Once in a long while, you make an extraordinary find that you know is a gift from God. Such was the case with High Speed Plumbing & Drain Specialist today. I had just found out that my mom had had a major stroke and was in a local hospital when I realized my main line was clogged and needed to be routed out. No toilets. No shower. No bathtub. Min from High Speed Plumbing went above and beyond in clearing my main line in a timely way. He was kind and compassionate in a way I badly needed. And affordable. On a Sunday! I'm a senior citizen on SS and am so grateful for how reasonable the price was. It's incredibly wonderful to now have a plumber I can trust to be honest. Wow. What a gift! I can't give them a high enough recommendation.

I don't typically offer my review for services, but the jobs done by Pablo and John were so outstanding that I have to share our experience. We recently had our toilet back up and what we hoped would be minor issue turned into something much bigger, but John explained each step of the process before they began work and knowing his extensive years of experience in the field helped to put us at ease. We asked a lot of questions and they always patiently explained the issue. As the situation changed, Pablo kept us informed of every single development and was always on time, courteous and professional. He may not have as many years of experience as John, but we found him to be very knowledgeable and most importantly, willing to go above and beyond. When the job was done he took the time to ensure everything was cleaner than when he found it.  Their prices were highly competitive and we never felt pressured to do anything or buy anything we didn't really want to do. It is hard  to convey in words what a great attitude these guys had and how they made us feel we were in good hands. We have had a few major jobs done on our house and we can say that without a doubt High Speed Plumbing is by far the best. You cannot go wrong with them.

I am Extremely Satisfied with High Speed Plumbing Inc. Juan who answered my call,and informed me that he is also a tech was very HELPFUL, informative and very patient with me as I am a college student, and was kind of freaking out at the moment. ( this was a first for me) He made me feel at ease, and sincerely told me It was going to be taken care of as soon as possible. The tech who came out - Donald was very prompt, nice, determined, and most most importantly efficient in removing our Cleaning toilet Bristle that broke off inside the toilet. He had to remove the toilet and snake out the bristle from the other end. He did a GREAT JOB, and the issue was fixed! Thanks again to Donald, Juan and High Speed Plumbing INC!!

A huge shout out to Donald! We called a couple other places before calling ""High Speed Plumbing"" and they gave us wait times of 3-4 hours! When we called ""High Speed"" Juan answered and was very sincere and helpful and made sure to reassure my girl that the job ould get done the right way and for a good price. He told us he was Sending Donald with in the hour; ming you it was already 830pm. 2 mins later Donald called and said he's in West Covina and will be here shortly! Sure enough he came through within 10 min and had are toilet back working in no time, he even gave a 1st timers discount! We were so thankful we hooked him up with some snacks, a water bottle, and a tip! Thanks again Donald!

Had a main line leak, my husband noticed a spot of grass was much taller than the rest. He felt the area which was wet and he hadn't watered. We called 3 other companies, no one answered. Came across High Speed Plumbing, saw the reviews were great! They answered when we called, came to the house shortly after, explained what needed to be done, completed a temp fix to provide us water till the crew came out the following day to replace the main line coming into the house, over 40'. Very professional, the job was completed the next day! Honest and Polite, fair price (military discount) clean job!! Highly recommend!! You won't be disappointed! Thanks!!

I can't say enough good things about High Speed Plumbing. I woke up at 5:30 am to water gushing from a pipe in my backyard. I called 3 ""emergency"" plumbers and High Speed was the only one who answered. Chris arrived within the hour and took care of the immediate problem. He was professional, courteous and didn't even charge me for the visit! He gave me a quote for the full repair and said that he could have someone here in a few hours.
I highly recommend High Speed Plumbing and will call them for all of my plumbing needs!

The house is sold and we're 3 weeks from moving out and our jacuzzi tub started leaking to the floor below. We envisioned having to tear out the enclosed tile and tub, but Chris and his crew quickly diagnosed a leaky drain easily fixed from below. The crew was professional and extremely knowledgeable. There are discount plumbers available for half the price but I'm happy to use this company because they cover Pomona, the guy showed up within 30 minutes and he didn't try to sell me services that I didn't need. When the job was completed, he cleaned up and he provided me a 10% discount as advertised on Yelp. I hope to not need their services again but if I did,
I'd likely call them again.

During my morning shower I noticed that my toilet was making a strange gurgling noise (not a good thing to encounter when I am rushing to get ready for work). I called High Speed and they quickly came out and put a camera down the main drain. My mainline backed up due to tree roots. My house was built in the 1960's and I have a large number of trees on my lot.
High Speed came the rescue and was able to efficiently correct the problem. No more gurgling toilets and stress from a possible backup. I am having guests stay at my house in a week, and now feel much more secure. I don't have to worry about potential plumbing problems.
