Our toilets and showers backed up due to a clogged sewer line. This had happened to us once before, and we ended up paying a lot of money to a big-name (national) plumbing outfit for two separate procedures (1) unclogging the sewer line using a motorized mechanical auger (rooter) accessed through a cleanout and (2) video camera inspection of the sewer line to determine the location of the obstruction. This time, we were a little wiser and called on High-Speed Plumbing, which we discovered through Yelp. We knew we were in good hands when we spoke to them over the phone. We were quoted a much lower price for the work, which included both procedures (video camera and rooting). The technician (Chris) who came to our home was professional and courteous. He expertly diagnosed the problem and showed us images of the tree roots that had invaded and clogged the pipe. After cleaning the line, he clearly explained our options. We decided to repair the pipe and have had no issues with our sewer line since then. You should not hesitate to call High-Speed Plumbing.

Had a broken outside hose bibb that was gushing. Had to turn off water to the whole house. High Speed Plumbing gave me a quote based on a photo, and honored that price and came and fix the same day. Even sent a different expert to patch the opening they had to cut to weld in the new bibb. Very satisfied.

I had a sudden mainline blockage and of course it's during the holidays and my children were all visiting. I called and they had Christian respond within two hours. While I have an easily accessible clean out in my front yard, it's a two way ""Tee"" clean out and it had standing water, making it challenging to know if the snake was fed in the correct direction. Christian was patient and creative in his approach. He did an incredible job clearing the blockage.

Additionally, Christian really impressed me with his professionalism, respect and ethics. And it takes quite a bit for me to be impressed.

This company was very responsive and communicated well throughout. The installer Chris was very professional and answered my questions and offered options on my 6 year old, just out of warranty water heater. I had been doing business with another company for two years and they suggested that the only option was buy new for $3200. Chris suggested we keep my unit and maximize a few things to give it a couple more years. I asked him for a price for new just to compare and it was $2500. I recommend you give High Speed a call!

I finally found it!
After selecting High Speed, Plumbing I received a pumped phone call from a pleasant representative.
He listened. My toilet was clogged.
I also do an annual service for our sewer line.
Christian showed up less than 30 minutes later.
He unclogged my toilet in less than 15 minutes with this fantastic tool I've never seen before.
I asked him to run my sewer line, just as general maintenance.
There was no push about extra services or upsell something I did not need.

Jessy was our technician and he did really well even though they told us at first that they might not be able to get it fixed. He even ran to Home Depot real quick to get the parts to do the job. He also gave us a reasonable price and got the job done within 2 hours!
