I was given the message ""Hi Robert, Ron Mcnutt from High Speed Plumbing Inc. is scheduled to arrive Sun, Sep 15 between 12:00pm-2:00pm."" but never showed up. This is after the previous technician did not complete the sink faucet fix/replacement the day before. I would not recommend this service given that I had called multiple times and they would not provide a phone number. Incredibly disappointed and not worth the rate that was given. Highly not recommended. May update my review depending if they actually finish the job.

Jimmy P came to my home on time and was very pleasant and professional installed my new toilet in record time and left my bathroom clean, I have use this company many times and they haven't let me down . Great Job !!

We had a clogged kitchen drain and needed a hydro jet clean out. After calling around for some quotes, we landed on High Speed Plumbing (Ron), who made us an offer we couldn't refuse.
As it turns out, our kitchen sink didn't have a clean-out line with outside access, so unless we installed one first, running a hydro jet (indoors) was going to be really messy. Ron offered to install the clean-out line and throw in the hydro jetting for free once it was done! The total cost of installing the clean-out line AND hydro jet service combined was close to the quotes I got from other companies for JUST the hydro jet service! Great deal!

Aside from the great deal, Ron was very pleasant, punctual, and fast working. He was very knowledgeable and great at communicating any problems he encountered, explaining his recommended approach, and offering other potential solutions we could choose. All round solid professional that I would be happy to work with again.

Oh yea...while Ron was in our basement, he also noticed one of our pipes wasn't properly strapped, and fixed it for us free-of-charge. Stuff like that is going above and beyond, and really appreciated.

I called yesterday and set appointment for this morning for a
Minor plumbing issue in my condo mind you, I took the morning off to accomplish this matter. I was given a time frame of arrival of 7am to 9am.
I get up extra early this morning and drive from my home in Rancho Cucamonga to my condo in Phillips Ranch. I arrived at condo by 645 am.
I sit in my car and wait patiently until 9am , I suddenly receive a text that informs me that my service technician ( plumber ) is in route to me, and I feel relieved that it's going to be a good day. 30 minutes go by and this person has not yet arrived as informed. By now it's almost 10 am . So I call the plumbing company and the person that answer says , oh I was going call you to let you know that the technician that was assigned to your job called off today.
WTF ! So why did i receive a text telling me that he was in route?

Why didn't you assign a different technician (plumber) to cover this appointment? So am I supposed to just be ok with this and be late to work and nothing accomplished?
Obviously, I will never use this service and of course I will tell this story to all my friends and family and get a good laugh of how this company does business .
Maybe , it's possible that because of the service I was in need of was considered minor, they didn't want to bother. I then called All City plumbing, they came out within 2 hours and I gladly approved close
To 4k in plumbing repairs. The joke is on you !

Chris V. came to my home to take care of a drain issue in my kitchen. He was very professional and explained some options that were available to take care of the problem. Once we decided on the solution, he snaked the drain and cleared the clog.

Once I scheduled the call, I received text updates as to when I was to expect my technician to arrive at my home. The pricing for the repair was fair and Chris V. was respectful of cleaning up the area once he completed the job.

I would highly recommend High Speed Plumbing for any plumbing repairs you require.

5 stars for High Speed Plumbing! In particular, for the plumber that did my job - RON!! I thought I had a simple roto-rooter job, but Ron took the time to figure out it was much more complicated than that. He explained the problem to me and gave me a few options on what to do, explaining the pros and cons of each. He was here on time both days of the job, with a great attitude and great work ethic. I want to point out that Ron is a LISTENER! I made an offhand comment about another plumbing problem, and he called me back the next day after doing some research to tell me my options for THAT problem as well! Also - and I'm talking to the women that deal with contractors here - Ron LISTENED to what I said, EXPLAINED to me in layman's terms what my options were, and NEVER asked to speak to my husband instead of me. I can't say enough how much I appreciated him doing that -- ladies, you know what I'm talking about. Next plumbing problem I have, Ron is first on my list to call! Thank you Ron!
