experiences have been great, they were able to come on the same day we called which is very helpful at an emergency situation. Highly recommended.
