I received a response from them within an hour of contacting them on Yelp. Even though it wasn't an emergency, Luis and Jesus came in about an hour. In less than 2.5 hours, they checked out my toilet, looked at my pipes to the main line, bought me a new toilet, came back, installed it and cleaned up (including hauling away the old toilet). I was very happy to have the problem taken care of - out of sight and out of mind within just a few hours.

These guys are great. They offered a free visual inspection and quote, so I gave them a try. Alberto came; he was professional and helpful. He waited around with me and discussed what what the problem might be, while my tenant was taking his sweet time on the toilet. In the end he did a great job at a good price. I'll be calling these guys again if anything needs fixing.

I had a an old water softener connected to the front of my house and the PVC pipe started leaking. I needed someone to disconnect the unit and reconnect the copper pipes for the main water line. Freddie from High Speed Rooter & Plumbing was amazing and did the job quickly and professionally. I must have called about 20 plumbers before I called these guys and they would either not answer and not call back or say they would call back and never call back or show up. These guys were amazing and Freddie was awesome. Save time and money and call these guys first!!!! I'll definitely be calling these with any problems I have with my house pluming wise from now on.

I have been meaning to write a review of this company for some time. I started using High Speed Rooter about 6 months ago. They have always been very fair and honest in dealing with our plumbing needs. Especially their plumber Alberto. This guy is very knowledgable, and doesn't take short cuts. I have a very old house, with old plumbing, and Alberto has fixed several things without having to re-do the actual plumbing. He was able to fix a leak in my shower without having to put a hole in the wall! Brenda in the office is really wonderful too. She always manages to get a plumber to our house either that day, or the next day. I highly recommend this company, but a big reason i call them again and again (we also have a rental property that they service) is because of their great customer care, and because Alberto really knows his stuff.

Our line was backed up as water wouldn't drain in our toilets or shower stalls. We made a call Saturday night and within an hour, Alberto shows up with the service van. Our house has no access pipe on ground level so he had to go up on the roof - it was difficult after viewing it with the camera and said that he had to get a jet in order to properly unclog my drain. I was hesitant to do it as what turned out to be a $8x.xx service charge is now over $200. I bit the bullet and told him to go ahead and do it but the problem was that we had to wait for the jet to arrive as it was on another vehicle. In that time, Alberto decided to see if the snake would be able to undo the clog. He didn't want me to pay the $2xx.xx fee if he could unclog it using the snake. I appreciated him trying and after 20 mins of trying, not all the debris could be removed so the jet had to be used. He spent alot of time trying to make things right and save me money which is what I appreciated. In the end, it was unclogged and he checked out my line very thoroughly and notified me of potential issues with no pressure if additional service. 5 stars for effort and honesty.

Update: After finding out my problem with their service suggestions. Armando contacted me and admitted that he may have made a mistake in assessing my garbage disposal and they are reimbursing service charge.

Armando and Jorge showed up about 1 hour after i called, super fast service. They were very professional and did an awesome job getting the job done in a short amount of time that way we didn't lose our whole Saturday dealing with house repairs. Would definitely use them again in a heartbeat
