Short version: they caused a new problem after a simple job, wouldn't take ownership and stand by their work, and tried to recommend pricey, unnecessary repairs.
Longer version: this last week my kitchen sink wasn't draining properly, so I called them to take a look and they came out and agreed it was clogged. Their plumber Isaac recommended a few options to unclog it (one option was $1,300+ for a bunch of unnecessary work), and I went with the cheapest option of a drain snake and some chemicals for $450. When I got home from work that day, there was flooding under my kitchen sink and floor. I ran the water and looked under the sink, and saw that there was a brisk leak above the garbage disposal. Frustrated that I still couldn't use my sink, I called them and they sent Isaac back out the next day. He called me at work and recommended a couple of options to fix the leak - replacing the entire garbage disposal for $800+, or putting some putty on the leak for $300. I told him the leak wasn't there before he did the work, and I didn't want to pay for a problem that they had caused (I already spent $450!). He told me he'd talk to his manager and get back to me. He also told my roommate who was home at the time that he was going to step out for a minute. He left and never returned, and never called me back. I finally spoke with a manager Zach later that night - he said the leak was probably old (as if I wouldn't notice flooding under my kitchen sink every time I used it for the past year? and during diagnostics Isaac had ran the water for a long time and looked under the sink and never mentioned a leak before he did his work). I told him that I paid $450 for a simple declog, and my sink was worse off than before, and I just wanted them to stand by their work and fix the problem. His response was that they are a business and can't do any free work. He admitted that putty is super cheap ($5 at Home Depot), but he wasn't willing to send out a plumber for the hour of labor.
The fact that they wouldn't own up to the problem and stand by their work, and that their solution was to recommend something completely unnecessary and expensive (replacing the entire garbage disposal for $800+, which worked just fine) - felt like a slap in the face and made me lose all trust in this business. After spending $450 on a simple job, I just hoped my sink would work. I stayed up late that night after I got my kids to bed to do the repair myself, and the leak is fixed and the sink is working well again. I wouldn't recommend this business and would caution others about their business model of providing multiple repair ""options,"" which is really just a way to upsell and take advantage of customers who don't know the difference.

Needed a new sink, faucet, and soap dispenser installed. Called on a Saturday morning and Justin arrived within hours. Went from a two drain to single drain with garbage disposal moved to new drain. Lots of glued plastic piping with nothing but connections and no screwed connections. Justin did an amazing job helping explain everything that needed to happen and what he was doing throughout the process. He proved several options every step of the way. He was extremely patient and friendly the entire 5-6 hours he was here. There were a few unexpected issues and he handled them extremely professionally. He went above and beyond to do some final touches to bring it all together. Very pleased with the final result! Would definitely recommend them and will be calling them for all future plumbing needs!

The tech was super friendly and came out same day to give me an estimate for a hot water heater. The quote was insulting, at close to $4500 for a $600 tank. I paid less than half of that after shopping around. I found many companies would give me an estimate over the phone, sometimes asking for a photo of the unit first. It pays to shop around

John p and jesues were incredible. My house had many leaking areas after a trip away. These two worked together well. They worked fast and respectfully with my home and my budget. I am so glad I called high five plumbing because of these two.

7 yr old garbage disposal stopped working on a Friday night. I love that I could book online for a Monday appointment. John arrived early (after having his office call). he was efficient, courteous, professional.
Things could have gone quicker if he been able to carry several disposal choices on his truck. We had a 30 min. wait while the part was driven to my house from the Littleton Office. Thank you John.

GET 2ND OPINIONS!!!! High 5 came out to my home with a leak in the cellar and most likely a sewer main blockage. They didn't want to snake and scope for fear of making the leak worse. I asked about replacing the elbow where the leak was and the guy said that more than likely they would crack the pipe that goes out of the house and under my driveway. He recommended that I leave it for the weekend so at least I had usage for the weekend (my birthday...sigh). The next thing I know I'm getting a $14K bid for digging up my driveway. I called another plumber and sure enough... the leak in the cellar was a $500 easy fix (they did not crack the pipe) and they scoped and snaked to assess the REAL situation. There was nothing under my driveway. There was a small blockage beyond the driveway and a larger blockage where 2 duplexes tie into the main. Total cost $3700 for leak repair, installing outside clean-outs, and water blasting to get through the blockage (some of that is split between 5 homeowners). My plumber was actually upset that someone in his profession would actually give a $14K assessment without scoping and knowing the REAL problem. Who does business like this? What has happened to moral and ethical standards? This teacher cannot afford to be raked over the coals!!! Do not trust High 5 plumbing! GET 2ND OPINIONS! Look for trustworthy and genuine people. They are out there but, sadly, you have to search. So lucky I found one.

This is my third plumbing emergency....one time it took me more than a whole day to find someone to come out. The worst time is when you NEED them fast......this time I called another company I had used for other stuff, no dice, could not come out til late this afternoon, i started the process at 830am....with water all over my kitchen floor...
....looked at yelp for local plumbing, found these guys....they were here by 1030am, very friendly lady on the phone who took care of it all for me. ....AND both guys were so friendly, shook my hand ( I am an elderly lady) and introduced themselves, made me feel comfortable....they figured out what the problems were, gave me several options of varying degrees of work / money...they honestly told me what was really necessary, what would be peace of mind, etc....in other words, no high pressure just honest advice, taking care of the most immediate issues...I ended up paying half of what was offered BUT all things taken care of....wonderful, yes, repairs are costly but I felt confident that I paid for what was advised and NECESSARY...I felt respected & good about it. Hard on a fixed income, but I am happy with them, they are now in my phone contacts so that I NEVER AGAIN have to do the phone marathon ever again......thank you High 5. I am Denver/ Aurora area, so used that crew.

Please note they charge you just to come out to give you a quote. They can't provide price range even to clean out a main drain. Their site here says call to get a quote but you can't get one. SMH

We had an emergency plumbing situation on one of the coldest days of the year. Our main pipe going into the sewer line was very backed up, if you can imagine finding out that when you flush your upstairs toilet, the water was backing up into the downstairs shower! John Underwood came to us within a few hours and was able to fix it for us. I love how clearly he explained what the problem was and how he was going to fix it before he went ahead to do the work. He was able to turn a bad day into a great one. Thanks High Five for getting out asap! Highly recommend these guys for a fast, high quality job!

Kitchen sink was backed up. They came as per the scheduled time however they don't have equipment to clear the subsystem drain line.. I end up calling different company to clear the clog.
