Over the last two and a half months High Speed Plumbing has replaced all of the plumbing under our house, installed two toilets and three faucets, hooked up two vanity sinks, diagnosed several problems and then fixed them, and just today, replaced a 65 year old gas valve and hooked up our new gas stove. Every time the guys have been polite, professional, helpful, and full of good info. They are my go-to plumber - Larry in Altadena.

Made an appointment and didn't show. Appointment was the 12-1 pm window, and caused me to miss a Disneyland trip with the family. When I called I apparently was listed in the appointments. Person on phone was very polite, but doesn't make up for lack of organization on their part or my time wasted.

The company called and offered to wave labor costs. I agreed and the job was done well.

Third time, I have scheduled two appointments and had two no shows. I called the company and no one answered so I kept calling until someone picked up. Sure enough they double booked. I came home from work early and they didn't come until 6 pm (appt was at 2pm), and I had to tear into the person on the phone for their lack of professionalism. The plumber they sent lacked the necessary tools to fix the drain and said he'd follow up tomorrow after damaging my drain behind use and leaving a huge mess! I have two young children and can't use this bathroom now due to the mess and damage. Did they call to follow up?! No!!! What am I supposed to do with a broken tub drain? I am calling another company tomorrow, and crossing my fingers that I can get them out before school and work on Monday. Do not take a chance on this company!!!

I called this company to get a quote 2 weeks ago i came back early from work specially for that but nobody came I called back got someone very nice who apologized and took a second appointment in the morning and again nobody came or even called me back
You cannot trust a company that doesn't even bother coming for a scheduled qappointment

Called on early Sunday morning, they reply my call in 5 mins, then in 2 hours, my toilet was fixed. Brain is the specialist sent to my house. He was polite and professional. He run the cable over and over again to make sure the clog/kid's toy was taken out. Thanks Brain, We do not need to take the toilet out and also save me money.

I had a clogged bathtub (toddler + playdoh) ... and we tried everything. 3 draino type products later and snaking the drain didnt work so I called.

Called same day and they came within 2 hours. Friendly gentlemen tried to get it clear and he kept trying to no avail. He let me know he was gonna bring a different sized tool and be back in 45 min. He did just that and came back with another employee this time. He didnt give up and finally cleared it. Its been 2 weeks and the tub is still perfect!
