I had a plumbing emergency this past Saturday, we had water backing up in our bathroom, I called HighSpeed Plumbing and they arrived within the 30 mins, Anthony was very professional and explained everything step by step and gave us a couple of options to work with. He fixed the problem, gave us some advice on preventive care, and cleaned up afterwords. I couldn't be any happier with their service, and they will be our plumbers from now on.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Chris from High Speed came to our house on Thanksgiving morning after we clogged our kitchen sink. Of all days for this to happen, we were set to host family for a day of eating and cooking. So Chris came to our house right away, was extremely thorough and professional. He did a great job, took his time to explain the problem and was done in an hour. The price was very reasonable and I am set to hire him for some future plumbing jobs. I truly cannot say enough about how wonderful this company is and how honest they are in their work. I highly recommend this company to everyone!!

I called them few days ago for very tiny leak but at very hard place to reach at top of my refrigerator .
I called some other pluming with 187 (5)star review
first,that idiot plumer made 9 holes in my house and finally found it but he said he could not fix it because he can not reach it .he charged me 125,$ .
Anyway Roland came on sat and gave a estimate.(a little heigh ) and ANTONY came Sunday (on time)and fixed in 3 hr.he was very very knowledgeable and good attitude and he did a great job.And we had another leak easier to reach in different area ,he came back
The same Sunday afternoon and fixed that one very fast and very reasonable price .
I highly recommend these Plumbers and especially Antony .

Fast, courteous, and honest. Chris and Andrew were at my house within an hour of my having placed the call for service and finished the job almost as quickly. Fixed an in-ground water pipe leak and water heater gas shutoff leak with no b.s. or up-selling. I have no reservation recommending these guys and will be calling them first for our plumbing needs.

I needed a new garbage disposal and found High Speed Plumbing on the Internet and called them because of their rating. I received a ""same day"" appointment and they did a superb job! The installer showed me my old garbage disposal and it was really rusted. He checked the new disposal to make sure it was working and the dishwasher to make sure it was hooked up correctly to the garbage disposal wire. He was extremely informative throughout the entire process. Excellent job! Thank you.

I had a backed up bathtub this past weekend at my mothers house and called a handful of plumbers in my area and nobody could help me out on a Sunday evening. I called HighSpeed Plumbing and talked to Jay, he was able to send someone out within 45 minutes. When the plumber arrived he figured out what was wrong and gave me different options, while taking the time to explain each one, I agreed to the repair and my issue was quickly fixed. I was able to pay with my credit card on the spot and received my invoice through my email, I was very happy with the quick response on the phone, to the quality of work that they provided at my mothers house, and the technician even cleaned up after he was done better then when he arrived. Very satisfied with the service, and I think I found my forever plumber.

On a Friday morning, I first noticed a leak in my garage, and at first I'd assumed it was the washing machine. Later after looking at it myself, it was clear it was not the washing machine, and that the water was coming from underneath the floor. Great.

I called High Speed and they came out within an hour or so, did their leak detection with their fancy equipment, and deduced that it was coming from under the slab. They were very thorough and gave me 3 options: 1) Reroute the leaking pipe, which was going to be fairly expensive. 2) Drill holes in my garage floor and patch up the leak, which was more expensive AND given that my pipes were old to begin with, I'd likely have another leak in another pipe later, which would necessitate another drilling. 3) Reroute all of my pipes just to be sure there'd be no chance of an under-slab leak in the future, which would be super expensive.

I gritted my teeth and went with option 3. We agreed that they'd start Monday.

On Monday Enrique and some other dude were there, and they started getting all the preparations ready (drilling holes, etc). Then on Tuesday, it was just Enrique, who spent literally the whole day (from about 9.30am to 10pm) at my house, finishing up the job. He's a real pro.

And now the leak is gone, and hopefully I have pipes that will last me a long time.

In summary:

The good:
- The price was fair. In line with other estimates, maybe a tad higher, but not much.
- Enrique and Donald were very nice to deal with. Also, communication with the main office was very constant and they kept me up to date very well.
- They never tried to hard-sell me into anything I didn't need. Just to test them, I asked if I should replace my 20+ year old water heater, and they flat told me that if mine is still working, then there's no need.

The not-so-good:
- Donald didn't honor the 10% off Yelp offer on this webpage. He said that since he's waiving the charge for the leak detection that it's basically a wash. Well yea, but isn't including the leak detection a given if I decided to go with the rerouting? I mean, we're not talking some $99 drain service here, so 10% is a non-trivial amount. Anyway, whatev.
- They said they were going to show up on Monday between 8-9. They showed up at about 9.45, saying that there was a miscommunication and they had it down for 9-10 in their books.
- The next day, the u-pipe underneath one of my sinks was leaking. I guess Enrique had removed it to get to the pipes more easily and when he reinstalled it, he didn't do it tight enough. Not that big a deal though - I was able to fix that myself, but still.

So all in all, a good experience, just not a 5-star, totally-floored-impressed one.

TIMELY, POLITE, EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE,ONLY PLUMBING COMPANY ILL EVER USE. I am a new home owner in Pomona and had several plumbing issues. High speed plumbers were the closest to me so I called them. Come to find out it's veteran owned and operated and my self as a veteran already knew I was gonna get high quality service for a good price. Luckily the gentleman who assisted me was able to hastily walk me throughout all the issues I was having and I was able to correct the issues my self and saved me hundreds of dollars. The public relations the dispatcher and plumber(both Marines) have solidified me as a permanent customer and these are the only plumbing company I will ever use. Semper Fi gentlemen.

Once in a long while, you make an extraordinary find that you know is a gift from God. Such was the case with High Speed Plumbing & Drain Specialist today. I had just found out that my mom had had a major stroke and was in a local hospital when I realized my main line was clogged and needed to be routed out. No toilets. No shower. No bathtub. Min from High Speed Plumbing went above and beyond in clearing my main line in a timely way. He was kind and compassionate in a way I badly needed. And affordable. On a Sunday! I'm a senior citizen on SS and am so grateful for how reasonable the price was. It's incredibly wonderful to now have a plumber I can trust to be honest. Wow. What a gift! I can't give them a high enough recommendation.
